Waiohuli Beach Hale är en liten havet komplex som ligger i Kihei Maui Hawaii. Denna fastighet har en stor aloha känsla med en avslappnad och lugn atmosfär. Varje enhet är bara några steg från havet och är centralt beläget till stora shopping, restauranger, stränder och ligger bara några minuter från golfbanor i Wailea och Makena. Christmas and new years

This stay was wonderful.Quiet and small and right on the beach. The views were amazing. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need. Beds were very comfortable. Recommend!!

Beautiful Property - Outdated condo

Was mostly clean, but needed some major updates. Floors were sticky. Property was beautiful with beach just steps away. If they just updated the furniture I would give this a 4 out of 5. Also AC was set to max 76 ( previous post said 78, but they must have lowered it to 76). Kind of hot but do-able. I would stay in this property again, just maybe a different condo. It would be great for 2 or 3 people. I slept on the couch which I had to buy sheets to sleep on it because it was very used. Great supplies for the beach. Beach towel could use some updating.

Had a great stay. Fantastic pool and beach right in fron of the condo. Walking distance to Times grocery store. Walking distance to restaurants. Perfect location. Could not have asked for a better location honestly.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay here. The location of the complex is ideal! You can easily explore South Maui beaches or simply walk out the back door across the lawn to your own beach. We enjoyed walking to the local shops and watching sunset from the property every evening. I hope to stay here again sometime!

Awesome location

Wonderful location - just steps from an almost private beach, nice pool that the kids enjoyed. Kitchen was adequately stocked with the essentials. Only downside was that there was a weird/bad smell that seems to be drainage related in the master bathroom.

Family 40th Jubilee

Great! Very clean and well supplied! Lovely condo! We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary 3 years late, (covid) by bringing our family to the Hawaiian Islands, for 2 weeks. We all had an awesome trip!!

Home away from home

Loved everything about this condo and its location:proximity to restaurants etc. The condo was clean, check in was seamless. They had extra towels and beach towels for us. We accidentally left something behind and they were prompt to let us know and were able to send it back to us. Highly recommend!

Everything you need

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked, they had chairs and such to use for the beach and they were very communicative abt everything else provided in the house. This set our expectations and made for a great stay. The location is wonderful. The lanai is the perfect place for a morning coffee or to watch the sunrise or sunset. It is a quick (3 minute) walk to the beach and 100 ft to the pool. The community grills are well cared for and great for dinners. We have stayed in this complex several times and this is by far one of the nicer units.

The kitchen is very well stocked with spices. Close proximity to the grocery store. Highly recommend this complex and this unit. The unit has AC in every room. Great access to beach, though rocky (bring water shoes). Apartment was well equipped with beach towels and gear and fully stocked kitchen utensils etc. Sofa could be improved. A wonderful location in Kihei. Quiet and not near busy hotels, but convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Great place! Grounds are exceptionally well cared for, too.

The grounds were nice...

This property was OK. The A/C didn't work in the main living area although the bedrooms stayed cool. The technician who came out to repair it wasn't able to work on this unit. We appreciated the management company sending someone out right away, though. Other guests on speaker phone at 6 a.m. was super annoying. The way the voices travel, you'd think they were in our unit. The beds/bathrooms were good but the living area was a bit cramped for 4 adults.

Reviewer Comments: Our unit suited us very well, nice view from lanai, convenient location (even my catholic church was right next door), stocked with many necessities and niceties. Would have liked: some condiments left in fridge to save on having to buy, more user-friendly TV to save time finding shows/movies, enlarge print of combo to pool and front door to make it easier to read, and allow air conditioner to be set down to 76 for more comfort (though most of the time the ceiling fans helped a lot). Tip for others: We ended up sharing leftover food with others who were leaving before us and after us- saved a lot of $ for them and us! Nice being so close to the beach and seeing sunsets almost daily!

Just do it

I cannot recommend this place enough. The property is so central to everything you could need, the beach and pool are spectacular! The unit itself is great, it’s stocked with beach chairs which we used every evening to watch the sunset. The air conditioning is on the weaker end, because they don’t leave it on when it is not being occupied it takes a few days to cool down the space. The living room unit really needs a upgrade (it’s struggling, even on day 8 of our stay the living room + kitchen were always warm), the master bedroom a/c is great, and the secondarily bedroom is okay- tolerable but not cold by any means. Other than the a/c it was a perfect unit for what we needed. We loved being on the lower floor and being able to walk to the pool and beach with ease. It was nice not having to carry things up and down stairs as well. We absolutely will stay at the waiohuli beach hale again, if this unit is available I don’t see why we wouldn’t choose it again!

Lovely stay in Kihei

We've been to Maui in the past, but it was our first time in Kihei area. This property was perfectly located in Kihei near cafes, grocery store, restaurants and food trucks. Check-in was a breeze as we were given clear instruction ahead of our arrival date. Parking was available right in front of the entrance door of the property, and the interior was clean and prepared as anticipated. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the basic appliances/kitchenware. We've been to other rental properties, but this property's kitchen was probably the most well-stocked one in our memory. Having two bathrooms was very convenient for our family with two teenagers. One missing amenity was shampoo/conditioner in the second bathroom, but it worked out as we had brought our own. The living room looks out to the lawn and pool. We specifically chose this unit because it's on the ground floor that looks out to the lawn/pool/ocean, and it was lovely to sit out in the porch to watch the sun rise in the morning and set in the evening. One minor issue was the screen door that opens out to the lawn. It didn't always close tightly to keep the bugs out. However, this became a non-issue because we did not have any bug problem. Though the pool was well-used by other residents, we did not use the pool because the beach was so accessible, just couple min walk beyond the pool. The beach wasn't crowded, waves were mostly calm and the walk along the shore on soft sand was amazing. Overall, this was a great place for our family of 4. We'd stay here again next time we're in Maui.
