Stor mästare med bekväm queen size-säng och privat badrum, platt smart TV. 2: a sovrummet, 2 enkelsängar (det gör king size-sängen med anslutande enkelsängar) och 2: a bad. Vardagsrummet har två enkelsängar och en plattskärms-TV med utökad kabel. Hemmet har trådlöst internet (WiFi).

Perfect Locarion / Great Price

This was a beautiful condo at a great location. Right on the water with a beautiful view of the sunset. Nice pool to watch the sunset in. Nice location 2 minutes from the beach. Nice and quiet stay. Will definately stay again.

Right on the Lagoon

The owner was excellent accommodating us at the last minute when a neighboring property was unable to keep our reservation. This property met our needs with two (what I would call) Master Bedrooms. It was clean and had a pretty view of the lagoon with a dock (I wished I had a boat, but we were there on business). Previous renters damaged the vertical blinds in the bedrooms and these should be repaired or replaced to enhance the privacy of the unit (it's on the second floor, so it was not a big issue to us). All in all, I was pleased with the property and would like to return (with a boat this time).

Good stay, nice owners

Overall it was okay. AC didn't seem to cool enough especially when we were cooking. Bedrooms cooled but not bathrooms or living area or kitchen. We had to grill in the dark because outside light wasn't working. Every time we went to close the blinds one of them would fall down, back entrance and door to patio. Owners very friendly and nice condo complex along with nice neighbors. Just a few complaints but overall stay was very satisfactory.

Quiet, Convenient & Clean Place To Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle C. We only stayed four days so we did not take full advantage of the location, but it is very convenient to the beach, the national seashore, and just about any kind of dining and shopping you might need back over the bridge. The kitchen is fully-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the condo is clean and very well-kept. The "neighborhood" is very quiet. This probably describes a lot of places, but the difference-makers as far as I am concerned was how easy Eric and Wanming were to work with, and what a great job of communicating they did. They are very accommodating and it is a personal priority of theirs to ensure that their guests enjoy their visit. We really appreciated that.

Spotlessly clean, wonderful location on boat channels

When I had to unexpectedly make reservations to stay in Corpus Christi due to a family emergency, I thought I might as well stay on Padre Island. At the last minute, I was able to book this condo on the boat channels and the owner was very accommodating in helping us with last minute booking details, and getting us into the condo that evening. The apartment was nicely decorated, extremely well stocked with cookware, etc. The pool and hot tub was very clean, though we didn't have much time to enjoy them. We enjoyed it so much that we will seriously consider booking this condo again, hopefully for a more relaxing vacation. Also, don't miss the nearby German Bakery for breakfast!

Best condos for my family!!

It was perfect for the family, close to everything, and in very good shape, thanks for sharing it. El departamento estaba perfectamente limpio y listo para ser ocupado, la localización estaba perfecta, cerca de todo lo que queríamos hacer, y muy bien puesto.

Condo Turtle C Seamount Cay

The condo was very nice. Our only issue was that there was only toilet paper on the rolls in the bathrooms, no extras. And there was no trash bag in the trash can. Looked around for one, and found 'one'. No others. We had to buy toilet paper and trash bags. Since the seashell bedspread was so precious to the owner, we folded it up when we got there and put it nicely in the closet. The billing was an issue.

Beautiful condo

The owners were always quick to respond and very helpful. Everyone staying thought the condo was beautiful and comfortable, clean, and close by to many fun things. What a wonderful experience, I would definitely rent this condo again!

Great place; a few clarifications

We had a delightful time here, a wonderful family visit in a place that was as good as previous reviews stated. The condo is well maintained. The kitchen has quality appliances (much better than almost any other rental we've used) and is well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. We were surprised when we arrived to discover that the back door, the one to the parking lot, opens into one of the bedrooms. Coming and going, we went through that bedroom. The front door opens to the dock and the water. I don't think it would sleep 8 comfortably because that assumes someone could sleep on the sofa bed. The sofa bed is a typical, flimsy 2-inch thick mattress on a wire frame. No one who weighs over 50 pounds could sleep on it comfortably. We had five adults and could have handled six adults comfortably. One bedroom had a large king bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds. We found two quality cots and pads in the twin bedroom, moved one of them into the living room and folded it up during the day. There were plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows in the closets. Everyone slept well, it was a very quiet and peaceful visit. There was lots of closet space available. The dining room table seats 6, a great spot for family meals. The outside deck was a comfortable place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. I was wishing it was open to the sun, but if we were there in July we'd probably be grateful that it's in the shade. When you stop at the grocery store before arriving, don't forget paper products. Toilet paper, paper towels. There was some on the rolls but none in the cupboards. You'll also want either plastic grocery bags or garbage bags for extra garbage. Small complaints, lots of praise for this place. I'd definitely recommend this condo.

Great place

This was an ideal place to explore Padre Island, Corpus Christi, and Port Aransas. The place was well kept, bright and cheery, and was exactly as the owners described. Bird watching along the canal in the morning was a highlight. The owners were especially helpful with things to do in the area. Would definitely return on our next visit to south Texas.

Romantic condo!!!

We spent 3 nights here and had a blast. Very easy access to the beach and also FUN FUN fishing off of the dock behind the house. Handing out on the deck to watch the boats floating by and in the morning the calmness of the water is incredible! The bay is so beautiful and it is like a huge salt water swimming pool. My children had a blast fishing off of the dock.The house has everything you need, including 2 Big Screen TV in bedroom and full Cable. Kitchen fully equipped.The sink is very very beautiful, one is blue just like blue sky,i haven't seen in my life;the green one is just like the water, rich and romantic!!! We felt like in the 5 star hotel!!!It is very clean!!!It is fantastic!!!

Beautiful waterfront condo

This condo was fantastic; very bright and clean. The owners are doing some nice upgrades to the property (flooring, countertops, etc.). We selected this condo because of its location on a canal with a boat slip as we have a boat in storage in Corpus Christi and like to fish when we are there. This condo even has a lift! It was perfect for our week's stay and large enough for our kids and grandkid to come down for the weekend. We were very pleased and hope to book this condo again the next time we are in Corpus.

A Shangri-La: Earthly Paradise ~ can't wait to return!

This condo and its location are amazing! Our hosts, Wanming and Eric Smith, are very friendly, attentive, and helpful; both in regards to the property and in assisting us in having a fantastic time on North Padre Island. The condo is situated on an off-the beaten canal: a nice, quiet location. A family staying in a condo next to us had good luck fishing right off the dock. There is a pool very nearby in the condo complex. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean, and well-furnished. There is even a propane grill on the deck overlooking the canal. The kitchen had enough plates, silverware, and glasses; as well as enough open space in the living and dining room; to outfit a dinner for 14 people! (This is remarkable: in our experience, some 2-br vacation rentals barely have enough dining materials for 4 people.) I highly recommend kayaking around the canals during your stay. The fisherman are friendly as they cruise back and forth from Laguna Bay; we saw many species of shorebirds; and the diverse waterfront properties are fun to observe. The oceanfront beach is a pleasant 1.5 miles' walk, bike, or drive, as is the popular La Palma Mexican Restaurant (very yummy, inexpensive, and enough food for 2-3 meals!). Eric and Wanming told us that during an Alaskan friend's recent 3-week visit, they ate at that restaurant at least 20 times! Two more tips: bonfires on the beach are a must-do (Eric will provide advice on where to get wood), and swimming November through February is absolutely possible! The latter is remarkable for me, a current Maine resident, where swimming, even in August, is a rare possibility. We can't wait to return, even though it's only 3 months from now! Great Location and Value!

We stayed in the condo for a week and had really good time there. We like the channel on the back where my kids and I can fish or just sit there to enjoy the water front. The condo is big enough for four of us, bright and clean. There are enough cookware in the kitchen for my wife to make nice meal. It is very close to the beach and takes us 5 minutes to get there. The owner is very helpful. They provide enough information about CC and direction. We will definitely come back to this condo in the future.

Fabulous vacation rental!!!

The town home was really nice and clean. We loved the fact that there were many items in the home that were available to us to use such as the beach chairs and towels.I rented this condo unit at the last minute for a spontaneous family get-away. The owners were quick to respond and accommodate us! The condo had everything and more and did not disappoint. The back private dock was fun to fish off of and the kids loved catching fish and hanging out. We will always come back to this particular unit because of the amazing owners!The kayaks were a lot of fun.My husband and kids loved fishing from the deck. I plan on making another weekend getaway soon but this time with my family.

Great property! Great value!

We had a fantastic time at this condo! The directions and information we received from the owners were perfect. It was very serene and we enjoyed fishing in the morning and evening.I was totally delighted with this property. It is better than the pictures which were good. Our family was very comfortable, plenty of clean linens and the supplied toiletries was a very thoughtful touch. The kitchen had everything we needed. All appliances worked very well and the property was very clean.The canal location was perfect for easy boat access and the deck was perfect for sitting out and enjoying the weather. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be looking towards renting this property again in the future.

Perfect vacation home

The condo was everything we were told and more. The owners have provided everything you need to feel comfortable and at home.We felt like we were staying in someones's well maintained home instead of a rental property. The furnishings were lovely and everything was very updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed being right on the water. Will be back again next year!

Here is paradise!!We have lived on the Island for seven years now. We have 2 boys. As much as possible, we spend time on the beach, fishing, swimming, making sand castles, looking for a lucky sand dollar.
