Harbor Breeze är en vacker 6 sovrum mor dotter Hem på Sea Street med utsikt över pittoreska Camden Harbour. Denna unika fastighet har ett 4 bd huvudhus och en två sovrum stuga lägenhet. Luftkonditionering i sovrum av Main House & vardagsrum av stuga apt. Kan hyras tillsammans eller separat, båda har separata ingångar. OBSERVERA: Ska hyra stuga att sova 15 (extra avgifter kommer att läggas till), fråga lägenheten om ytterligare utrymme behövs. Njut av utsikten, kolla skönarena, kajaken kusten, gå 1 kvarter till stan. Lyssna på vattenfall och sommarkonserter från vårt däck. Huvudbyggnaden börjar på andra våningen, här hittar du köket med Viking spis och alla rostfria vitvaror, matplats, vardagsrum, däck, kung sovrum med eget badrum som har en jacuzzi badkar och dusch. Andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng, delat badrum med badkar / dusch och tvättstuga. 3: e våningen har två sovrum - Sovrum med 2 fulla sängar och sovrum med 2 tvillingar. Den tredje nivån har också ett bra läsareal.

Vårt däck har en vacker toppmodern BBQ där du kan njuta av utsikten över Camden, Mt Battie och Inner Harbor.

Dag segling på Old Schooners från Camden Bay, Sea Kayaking, Vandring och Boat Ramp är bara ett kvarter bort ..

Ice bar retreat

Very spacious and cozy. We had a lovely time, just a few housekeeping issues. Other than that, the host was very quick to reply. We arrived to fresh flowers , a bottle of wine, chocolate ,coffee and a welcome note…

Couple things

We love this property for its size and location. We stayed here in 2018. However this time dishwasher was not secured and we needed to have one person hold it in or it would fall out. Also there were not enough towels available. Aside from some basic maintenance, it was as expected and hosts were responsive to our questions and concerns.

The location and living areas and view were excellent. But the 3rd floor bedrooms had no bathroom facilities and the 2 bathrooms on the second floor were not roomy enough.

Great location be aware of layout.

Walkable to downtown was great! The main rental is only some of the pictures online and they are dated. There are two bedrooms on top level which requires u to walk down steps to get to a bathroom which is also shared by another bedroom on main level. Main area and kitchen space could have been cleaner. Beds were very comfortable. We had 5 women on a girls trip.

Family trip

My adult children and grandchildren loved staying here. Our first trip to Maine. No harbor view but a short walk to town. Ana was great at responding to air condiyioner issues.

Family reunion.

The house was a perfect for our group. The large, well stocked, kitchen let us eat in sometimes. View was very nice and we enjoyed the easy walk into town and a restaurant being so close. As described, there is no bathroom upstairs, which was fine as we were all family. The bathrooms downstairs were nice and big! The house has old world charm and the host family was great!! Would def. stay here again.

Rental was exactly as described in listing. Very complete, everything you need for a great vacation. Owner was terrific with lots of good suggestions for the area. Looking at at Camden Harbor was a joy

Great area

Camden is so pretty .. this house is walking distance to town and you can take a nice walk around area. Very safe. Beds were very comfy and kitchen has everything you need. Big table in kitchen and beautiful windows.

Incredible view, and wonderful home

We travelled with our 15 year old and 18 year old son as well as their grandparents and we had a wonderful stay. The home is clean, bright, very comfortable and lovely. The kitchen is very well appointed for all types of cooking. We cooked more than expected because the kitchen was so nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very nice. Ana was very welcoming and easy to reach on any questions. Just a street away are restaurants along the waterfront, and we were in walking distance to the town center. I loved the little reading nook upstairs and the surprise cove views from different windows ( in addition to the star view of the harbor).

daughter's wedding family house

This house was awesome for our family to gather for my daughter's wedding. The wedding party got ready in the beautiful living room and there was plenty of room. Walkable to town and the wedding venue made this spot ideal. Seamless check in and check out.

Exceeded Expectations

Perfect house for our girls weekend. The interior was fun and comfortable, and was a great size for our group of 9 (we didn't put the pull out sofa to use, but could have). The location was even better than I anticipated. We walked everywhere, which made the weekend easier.

Very nice place

The house is spacious and the view is wonderful. The town is a short distance to walk. Sailing trip on Olad with Captain Cris was amazing and informative. For the bikers out there the ride to Cadillac Mt was great, must see. The cottage is wonderful also if you need the extra space. Enjoy

Overview

Great location, easy to walk into town. Great space to spend time with family. Some beds were old and caved in, was not comfortable. Some sheets were not washed prior to our arrival and the carpet on the stairs was not vacuumed. Overall, the stay was good.

Groomsmen House wedding weekend

We booked this over a year ago before our wedding and the host was very quick at responding and answering our questions. The groomsmen and their dates and my family loved it! This is a great location for it all, one thing to be aware, we had it in June and it was perfect weather to have windows open. There is no AC but only AC units in some rooms if needed. Beds were comfy and plenty of space! Our wedding party had plenty of space and rooms to choose from even the detach apartment had its own kitchen! Get this house for a wedding or even a long stay with family. Walking distance to a lot of spots in the area! Even our wedding photographers loved all the available light coming in and we hade great photos inside and on the dock with a perfect backdrop. oMG it was a beautiful day! Thank you so much!

Spectacular House

I rented this home for family to stay in during a wedding weekend in Camden and to host a small bridal luncheon. The house was amazing. The hosts were amazing. The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 8 with plenty of space for all. The kitchen was great and well appointed for lots of cooking which we did. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions or issues we had. It was extremely clean and most of all comfortable and felt like home for the 4 days we were there. The hosts were also very accommodating when on our departure day one of ours cars would not start and they were very understanding and helpful with the situation. Great location for all the fun things in Camden. We will definitely rent this home again!

Wonderful family stay for a weekend wedding

Our family really enjoyed their stay at this home while in town for a wedding, and it felt great to have space for everyone! The cousins shared the double bed rooms and parents got the main rooms. Two bathrooms, one being on-suite, was a bit of a challenge when it came time to get ready for bed, get ready in the morning and get ready for a wedding (also, one low quality hair dryer for the entire home and nearly empty soap bottles when we arrived) but having a well stocked kitchen and dining table for everyone was more important to us overall. The weather was pretty nice while we were in town, low to mid 70s with low humidity so the air units kept up and we were comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the harbor too, yes there are buildings in the way but it’s still lovely, and the location is so convenient, we walked everywhere! The whole family complained about the front door, it’s really difficult to open and actually bent at the bottom from all the pushing and dragging over the floor, no one could understand why it wouldn’t have been repaired at some point, I’d read lots of reviews so was prepared for it, but it was kind of mind boggling.

Family Weekend Birthday Surprise at the beautiful Harbor Breeze!

Words cannot begin to express the beauty of Camden - normally when traveling we use our timeshare or travel 5 star resorts - spending very little time at the place - not the case here at Harbor Breeze! The views, the spacious layout - the views, the walking distance to town - the VIEWS! - the detail and upkeep in the house and did I mention the VIEWS??? Ana was so accommodating to my family in setting up the weekend getaway - they happen to be around so we had the pleasure of getting know them - they made recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and of course eating. To know that a property owner takes that much pride and joy with the guests in their home where they make it yours is something truly spectacular. We will most definitely be back - oh and did I mention the views from their property??? Unbelievable!!!

Good location but didn’t live up to expectations

Location in Camden was ideal for a big group, easily could walk to downtown and plenty of parking. Water view from some of the bedrooms, however the view from the living room is unfortunately blocked by a restaurant and distillery. Was very nice to be close to those. However, there was some cleanliness issues with obviously stained sheets, a bathroom sink that easily clogged up, and several dead flies and other bugs. Now bugs happen in the fall, but the sheets not being clean was worrisome. The listing was also not clear as it’s advertised as sleeping 15 but then in the details of the listing it says actually it’s only 9 people and you’d have to book another property (the apartment) to be 15. Ended up being fine for us, but was confusing. Worked for what we needed, good location, but didn’t live up to expectations.

Family Fun Week

Convenient to Camden Harbor and accommodate 11. Property needs attention. Front door very difficult to open as it scrapes on floor (must have been like this for long time). Screens blown out on both front doors. Not a good first impression. We had to stuff towels around MBR window AC. House paint peeling off. Garage is a total mess. Pet urine smell on LR carpet. Guests in lower apartment complained about damp stuffy smell and cough / congestion. Frustrating view of large building behind home. Small deck with only two chairs. Left side of grill difficult to lite. Should show building obstruction in pictures (not a deal breaker but would provide honest description). Windows in LR very difficult to crank open (we were afraid to open as the crank might break). This could be a great property if owners/manager would take pride in up keep. We would come back if improvements and obvious repairs made. Hope owners/managers can bring this property to condition it deserves. Art

Convenient location, lots of quirks

We rented the upstairs only, not the downstairs apartment, which I believe is represented as a “cottage” on the listing. The listing is somewhat misleading- not inaccurate but by combining the two units amenities- read it carefully. Upstairs where we stayed is 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms- one of which is accessed from the master. The upstairs has two bedrooms with no bathrooms- a real inconvenience. The house was dirty when we arrived- sticky counters, dirty windows- dirty kitchen wares. The garage was filled with junk so we could not park there and overall parking was inadequate. The harbor view advertised was of a warehouse and the back of a falling down house. The climate control was preset and although it was something we could change, it would revert to non-use settings and we’d wake up to 55 degrees. The owners were nice enough snd I guess for the price it was what we should have expected (I really don’t know) but I would not recommend this property.

Camden is a wonderful town

First Camden is a lovely town, and the house is conveniently located, which allowed us to walk into town. We rented the main living area as well as the apartment. I want to say that Ana was responsive to our requests about the Direct TV service and propane for the BBQ. Some things could not be remedied during our stay without disrupting our time at the house. The weather during our stay was, rainy, hot, and humid. These conditions require air conditioning. The listing clearly states that the property was airconditioned. Unfortunately, the units supplied worked but were not adequate to cool the house. The wall mounted unit in the kitchen was supposed to cool the kitchen and the entire open concept living spaces. Three bedrooms had free standing units, vented to the outside and were not effective to cool the individual rooms. Air conditioning in the Master suite consisted of a floor box fan, nothing else. With the space not temperature controlled the entry door scraped the wood floor and was difficult to open. The apartment had one free standing air conditioner unit for the entire apartment. The unit was not vented to the outside and pumped the exhaust heat back into the room. The apartment smelled of mildew. This is an older home with some updates. Truthfully it looks neglected, worn, and needs a good deep cleaning with attention to many details. The property has a lot of potential. We made the best of the time we spent in Camden. The value for our money,

Wonderful Place!

Our family stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The location is great. You can walk to the harbor, and the view from the deck is outstanding. The house came with everything we needed. The large lobster pot was perfect for our lobster dinner. We would definitely stay here again.
