Detta centralt belägna 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hem i ett lugnt, bekvämt läge bara några steg till stranden, strandpromenaden, shopping och bra restauranger. Hyran är utrustad med utrymme för att parkera två bilar (en i ett slutet garage). Koppla av i bekvämligheten av central luftkonditionering eller smutta på morgonkaffet på en av två fullt möblerade privata däck. Domkyrkan tak-ed stora rum har en matplats med plats för 10 personer. Din grupp kommer att sova bekvämt i de två queen size-sängar, två våningssängar och en fullstor futon. Great place to stay

This property is more than I could have hoped for. We had a girls weekend in september and the place was perfect. Close to the beach and amenities. The owner is a great guy who was helpful and accommodating. We will hopefully be booking again.

Great location and plenty of space!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was so much space and it was perfect for our lady's weekend! The location was great, right on Asbury near all of the shops and just a short walk to the beach. Only very, minor negative is that the living room furniture isn't the most comfortable. But when you're out and about that isn't a major deal. Would definitely stay here again!!

Charming & close to the boardwalk

Overall we had a great experience. But when we arrived we didn’t realize there were so many stairs. It was a challenge Carrying luggage & food. The house was kind of stinky as well. However the kitchen was great for entertaining and rooms were comfy. We also enjoyed the patio! Thanks!

Great condo Great location

Sea breeze is located in the heart of OCNJ. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Lovely, clean and filled with all the amenities. Owners could not be nicer!

Great place to stay - didn’t want to leave.

We had an AWESOME time. 3 nights/ 4 days Beach and boardwalk was 3 blocks walking distance. My kids went to the pier/ boardwalk every night to enjoy the rides and the beach every afternoon. The family enjoyed the living space and the decks. The Condo was clean and neat. Jason (owner) was very accommodating - timely responses on everything we needed. We are looking forward to stay here again - next time 7 days — it’s worth it.

Delightful getaway

This apartment couldn't have been more perfect for our group of two grandparents, two parents, and four little boys. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood but within about 3 blocks from the beach - an easy walk. There were several good places to eat in the neighborhood, and a Wawa within a block. The four bunk beds were just right. The kitchen was well equipped, the TVs were good quality as was the wifi. Just be aware that the apartment is on the third floor so be in good enough shape to climb, especially with suitcases! My only suggestion - a plastic shower liner in addition to the cloth shower curtain in the shared bathroom, and a new shower head there. Thank you for letting us stay at Sea Breeze. The visit was too short and we hope to return some day.

Great location and stay

The location of the property is great - easy to access beach and boardwalk. Great size of property for 2 families - we had 4 adults and 5 kids and everyone settled in perfectly. Had all the supplies we needed!

Terrific!

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend and the pictures don’t do any justice for how nice the condo was. The owner was very accommodating and gave clear instructions to everything from check in to check out. We even went down to AC and it wasn’t too far ! We would definitely come back. Thank you again!

Great Beach Place

We enjoyed our stay! Condo well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, books, and games! We would have liked more comfortable furniture in living room area. Futon made a really good bed but so so couch. We had a couple of rainy days so were all inside, 5 adults and two children. Also, too many steps!

Wonderful property in great location!

We had a wonderful 1st time in OC and this condo was in a terrific location close to so much....beach, boardwalk, shopping, ice cream!! The property was very clean and up to date and I would definitely recommend to others. It was so nice to have so many extras such as the garage with all the beach stuff you would need (although we had brought our own there was no need to bring it), the front and back decks, the games and videos, washer/dryer and all the comforts of home cooking several meals in ....so thanks for sharing your home with us....7 of us were very comfortable! Loved the décor of the condo as well. Best Ice Cream at Johnny B Goodes & Hobby Horse Great eats at Cousins & Chatterbox Best cheesesteak on boardwalk at Cone Appetite Nice downtown shopping

A great Ocean City rental

This property was great for our family. It is clean and well organized. The 3 bedrooms and convertible futon provide plenty of sleeping options. The kitchen is stocked with all of the cooking necessities. It is in a great location - close to the beach and the boardwalk as well as ice cream, mini mart and shopping on Asbury Avenue. Our favorite part is the deck overlooking Asbury Ave. We enjoyed morning coffee and breakfasts and night-time chats out on the deck. The owner is prompt and courteous with all communication. We highly recommend this property.

Clean & Spacious

Thank you Jason, this condo was perfect for our vacation. My granddaughters were excited that there were bunk beds and boogie boards to borrow for the beach. The condo was very comfortable, spotless and spacious...The location was convenient to the beach, restaurants and Starbucks!

Simply loved our stay at Seabreeze! Truly felt comfortable in this condo. Open floor plan, lovely!

Host was very accommodating. Provided many amenities-Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, DVD player, etc. loved the open floor plan with living room, large dining table and full kitchen. Very welcoming to family gathering. Absolutely loved the wall of windows and the front deck! Very roomy. The large capacity washer and dryer was a real blessing for washing beach towels, bath towels, and bathing suits. Many comforts of home were also provided such as games and books for both adults and kids. Loved reading aloud to my four year old granddaughter. Would highly recommend this home. Close to beach and within walking distance to restaurants, amusement rides and shops. Great idea having the keyless entries!!! Lovely property. Thank you.

Location, space, and overall worked well for the family.

Jason, Thank you for letting us rent your Condo. The place was great for the family. We had more than enough space for our family of 6 (2 teenagers and 2 toddlers). It was nice to have Wifi for everyone and all their electronics. The location worked out extremely well. Originally we thought we would miss being right on the on the boardwalk but found we were just as close to all the action. The proximity to the Wawa, Rite Aid and Starbucks as well as the other various restaurants was ideal. Loved that you had a garage spot; we utilized that and the outdoor shower immediate after our daily beach trips. Thank you again, The Agugliaro's
