Cirka 1500 kvm med öppen planlösning och bara några steg från sandstranden. Titta på solnedgångar från din egen balkong eller stranden. Två täckta parkeringsplatser. Matsalen har plats för 8 bekvämt och köket är utrustat med porslin, bestick, köksredskap. Båda sovrummen har king size-sängar och har sittplatser. Storskärms-TV i vardagsrummet med HD-kabel. WIFI ingår. Restaurangen är lätt promenad - 1/3 mil och en närbutik är mindre än en kvarter promenad. Du kan hyra båtar, paddelbrädor, kanoter, motorscooter - en kort promenad bort. En bil är nödvändig för resor till sevärdheter i Tampa St. Petersburg eller Orlando. Men PSTA Trolly stannar nära lägenheten på Gulf Blvd. erbjuder service till både Clearwater och St. Pete stränder.

Very clean and well maintained. Fully stocked with anything you need in a home, especially the kitchen. Great location and nice large bedrooms. Large laundry room too. We were very comfortable in this cozy home and hope to return.

This beach place was great! Clean and spacious, king beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed. Convenient to many good restaurants. Quick walk to the beach. Beautiful sunsets!!!! Loved that we had covered parking and access to beach chairs, umbrellas and other water toys. Host was easy to contact if needed. Highly recommend.

This was second stay here, and it’s was as good as our first. The location is excellent and the property is well kept. Great sunsets from the balcony.The host is by far the best one we’ve ever had.

Wonderful Girls Getaway

Tom's place was a great fit for our short trip to visit FL colleges! We enjoyed the condo and mostly the beautiful vistas and the calming waters of the Gulf coast!! What an amazing place to stay!!!

Great place for a getaway!

The property was delightful. Nice view of the Gulf and was a comfortable place to stay. It included everything we need for our Thanksgiving dinner. We will return!

Short 4 day trip

Playing senior softball in the Tampa area and wanted to spend some time at the beach. Very good location and owner. Could not ask for more. I would stay again.

Comfortably relaxing. Right there on the beach of the Gulf. Great restaurants nearby.

It was easy. Tom was gracious. Had all the amenities we needed!! Perfect relaxing get a way!! Weather was a bonus!! Sailing on the Schooner Clearwater was super fun too!!

Great location at the beach

This is our second stay at this property, and we enjoyed it very much. It was nice to be so close to the beautiful ocean, which is the main reason we chose it. The balcony has a partial sea view, and we ate most of our meals out there... loved the ocean sounds and sea breezes! There are restaurants and other businesses close by... it's a good location for sure.
