Helt ny konstruktion. Välkommen till Village By the Beach. "Ocean Breeze" är dekorerad med roliga strandtema dekorationer. Vi har 55 "HDTV i huvudrummet. Varje sovrum har 43 "HDTV. Boområdet är trevligt att koppla av och titta på en show eller bara att besöka. Matsalen ligger på bottenvåningen. Den har möblerat kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, bäddsoffa, badrum med dusch och möblerade handdukar. Det stora sovrummet, på bottenvåningen, har king size-säng, byrå och 2 garderober. På övervåningen finns 2 dubbelsängar och ett badrum med badkar / dusch. Också ingångsvägen till balkongen. På balkongen hittar du 4 adirondack-stolar med bord som ser ut över poolen. Balkong är täckt. Enheten ligger vid poolen. Den har en privat uteplats med utsikt över poolen. På natten stjäl den uppvärmda poolen showen med sina färgljus. Det finns en övre fontän och en separat barnpool med skiftande ljus. Det finns en BBQ-grill precis utanför dörren i poolområdet plus 6 andra grillar i sikte.

Amazing host, condo, and location. Clean home with nice furniture. Close to beach. At beach you are able to drive car on beach which was amazing. No walking and lugging all your beach ware.

Awesome Experience!

Walking distance to White Cap beach was a great plus, but the property itself was amazing! The host was super friendly. The place was well stocked on all items you might want or need. Great AC and hot water! We also loved that there were good sized TV's in each room. This is the place to stay. We will definitely be back next year.

Very impressed with this property. Conveniently located right across the pool & close to designated parking spaces. Outdoor patios were great. Unit location made it easy to load/unload luggage. The property has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay by the pool or beach. From BBQ utensils to beach toys, chairs, towels etc. this place has it all. The host was very helpful and attentive to us during our stay. Highly recommend this unit. We will definitely be booking again for future stays.

Annual Family vacation

We take a trip with our family every summer to North Padre Island. This is our second time staying at this condo and it’s amazing! Very clean and well kept. The hosts is very easy to communicate with and always responds timely. We will definitely be back to this place!

Good location for a beach getaway

Great location for beach getaway, which is approx 1.5 blocks away to Whitecap beach and packery jetties. And as advertised you are steps from the pool. Had a mix up with the lock combination, but Stephanie was on it and she handled it very promptly, and even asked if we would like to change it for our convenience. The home was as advertised and what our family needed for our stay.

Best Condo Ever

I’ve stayed at this property more times than I can count. Property manager always responds promptly. Condo is always very clean, in fact, I could still smell the cleaning supplies when I walked in. They’ve recently done some upgrades from last year. New recliner, new sofa and each space reclines back making for more sleeping space. New bed mattresses. Oh and it’s literally five steps from the pool and 1-2 blocks to the beach depending the route you take. Perfect for family.

Location great- property needs work

Location was awesome however property needs some TLC. dishwasher didn’t work properly and cleaning crew needs to have paid more attention to having it ready for new paying family. A lot of money to have to hand wash dishes and find soap for bathrooms. No extra paper towels on hand either. But having the pool right outside the door and the beach 5 min away was great.

Home sweet home

This feels like our second home every year we return. Stephanie has been very responsive when the coffee maker broke down. We also received new sofa, loveseat, and chair. They are just beautiful. Stephanie also replaced the mattress and is getting the place repainted. Can’t wait to return! Location and pool are the best also!

Great stay and will be back!

Our stay here is everything we could have hoped for. Our boys LOVED the heated pool and being so close to the ocean. We went to Sea World and Six Flags while we were there and it was an easy drive. We would love to come back and would stay here.

Fabulous location and great property.

The beach is just across the street and the pool is right in front of the door!! Very clean and comfortable. The beds are awesome. We had a wonderful holiday and will look forward to coming again.

Location of this location was perfect. Directly across from the pool, very short walk to the beach, and easy access to Port A and Corpus. Very clean and exactly as shown.

Close to beach and fishing. Love the complex. Awesome pool that can see from unit. Close to Schlitterbahn Water Park. The Veranda Restaurant is close to with great food.
