Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. lovely house/condo..worked well for me, my wife, son and both grandkids..however heat gain was problematic even with overhead fan running much of the time in living room..also couldn't open 2 upstairs windows facing the driveway.also reported rodent (assume mouse or rat) sound having kept my wife from adequate sleep..we concluded that it may have been a scratching noise within the wall in upstairs bedroom..in any case really enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ok, great location. Appreciated they had lots of beach toys/gear available.Disappointed the washer/dryer didn't work, jetted tub didn't work, garage is so small it was tight for a Toyota Camry passengers have to get out before pulling into garage because you can't open the passenger side doors inside, no sheets/bedding for the sleeper sofa. My daughter and grandson slept on a mattress pad with one blanket and pillows we shared off other beds.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were impressed how clean the home was and the home had everything we needed. Location was great! Easy walks to beach, stores, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The property worked well for us as it was close to our son at Cal Poly as well as close to the restaurants and beach in Avila. We were very pleased with our stay.

Everything about 219 San Miguel in Avila is what we'd hoped it would be. Great layout - super location - access to shops; beach; travel routes... Pretty close to perfect!
