Den lägre nivån har två sovrum. Huvudnivån master svit skryta waterviews tillsammans med direkt däck och badtunna tillgång (HOT TUB tillgänglig utan kostnad kan genom SEPTEMBER. Under lågsäsongen kan den heta bubblan göras tillgänglig för en 250 dollar per vistelse), en privat propan spis, en king size-säng, plattskärms-tv med satellit-service och ett mästerbad som är säker på att behaga. Den rymliga master bad är komplett med uppvärmd platta golv, dubbla handfat, avkopplande badkar och en rymlig sida vid sida dusch. Den andra nedre våningen sovrummet är möblerat med en tvilling våningssäng tillsammans med ytterligare två enkelsängar (4 enkelsängar totalt).

Komforten fortsätter under resten av dina gäster på övervåningen. Var och en av de två sovrummen på andra våningen har waterviews, är inredda med en king size-säng, en platt-TV med satellitkanaler, och har ett privat badrum vackert inredda med kakel och granit. En svit har ett badkar / dusch med kaklade surround, medan den andra har en rymlig, kaklat, duschkabin. Även på övervåningen är stort media rum med waterview och egen balkong. Läs och koppla av eller fånga på dagens evenemang som ser på den stora plattskärms-TV.

Wedding weekend in Roche harbor

Our daughter got married in Roche harbor. This house was perfect location and size for a big family to stay. This house was the best stocked home we have ever stayed in. The layout of the home as well as the view was amazing.

Beautiful home

We came to the San’s for a family wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home. The location was wonderful. The views and the beach were wonderful. Tide pools were fun for the little ones. The only suggestions that I would have for the future future is to provide more than one till per person. Maybe two Towels per person would be better. We needed to wash towels almost every day. And maybe include an extra set of sheets For the house.

Had everything we needed

Perfect for our blended family of our adult children (with their spouses) and our teenager. Enough room for everyone to have their own space/privacy, but we could also all be together for meals and family time. We stocked beautiful home!

Great home- very clean and well appointed

The pictures don’t do this home justice. It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was very spacious and had anything and everything you would need for your stay. Beautiful views and we enjoyed watching the baby deer playing around the property. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Property, Great for Large Groups

Spacious kitchen with ample supplies and seating to accommodate 10 people. 3 bedrooms with queen or king beds and private baths plus a room with 4 twin beds close to a fourth guest bath that has a shower. Plenty of room to relax inside and on the decks. Great views, and a short walk or drive to Roche Harbor.

Amazing house, amazing island!

This home was exactly as listed. Plenty of room (and towels - thank you!!) for the 9 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped (as listed) which was a joy for us. We cannot wait to come back and revisit this beautiful place!

Nice house

No extra sheets or towels and when requested more never delivered. One of living room chairs had a really foul odor like spoiled milk. Overall a great house for a large family.

Neil Bay House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The eight people in my group had a very good time on the island and at this property. The three king sized bedrooms slept six of us comfortably and the room with single beds worked for the other two. The downstairs master suite is huge and the door to the outdoor porch was perfect. We used the hot tub one night and it was great. The bay is not a bad location for getting into Roche Harbor and we saw lots of deer and bald eagles and other birds. The construction going on next door was a bit noisy and the biggest complaint would be the lack of sun on the outdoor seating areas. The house is not situated to receive sun in the morning or evening unless you are in the driveway. The kitchen was perfect, three dishwashers and lots of great cooking utensils. Over all it was a very good choice for us.

A Beautiful Place for a large family stay on the Water

This was quite spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. However, there was no Kleenex anywhere in the unit and with cold and damp weather, people will catch colds. They require you to take off your shoes when you enter - this should be in the conditions of stay as most of us did not pack slippers since we were unaware of the situation. Heated floors in the master bath was nice - wish we had known about them from the start - recommend a highlight card of unusual features in the unit. Hot tub was perfect with a nice view of the water. Rain head in the shower drips water - need to turn it on hot first so that it doesn't drip cold water while taking an otherwise warm shower. Wonderful views from the deck and unit of the water - saw deer, raccoon, many birds. Blinds did not block the sun in the morning - hard to sleep once it became light. 3 king beds were very comfortable. Outdoor beds need some weeding done occasionally. Big thistle almost blocked the entrance. Nest thermostat didn't follow our directions Great walk to Roche Harbor or the Mausoleum Too many activities to use TV. Separate hot water on sink explained why there was no teapot - once again took a couple of days to figure out.

Wonderful Family Reunion

The house was beautifully decorated with plenty of room and an absolutely fabulous kitchen. The children enjoyed all the toys and games and the adults loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. But our best memory was watching our grandchildren and children kayak with the seals in the Bay.... literally right off the back deck. Great holiday!!!
