13 Puma Lane är ett rent, bekvämt 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hem med en fantastisk plats. Det är bara en 5 minuters promenad till SHARC och kommer med 8 obegränsade SHARC-pass kommer med hyran (upp till en $ 25 / dag per person värde).

Det stora sovrummet har en Kalifornien kung och bad. Nedervåningen har ett andra sovrum med en drottning och ett barnrum med två uppsättningar våningssängar i det tredje. Botten i en av våningssängarna är i full storlek perfekt för vuxna. En mycket bekväm utdragbar drottningssoffa ner finns också.

Hemmet har två vardagsrum med HD-TV och Blue Ray perfekt för familjer som vill ha ett separat utrymme för barnen. Kabel- / satellit-TV finns tillsammans med en höghastighetsinternet Wi-Fi-anslutning.

Det välutrustade köket öppnar sig till ett av vardagsrummen vilket gör det perfekt för underhållning. På övervåningen har två däck vardera med bekväma möbler för att sitta på de fantastiska Sunriver eftermiddagarna eller kvällarna. Den stora badtunna ligger på ett av däcken där man kan blötlägga i slutet av dagen. En bekväm gasspis ligger i båda bostadsområdena att värma till på kvällen utan röran att elda. Luftkonditionering är tillgänglig för att hålla dig sval på de varma sommardagarna.

Wonderful winter stay!

This is the second time staying here for a yearly ski birthday trip. Location is great, Sunriver is always great, and access to bend/mt bachelor is perfect. Hot tub was so appreciated! Rooms very cozy.

Fantastic place in Sunriver

This place was awesome. It was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for an awesome week in Sunriver. For those with mobility issues, the steps to the main level are a little steep but it was fine for our family. We loved the hot tub, used the bikes every day and appreciated the SHARC passes plus the 4 minute walk there!

Great Family Escape!

My husband, Teen boys and my sister and her husband all stayed in this family friendly property. The xtra living space downstairs mad a great game room for the boys while making upstairs an adult space. The village and pickleball at Sage Springs was in walking distance! Highly recommend!

Unforgettable Family Vacation

We have been staying in Sunriver for 20+ years during our own childhood and now to be able to bring our kids is such a gift! This property was such an incredible location! The amenities were wondering and helpful to our family! The hot tub was Awesome! The beds were very cozy and we loved the size of the washer and dryer! Overall an unforgettable family experience we will treasure always! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place. Great location.

Well-equipped very nice 3 bedroom home very close to SHARC and less than a mile to the entrance to Sunriver, providing quick access to the Hwy up to Mt. Bachelor. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor; master suite, kitchen, living room on the 2nd floor. Nice hot tub. Worked out great as a base for a 5 day ski trip.

Awesome location - home away from home!

We loved our stay at this house. It was perfect for our three teenage daughters. We rode our bikes everywhere and never used our car once. It was clean, the beds were comfy, we enjoyed the board games and watch a couple movies since unfortunately, the smoke was so bad that things were closed during our stay. We also loved the hot tub.! Would definitely recommend this place! It’s not fancy, but it’s nice and just really comfortable, truly like a home away from home.

baseball tournament getaway

Wonderful property, close to everything (2 minute walk to SHARC). The house was "as advertised." It has everything you need with the SHARC passes and hot tub and bicycles. We even contacted the owners about a TV issue and they responded within a few minutes. Thank you for sharing your property.

Hot tub and Sharc. What else do you need.

We enjoyed our winter stay so much, that we’re hoping to be able to come back in the summer and stay here. There were lots of beds for our family of 5 to choose from. The kitchen was easy to use and the washer was so big we could fit all the towels in one load to prepare for check out. We enjoyed the fire place and just lounging by the TV. The hosts were super nice and easy going. We’d come again for sure.

Super cozy

This was a lovely rental close to everything in Sunriver. Shannon and Todd were gracious and answered our inquiries promptly. It was a super easy check-in/check-out. The house was cozy and rustic, and we made good use of the hot tub every day! Finally, the experience was topped off by the 6 bikes provided and the passes for the SHARC facilities (family fun aquatic center) just across the road. Thank you for a lovely experience in Sunriver! 😃

Perfect Place near Village and SHARC

13 Puma Lane was perfect for our stay with friends and family. The SHARC passes are a huge bonus with kids and the house came with enough bikes for everyone to enjoy multiple sunset rides. The house was clean, with a well stocked kitchen and the AC was a plus for the warm summer days. I must give a shout-out to the owners investing in supremely quality mattresses!!! The king bed upstairs was a dream to sleep on all week and good sleep can make or break a vacation!! We woke up rested and ready to take on all the amazing outdoor activities Sunriver has to offer. Highly recommend this property!

Baseball Weekend

This rental was great. Good location to Bend. Fab amenities, the kids LOVED all the bikes on the property. Good location to the SHARC, we weren't able to fully enjoy, as the weather decided to be stupid, however, that wasn't the owners fault. The kids rode all over Sunriver, loving the bike lanes, access to the shops, and the ice cream. We will definitely be back so we can take advantage of the Sharc in better weather.

Terrific Location and Floorplan!

This house is in the perfect location for enjoying Sunriver! We loved being able to walk to the SHARC and Village. Instructions about the house were very easy to follow and we had no issues at all. The weather was very hot during our stay and the AC in the house was fabulous. The floorplan of the house was perfect for our needs. There are bedrooms and bathrooms on each level, as well as a TV room on each level, which was ideal for our multigenerational family during our stay. We enjoyed the selection of various sizes of bikes and appreciated helmets were provided as well. We definitely recommend this house and host!
