This modern and elegant villa in Albufeira is newly built and offers stunning sea views along with a heated pool. Located just 500 meters from Albufeira’s marina, you’ll have easy access to the coast.



The property accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The pool (12 x 3.5 m, 1.60 m deep) can be heated on request and is available for an extra fee. You’ll also find sun loungers, air conditioning in all rooms, TV with international channels, dishwasher, Bora cooktop, oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, washing machine, alarm system, Wi-Fi, and a charcoal barbecue.



Groups of young people are not allowed. Single-gender groups only on request.



Arrival is flexible, but we aim to minimize gaps between bookings. Please contact the host via the platform to confirm your preferred dates.



The rental includes towels and bed linen, pool towels, use of gas, water, and electricity (air conditioning, heating, and pool heating not included), mid-stay cleaning with towel change and light cleaning, final cleaning, beds made on arrival, internet, one high chair, and a cot on request.



For an extra fee and upon request, an extra child’s bed, additional high chair, air conditioning or heating, extra cleaning, and pool heating are available. Pool heating must be requested at least one week before arrival.
