This impressive, completely renovated holiday home offers breathtaking sea views and luxurious furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. With a generous living space of 250 m², the house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is equipped with an en suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share two further bathrooms.
The modern, open-plan kitchen is a highlight of the house and offers a cooking island as well as high-quality appliances such as a dishwasher, freezer, fridge and wine cooler - perfect for culinary adventures. The large garden invites you to relax and offers plenty of sunbathing areas, while the year-round heated pool (including a skin-friendly salt system) provides refreshing cooling on hot days. Thanks to the bioclimatic pergola, you can adjust the shade on the terrace using the remote control.
