Beläget i Long Bay, bara 0,7 km från Long Bay Beach eller genom Leeward för att komma åt Grace Bay med 0,5 tunnland helt slutna resortområden och gott om plats för utomhusliv och underhållning centrerad kring en fantastisk pool och utomhuslivsområde.

En fullständig ombyggnad 2019 inkluderar alla nya möbler, madrasser, apparater etc. av avancerade ytbehandlingar som väntar på din familj i en extremt ren och bekväm enfamiljevilla.

Huset ligger 5 minuter från Salt Mills shopping, restauranger etc. Du kan gå till Long Bay Beach men det skulle vara en vandring på 0. 7 km, men mindre än en 3 minuters biltur till stranden genom grannskapet. För Grace Bay kör du genom Leeward (gated community på $ 1M + hem) och kommer åt den stranden på cirka en 4 minuters bilresa. Alla strandparkeringar är enkla och gratis så du kommer inte att ha någon nackdel med att ha bilen, annat än ekonomihyror är alla på ett VW-bugg, men med fyra dörrar, så du kan uppgradera till en större bil, minibussar eller SUV .

Det finns 2 Graceway livsmedelsbutiker (Gourmet är 4 minuters bilresa och den större butiken är mindre än 8 minuter) som vi använder.

Vår villa ligger inte på stranden och i ett bostadsområde på en 5 tunnland stor tomt med en 6 fot omkretsvägg så att du får privatliv och utrymme, men inte ödsligt. Våra grannar inkluderar en läkare och polischef som vi förstår, men när vi just köpt och VRBO listade fastigheten efter en fullständig ombyggnad i år, möter vi fortfarande alla på våra besök.

Tveka inte att ställa fler frågor eftersom vi är glada när vi delar allt vi vet om TCI. Vår fastighetschef på ön kommer också gärna att träffa dig på flygplatsen, ta dig till fastigheten och visa dig allt om hemmet om du föredrar.

First Time Visit

This was our first time vacationing in Turks. Melinda (the owner) and David (property manager) were great to work with. They both responded quickly to all my questions/concerns.The property was great for our family of 5(two adults, 3 kids). The kids loved the pool area! The area were the house was located was very quiet and felt safe. Melinda provided everything we needed for our days at the beach. There were coolers, floats, an umbrella and enough chairs for our family!

Perfect stay in Turks!

Our stay at Villa Medori was absolutely perfect! Enough space for two couples to spread out inside, the kitchen was very well accommodated and the pool/outdoor lounging areas were spacious and comfortable. The property feels secure and neighborhood feels safe. Really enjoyed property manager David was lovely and helpful! Can’t wait to return!

Turks again

This was our 3rd stay in Turks, and we were lucky enough once again to find an absolutely fabulous property that we totally enjoyed throughout our week's stay, with another couple that we always travel with. The entire property was walled/gated, the house was fully stocked with all amenities you would ever need, and all appliances/AC's were up to date, and fully functional. The outdoor pool and hot tub were absolutely the best, and this was where we spent most of the day, including a fully stocked pool cabinet with floats, tubes, etc. for the pool.Although the ocean was only 5-blocks away, it did not have any beaches nearby, but we highly suggest a visit out to Capt. Oaks Tiki Bar....about a 1/2 mile boat ride out to this little Tiki Bar, but quite fun......Enjoy,Al & Joan

Amazing property!

Absolute loved Villa Medori! Amazing communication, well taken care of property, perfect stay for us. Having those beach chairs, umbrella and cooler was a game changer and allowed us to explore so many amazing beaches. Would recommend a car at this location, but everything is super easy to get to. 8 min to Grace Bay, you cant go wrong. We had a flight cancelation and they were SO gracious helping us with transportation. Thank you for an amazing trip!

Great stay at Villa Medori

Our family had a great stay at Villa Medori! Host was excellent at communicating and providing recommendations and directions for all beaches, activities and restaurants. The villa is great - outdoor pool is just as beautiful as the photos. Plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor seating for all. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms comfortable and clean. The best!

Melinda’s home is absolutely beautiful! It was impeccably clean and had everything I could have possibly needed. The pool was definitely the highlight, and I loved having a variety of floats to use. It was so nice to not have to rent a chair and umbrella for the days spent at the beach. On top of all of this, Melinda and the house manager Johanny are some of the nicest people I’ve ever interacted with. Johanny and her daughter even had some birthday decorations displayed in the home for me. The location is an easy 5 minute drive from Grace Bay and it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. Amazing stay all around!

Beautiful villa, fully equipped and near Long Bay & Leeward beach.

Such a lovely week staying at Villa Medori. Owners and villa manager super helpful & friendly both before and during our stay. Villa is brilliantly well-equipped and lovely to have so much space just for 4 of us. You will need a car as nothing walking distance but all very easily accessible and nearby in car.

Second Visit Was Great!

This was our second trip to Villa Medori. Just like our first stay, everything turned out great. The pool and villa are comfortable and well appointed. Having access to all the beach chairs, floats, coolers, etc makes going on beach excursions so much more convenient. Hosts were super responsive and always willing to accommodate any of our requests.

Perfect for us.

Villa Medori fits the bill for well appointed pretty and small house with complete privacy. The private pool is such a gift. The house was located minutes from Grace Bay restaurants and shoppes. We plan on returning soon and staying longer. The owner couldn't be more helpful warm and responsive. Staff met any need that arose without delay. We love to be on our own in a lovely spot for vacations where we can eat in or out and totally relax. Villa Medori ticks all our boxes and more. Lovely decorated home. Fantastic Get-Away

Can’t say enough good things about Melinda and Coleen. Both owner and property manager went out of their way to ensure everything about our stay was perfect. The villa is awesome and great for adults, family, kids, etc. We rented a car and did different beaches most days, but still spent time in the pool everyday. The villa has a great outdoor space and we enjoyed cooking-out and being able to enjoy the amazing weather. We can’t wait to come back!

We have two children and their friends that travel with us, teenagers, but our youngest has been visiting Providenciales since she was 4 years old. We purchased the villa in 2019 after visiting TCI for 7 years and staying in many condos from the Venetian to Royal West Indies. The pool and outdoor living area combined with a convenient location is what we found special and look forward to sharing this special place with our guests. For our family, we often visit 3-4 different beaches during our stay so we elected the privacy and space to be in a residential area instead of a condo. A typical day is coffee/breakfast at the pool, packing a picnic lunch to head off to one of the many Providenciales beaches for snorkeling, etc. and then back to the house for cocktails and a barbeque back at the pool. Often kids are watching a movie on Amazon Prime or Netflix as everyone is getting ready for bed and preparing for the next day's adventure.

The private, newer construction, gated Villa Medori is located in Long Bay, only minutes from restaurants, shopping, golf, kite boarding, marina, and beautiful beaches. A short drive to Long Bay Beach is .7 km and Sunset Beach at Grace Bay. Enjoy the open space concept of living room, dining area, snack bar and well equipped kitchen along with outdoor dining and lounge area.
