Awesome house. Layout very accommodating for large group. Pool is a nice addition and fantastic for after beach relaxation. Walk to beach access is an easy 5 mins with a great restaurant right there. Multiple rental companies to obtain a golf cart from that makes getting around very easy. The rental company for this site is amazing. So helpful and responsive.

Heavenly view wonderful

House very nice, perfect for our family. It does have many steps if an issue for anyone. Beach a short walk, restrooms at beach entrance across from Stinkys Cafe. Pool maintained well, heated as we reserved.

Spring Break Family Trip 2025

Our first visit to Santa Rosa Beach 30A was an absolutely fabulous time! The house was just perfect for our growing family, we had two little ones and appreciated the gated pool! Accommodations were just as described and well kept up, a beautiful home and all were happy with rooms, linens, and furnishings. The main floor laundry room was a real life saver! We all loved Heavenly View and will definitely be coming back ! Diamond Gulf Rentals are wonderful to work with !!!

Pretty in Green

We had 14 in our group that included 6 grandchildren. We have been to the beach many times, but we had never had a private pool as part of our stay. That was a huge plus and something we will always look for in future stays. The house was big with lots of space to move around and easy access to the beach. It was the perfect stay.

Family Vacation 2024

The house was great for our large family of 16. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. We walked to the beach every day. The kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, we had a great week! Would definitely recommend this house and Diamond gulf rentals. We did have a small issue with the AC but a tech was sent and fixed it within an hour.

Great Stay!

The house, pool area and location worked very well for our family of 12 (7 adults and 5 young children). We had a blast. The pool is great and provided some shade in the afternoon, which was nice. The house has been renovated on the inside, and the new bathrooms were spacious and well done. The open living area and fully stocked kitchen was a perfect place to cook and enjoy fresh seafood meals.

Great family home

We stayed with 2 other families for Spring Break this year and the house was great! Incredible location, well-appointed, comfortable, etc. The management company was awesome- so responsive and accommodating! Between our families we had 3 kids in pack-n-plays so needed spaces for them (the bathrooms in each king room worked great) plus the adult couples and bigger kids. We paid to heat the pool giving the kids an alternate option to beach which was cool and windy most days (double red flags). The only thing I would call out is that the kitchen was missing some basics that we noticed because of the kids- cookie sheet, air fryer, etc. but nothing major. Also slightly annoying that a house made for large groups had so few rolls of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs. We ended up buying all of that throughout the course of our stay. Overall, this was a great spot and we loved making memories with our friends & family.

Perfect house and location

The house is located within a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. During peak season there is a beach attendant that will put up the umbrella and two beach chairs. The kitchen is well stocked and has large table for dining. The pool sits behind the house for some privacy. It was very easy to Uber or Lyft over to Destin to enjoy nightlife or boat rental. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Perfect vacation rental

The house was clean, well equipped, and lovely. Beds were comfy, sheets and towels were nice quality. All bedrooms and baths were spacious. Easy walk to the beach. The only thing I would add is a hair dryer or two as we didn't bring one.

Beautiful home

We throughly enjoyed our stay at heavenly view. The house and furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Management was responsive to every request we had. Splurged for the heated pool which was worth it!

Great Property

The house is beautiful! Well stocked, clean, and property manager is helpful and responsive if any issues arise. Short walking distance to the beach and restaurants and a short drive to shopping. Pool is the perfect size for a few kids to play in and paying to heat it was well worth it during a brisk spring stay.

Great Stay

Amazing Stay!

We stayed at this property for a Labor Day vacation. We had an amazing time. The house had everything we needed and was as comfortable as being at home. Nice Gulf View from the top balcony and a short walk to private beach (Heavenly).
