The villa has a garden of about 1000sqm with lawn and trees, as well as a large area equipped with a gazebo with table and chairs, also suitable for summer dinners.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bedding, towels, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and terrace overlooking the garden. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. In addition, the property offers free private parking and free WiFi.
The area where the villa is located suits those who want to stay out of the hustle and bustle, close to the sea and in a breezy area. For lovers of nature and walking, it is possible to find in the surroundings several trekking routes immersed in nature with paths that can be followed on foot or by bicycle along the coast from the lighthouse of Capo Murro di Porco to the Pillirina. The walk is brightened by the scent of wild herbs and views of the sea. On clearer days it is also possible to see Mount Etna.
The property is 600 m from the beach of Piscina Naturale and is 800m from Varco 23 (one of the many accesses to the sea) with the possibility of access to the beach umbrella and restaurant service in the summer (not included in the price).
