ESTES PARK AFFÄRSLICENS # 3062 Vackert, uppdaterat hus som ligger intill Estes Park 18 Hole Golf Course med fri utsikt över den 17: e gröna och farleden. Fantastisk utsikt över bergen frĂ„n familjerummet, matsalen och uteplatsen. VĂ„rt hem Ă€r en kort promenad till Estes Park gĂ„ng- och cykelleder. Shopping i centrum ligger ungefĂ€r 1. 5 - 2 miles away. Hundparken ligger cirka 1 mil frĂ„n vĂ„rt hem.

HuvudnivÄn (första vÄningen) har ett familjerum, matsal, kök, tvÀttstuga, 2 bilgarage, 1/2 badrum, sovrum och masterbad. PÄ övervÄningen finns 3 sovrum och ett komplett badrum. Hemmet har 2 sovrum med king size-sÀngar (1 nedervÄningen och 1 pÄ övervÄningen), 1 sovrum med en drottning timmerbÀdd (övervÄningen) och 1 sovrum med en dubbelsÀng vÄningssÀng (övervÄningen). Alla rum har TV. Vi har ocksÄ en resesÀng i huset om du behöver det. Men vÄrt hem Àr INTE bebis- eller smÄbarnsskyddat !!

Vi har ocksÄ ett litet skrivbord nere och trÄdlöst internet för dig som fortfarande behöver jobba lite eller kolla e-post nÀr du Àr pÄ semester. En tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek ligger pÄ huvudnivÄn i tvÀttstugan. Och ja .... vi har ett strykjÀrn och strykbrÀda.

Köket Àr fullt utrustat för matlagning, inklusive en mixer, lerkruka, brödrost, vanlig kaffebryggare plus Keurig kaffebryggare (ta med eget kaffe eller K-koppar), mikrovÄgsugn, gasutbud, alla redskap, grytor, kokkÀrl, tallrikar, glas och kaffe muggar.

Det finns gratis höghastighets trÄdlöst internet och DVR. En 42 "LED-platt-TV och DVD-spelare ingÄr ocksÄ i familjerummet. Dessutom har varje sovrum en TV.

Vi har en uteplats med uteservering som Àr perfekt för att titta pÄ Àlgen eller golfare. Vi har en gas BBQ-grill pÄ sidan uteplats om du vill laga hamburgare eller grill biffar.

Detta Àr den perfekta platsen för din familjesemester inklusive en eller tvÄ vÀlutbildade hundar. Ledsen .... inga katter pÄ grund av Àgarallergier. Estes Park har en strikt koppellag och verkstÀlls med tunga böter. Vi har ett inhÀgnat pottaomrÄde men hundar mÄste vara i koppel utanför detta omrÄde. Husdjur fÄr inte lÀmnas utan tillsyn i huset utan att hysas i den extra stora lÄdan som tillhandahÄlls gratis. LÄdan Àr tillrÀckligt stor för 1 stora eller 2 medelstora hundar.

Perfect Estes Park Stay — Comfortable, Convenient, and Dog-Friendly!

This home was perfect for our 5-night stay in Estes Park. The downstairs master suite was ideal for our older parents, and our dog loved watching the golf course through all the big windows. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we happily used it every day. The location was also fantastic — just a short, easy drive to everything we wanted to do, yet tucked away from busy areas. We enjoyed the nearby walking paths, too. Kris was a wonderful host, with excellent communication and even let us check in an hour early. All around, an amazing stay — we can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous location

We loved staying in your home! Watching the countless elk and deer was an amazing plus to our stay. Everyone was so comfortable and talked about going back sometime! Nice neighbors. Loved the food recommendations, too! Great stay in a fun town!

Nice stay

We had a nice stay with family. Downstairs bedroom is cooler, and the upstairs ones are warmer. This place has more utensils than you can count! Owner Kris was easy to talk to. You can see the golf course out front, great for people watching and wildlife too. Checkout is removing dog hair, stripping the beds, starting laundry and dishwasher.

Christmas Vacation Perfection

We stayed at this property for a family Christmas Vacation. It was everything I imagined it would be! My kids loved being tucked away in the mountains for an official White Christmas. Easy check in. The house was clean and beautiful and the best part we were able to have our dogs with us. Thanks for the stay and amazing memories we made!

Love this house!

Second time staying here. We are golfers and love that we can sit on front porch and view the golfers. The kitchen is great,has all you need. We cooked for each other all 5 nights. We have our fur babies and it’s ideal cause there is a fenced in yard. Plenty of room in living room for 7 of us to sprawl out and watch TV. Like that there is a tv in every bedroom too. We’ll be back! Thank you Kris!

Great house in convenient location!

We loved our time in Estes! Estes Park has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in the park. The house was tidy and spacious and about 12 minutes from the Fall River RMNP entrance. Kitchen and bedrooms were well-appointed and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The washer and dryer are newer than in the photos, and we used the grill every night. Kris was super responsive quickly to all our questions.Be warned, there is no AC, but the house has ceiling fans and a variety of smaller fans tucked in the closets. It also stays pretty cool in Estes Park; we didn't need anything besides open windows during the early evening hours all but 2 nights of our stay at the end of June.As an added bonus, the house is a few yards from the 17th green at Estes Park Golf Course, a long par 5 with a creek guarding the green. Watching golfers judge (or more frequently mis-judge) their approach shots provides hours and hours of entertainment from the living room window and patio.Rocky Mountain National Park was simply breathtaking! We saw scores of elk, several moose, lots of marmots and more. Lots of wilderness to explore if that's your thing, but also plenty to do and see with novice hikers like us with young kiddos.

Only two issues

Good stay, great property. Only two problems. First, significant black mold on master shower door. ( 3 stars for cleanliness) Second, we parked across the road on the grass, as instructed in our rental contract. (Not enough space in driveway for two large pickups) A neighbor came by the first morning to tell us we were parked incorrectly and could be fined. He was nice enough about it, but very firm. Make sure you confirm parking arrangements.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful Estes Park home! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The setting was absolutely spectacular — peaceful, with incredible mountain views that made every morning special. We even had our own personal elk herd right outside the front door! Kris was friendly and very responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for exploring Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here! The house was perfect for our family of 6 and 1 doggy and convenient to many of the places we like to visit. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the views were great. We saw a lot of elk and deer. We definitely would stay here again.

Love at First Site

Over all the site was as listed and very comfortable. A couple suggestion; 1) the dishwasher worked to clean the dishes but the heater and dryer element did not work and the washer smelled moldy (very bad - after we cleaned it with vinegar). 2)The carpets in the bathrooms need cleaning badly. 3)towels did not seam fully laundered 4) saw mice running in the backyard with what appeared to be droppings in the garage. (the interior of the house showed no evedence of mice).

Excellent Home in Estes Park

We had a wonderful experience renting at Estes Park. The house is roomy, well laid out, and comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and downtown Estes is not too far of a drive. Kris was welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Elk in Estes

The house was beautifully set on a golf course in Estes Park, CO. The elk were in the rut and we spent hours enjoying their antics from our front row seat. 5 minutes from downtown and ten minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a wonderful two weeks. Perfect!

Escape the heat

Wonderful home and location. Property was as advertised and the host (Kris) was great. We look forward to returning next summer. House was very comfortable with plenty of seating. Elk was plentiful each morning and afternoon. Very quiet area that overlooks the 17th green of the golf course. Extra refrigerator in the garage was a nice amenity.

Nice home on quiet street with a great view of the golf course and mountains along with deer and elk most evenings and mornings. One full bath upstairs for 3 bedrooms is only weakness depending on how many are staying.

Great place

We stayed here for two weeks in the beginning of June. The house is pretty big and sits near the end of a quiet street right by the golf course. There are great views from the front patio and we saw elk on a daily basis. Booking the place was very easy and the owners are very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

In the summer we golf, hike, fly fish, bike and view the abundance of wildlife (including daily visits of Elk outside our windows). In the winter we like to snowshoe in Estes Park or drive 42 miles on an all-weather road to Eldora Ski Resort..... the best kept secret in Colorado!
