Ett öhem med fördömd tillgÄng till Taylor Bay. Ligger pÄ 3/4 av en tunnland med mogna tropiska trÀdgÄrdar som lite upp pÄ natten för romantiska kvÀllar och stjÀrnan stirrar. Bara en kort promenad till en avskild Taylor Bay-strand. Ligger i Sunset Bay Development strax utanför Taylor Bay.

Boendet Àr huvudhuset med en privat pool och lindas runt dÀck, allt pÄ andra vÄningen. Villan har tvÄ sovrum med 1 kung och 1 dubbelsÀng. Varje sovrum Àr luftkonditionerade. Utsiktsrummet pÄ tredje vÄningen har en full storlek sÀng. Det vÀlutrustade köket och vardagsrummet har utsikt över Taylor Bay,

  Casa de Isle har en lÀtt 3-4 minuters promenad till Taylor Bay Beach och Sunset Bay Tennis Courts.

My husband and I are in our late to mid 60's. Our goal is to make sure that our guests enjoy their vacation.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Dan and I first came to Provo on vacation in 2001. We stayed on Grace Bay and rented a car so we could explore the Island and found Taylor Bay. It was the most beautiful and relaxing beach we had ever been to and fell in love with the area. We returned two years later for a month so we could really explore the Island and find property to build a home. Taylor Bay kept calling to us and of course no other area on the Island could compare. So we purchased our land in Sunset Bay and began construction on our dream home. We moved to the Island so we could be hands on during the construction. We did most of the finish work ourselves. Lots of work, but a labor of love. It gives us great pleasure to share our home with the families that come here on vacation. So many folks that have stayed here have said the house has such a comfortable, relaxed homey feeling. There is a good karma from all the love and happiness from the folks who have lived here, even if just for a week We feel very blessed to be able to live here for 7 months of the year and care for our guests. Since we are the owners and the caretakers of Casa de Isle you get the service and the privacy you deserve. We love our job ! Sunny Regards Debbie & Dan Dawson

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The villa is well equipped and is located approx 600 feet from Taylor Bay, which is a secluded half mile crescent shaped, shallow, calm, white sand beach ideal for children or floating on an air mattress. An easy 3-4 minute walk. All the tall palm trees around the villa are wrapped with clear lights and are on a dusk to dawn timer as well as some spot lights that shine on the landscaping. It is so beautiful and relaxing to be on the deck with the tropical breeze blowing and the stars above. I am sure you will not be disappointed We live on the island at least 7 months of the year. (Oct to April) When the Main Villa is rented out we live in the apartment below and in the back. We assist quests when asked, value your privacy, the pool is upstairs and private to the Main Villa. We built the house in 2005 and at least half of our guests are repeat customers. There is private security 7 nights a week for Ocean Point and Sunset Bay.
