Kom och njut av vår strandhus på den vackra sandstranden i norra Topsail Island Beach. Njut av några av de vackraste soluppgångar och solnedgångar finns på North Carolina Coast. Samtidigt besöka Topsail området, kommer du njuta av några av de mest orörda, uncrowded stränder någonstans på östkusten. Området har den största enkla nöjen i livet. Här kommer du att uppleva kust djurliv blomstrar i sin naturliga miljö. Den Shipwatch Villas är en avslappnad bostadsrätt gemenskap på havet. Njut av stranden poolen eller surfa i havet. Ta en avkopplande promenad längs stranden eller ta en kör ned till piren. Släng i en linje eller surfa kasta hela dagen. Grilla en korv i samhället kolgrill område eller äta ute på de många lokala restauranger. Shipwatch Villas 1316 ligger på tredje våningen och kan nås genom trappor eller hiss. Detta två sovrum, två badrum i lägenheten är smakfullt inredda och har fantastisk utsikt över havet och poolen. I vardagsrummet finns en queen-size bäddsoffa, platt-TV, DVD-spelare och intranät service. Även utanför vardagsrummet hittar du en glidande glasdörr som leder dig till en privat balkong. I korridoren hittar du sovrummet med en king size säng som leder till egen balkong och en master badrum. I slutet av hallen, bara förbi badrum, är det andra sovrummet. We loved our stay at this great property. There was four adults in our group and we had more than enough room. The property was equipped with everything we needed! We arrived to find it clean and adorable. Beach access was so convenient and the elevator made getting in and out a breeze. The owner was great with communication and made everything straightforward and easy. When we return to Topsail this property would be our first choice without a doubt. We highly recommend it!

The condo is situated so that you have a perfectly clear view of the ocean and pool. It had plenty of space for our family of four. There is plenty of beach gear at your disposal, towels, etc. It truly is an amazing spot to vacation. We have been going to Topsail for over 10 years now and Shipwatch villas is our favorite. You can’t beat the direct beach access and view. I loved that this condo was one level and felt roomy and spacious. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Girls Family Trip

We Will definitely be back ! Everything was a breeze including from the time we got there until we left. Property manager sent reminders of parking passes, entry number, pool fobs etc.. and was just a click away if we needed anything (which we didn’t ) everything was supplied :) but they still touched base with us to check on our stay. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:We just found our villa and all that we had to do was enter our code. Once we walked in we loved the beachy aesthetic and everything looked exactly like the pictures of the place ! Sometimes a place will have pics up and you walk in and think this does not look like the pics but this place was exactly the same ! Inside the owners had a book of details, parking passes, pool fobs all ready and in our room. We didn’t have to bring beach chairs, towels, sheets, umbrella, or beach wagon because all was provided and it made my family’s trip and packing so much easier ! We had a view of the pool and the ocean and beach access. When we wanted to hit the beach we would just load up our wagon, take the elevator down and stroll out to the beach access. Which is right near the pool. And the pool was great. I liked that you had to have pool fob to get in so that just anybody can’t come in. I thought it would be super packed on the fourth of July but it wasn’t that bad ! Everyone we met was super friendly and I loved that on the Fourth of July it wasn’t super packed ! We loved our stay and I am sure you will too!

Girls weekend

This property was perfect for our girls weekend. We were able to enjoy coffee on the balcony, stroll the beach, dip our toes in the pool and sleep soundly. It was perfect.

Great Affordable Getaway

This unit is nicely updated and well kept -- the owner was very helpful with the questions we had and everything went smoothly. Our teen granddaughters wanted a getaway during spring break and we all really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Time!

This was our first year visiting North Topsail and I’m sure it won’t be the last! The entire trip was amazing and did not disappoint! This condo was awesome and perfectly accommodating. Clean and everything we could have hoped for! Quick response from the owner as well for anything we needed! Loved every minute!

Family vacation

We stayed at Terri’s property August 4-10 and although weather was not in our favor, her property was 100% as described and a very well appointed condo. We loved the property from the moment we unpacked; it was clean, had basic supplies, and the property amenities served us well. Terri was available for a few questions I had along the way and was very helpful and accommodating. I hope to book again in 2025. Two thumbs up!

Great value. Great location

Great place to stay. Host was excellent! Perfect for mom and dad and 2 to 3 kids. Plenty of ocean chairs, umbrellas and boards. HOA needs to purchase more luggage carts they are in short supply. We got lucky since it was after spring break and off season.

Beautiful, comfortable condo

The condo was as beautiful as the pictures show, meticulously decorated with seaside treasures! It was spacious and well equipped for all our needs inside the apartment and on the beach. The beach was easy to get to and the sound of the waves were always present. Would definitely recommend it to our friends. We enjoyed our days at North Topsail Beach!

Weekend getaway

The property was just as pictured. It is well maintained and in a great location. My friend and I recently had loved ones to die (not COVID-19 related) and we both needed some down time away from all the hustle and bustle we have both endured the last month. This was a time to really re-connect and lean on each other. Even more wonderful was a chance to just enjoy and behold the beauty of the beach/ocean that God has created and know that He is always with us no matter what we go through.

Topsail Area-Quaint and Beautiful

I had read about Topsail being a sweet hidden gem beach community and it truly is. Nice beach, great access to beach. This condo is very nice, great classic coastal decor. Great balcony and great view. It was a little dusty but clean. We also could not fine any washcloths and only one hand towel for the bathroom but we did find bath towels still in the dryer. These are minor little things, but all in all, a great unit, large community of condos but grounds were in great shape, had elevators and luggage carts--great stay!

Girl Time

What can go wrong when girls get together for some beach time? Nothing! And with a beautiful place to stay and hang out when not on the beach it makes it even better! My only request is that I wish I would’ve known that I did not need to bring beach chairs and a shade as there was everything we needed right there! Would recommend to friends! 😎

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We decided to take a quick weekend trip with our two kids to get a change of scenery, but also wanted a place that we felt comfortable given COVID-19. This condo was absolutely spotless. You could tell the owners take great care to ensure everything is well kept and clean. The decor was beautiful, the condo has all the supplies you need as well. The view is beautiful. It was not crowded when we went and it's far enough down the island you feel secluded. The owner was very communicative during the entire process. One of the best rentals we have experienced in years!
