Med 1700 kvm lyxig bostadsyta har vår exekutiva villa en stor 25-tals sydpool med vacker fontän som har utsikt över naturskyddsområdet - så håll ögonen öppna för vilda djur som ibland promenader eller flyger förbi!

Strax utanför villan finns vilda apelsin- och citronträd som betonar hur den södra vänddelen åtnjuter hela dagen solsken.

Detta lyxiga boende är elegant möblerade med ett stort vardagsrum, inklusive en stor familj och matplats. Det öppna köket innehåller en frukostbar och är fullt utrustat med alla apparater du kan förvänta dig och behöver. Ismaskinen frys och mixer är särskilt användbara för när du gör dessa pool-side cocktails!

Boendet uppdateras ofta och inkluderar storskärms-kabel-TV, video, DVD-spelare, Hi-Fi, DVD, CD-skivor, biljardbord, dart, bordtennis, videor och böcker.

Villan drar också nytta av en snabb 150mb bredband / internet-tjänst som är gratis tillgänglig för gästerna, liksom den GRATIS nationella och internationella telefonsamtalstjänsten.

Spacious well equipped clean villa

Lovely spacious property with a very sunny pool area (sunshine’s literally all day on pool area) well equipped clean (the fridge was so clean it looked as if it was brand new!!) management team excellent (we thought we’d left some stuff there and I connected Diane when I got home she went above and beyond to help) both owners and management team very responsive overall a lovely stay.

great location

centrally located to the parks for easy access. grandchildren loved having the heated pool. plenty of blankets and linens. all and all a great place.

A Superb villa which is home from home!

Wonderful villa, great location, well equipped you need for a great holiday, games room amazing and a fabulous pool with great poolside furniture. You need a car but great base for parks and shopping malls. Also lots of.variety of restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay

This house was the perfect place to stay for our Disney vacation. Conveniently located near the parks, restaurants and entertainment. Quiet nice safe neighborhood. Our kids loved the private pool.

AMAZING VILLA

Absolutely beautiful villa , pool stunning , the management team were wonderful too. Really pleasant stay . Very very happy . Couldn’t have asked for anywhere better . So close to Disney and SeaWorld too. Lovely restaurants and supermarkets , Walmart is a bit mayhem but target was awesome . Thank you for having us

Fun in Orlando

The house was perfectly centered to all the parks. The gated community made it feel secure. The swimming pool was nice to get in after a hot day of 20k+ steps at the parks. It was a great way to cool off. Definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a cheaper option than the park resorts.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood is gated and feels very safe. The house was somewhat dated but consistent with other homes in the neighborhood. There were a few minor "maintenance" issues that were quickly addressed. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again.

Property was perfect for our needs. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels etc. The location is excellent and not too far to visit various parks and attractions. Restaurants are also close by. Management company responddd very quickly when we requested fans dor yhe games room as it was too hot in there. They brought 2 large fans the next day.

Great Disney Trip!

Our rental was in the nice sub-division of Sunset Lakes. Our home met our needs for 7 people and was very convenient to Disney. We enjoyed the pool and the owners and management were very responsive to any questions. Great trip and memories made

Amazing home

We stayed here for a week in August and were beyond happy with the home and the location. The home was spacious, very clean and beautiful. Location was great! Lots of stores and activities close by. The pool was the perfect size and temperature. The game room brought lots of excitement and togetherness. We had an amazing experience here and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Wonderful home away from home

We stayed in this beautiful house a family of 5 from Iceland. We loved everything about the house. The southfacing pool and surroundings was amazing and used all days. The playroom was great and location of the house spot on, rather short drive to the parks, molls and outlets. Hopefully we'll return one day and we can recommend this property. Thanks so much for making our vacation super💕

Lovely villa ideally situated to Disney parks

Had a great stay at this lovely villa. The villa was very clean and well presented and ideally situated just 10 minutes from all the Disney parks. The pool was just what was needed after a day at the parks in the August heat. Fab Walmart and Target shopping within 10 minutes drive and lots of restaurants within 5 minutes - our favourites was the Outback, their steaks and honeybread were gorgeous! Would definitely recommend this villa and hope for a return visit very soon.

Excellent house in a perfect location

Very good. Exactly as described and shown in pictures. Lovely community. 10-15 minutes to Disney. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Really well stocked house (kitchen wear, towels etc) Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Great Location

Great location for visiting all the Disney Parks. Close to all sorts of dining options. Grandkids loved the pool after tiring days at Disney. House was very roomy and clean. Would recommend to any one considering visiting Kissimee. Only issue would be the lanai, it has a few holes and needs some repairs. It wasn't an issue for us as there where no bugs.

Sunset Lakes - Not to be Missed

My family and I spent a wonderful time at our Villa at Sunset Lakes. Everything was perfect. The villa was spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed and all modern accessories included. Karen and John were a phone call when we sought any advice on shopping malls etc and were eager to ensure that our stay was to be the best experience ever. We loved the fact that the Villa was centrally situated in Kissimmee and within easy reach of the theme parks, restaurants' and shopping. I would highly recommend Sunset Lakes and I sincerely hope to revisit in the future. Many thanks for your courtesy that you showed us and if/when we return we would have no hesitation in securing accommodation with you again.

Great location, lovely neighbourhood

Our home for 3 weeks, property had everything you could need. The location was perfect for us to visit Disney, Universal, Seaworld and local restaurants. We made great use of the pool. The neighbourhood was quiet and well kept. As stated with previous occupants, the property could do with some modernisation however the price we paid was very competitive and didn’t affect our stay. Communication with the owners and the property manager was first class. We had a fantastic 3 weeks using it as our base.

Great location and villa for our family.

Lovely stay at this villa! The location was great for getting to Disney and a choice of supermarkets nearby! Also really liked that the property was on a private gated community so meant it was peaceful and quiet during our stay. So much space so would be great for larger families. Pool was fantastic and loved that there was screening. I do think it needs some love putting into it though, some fresh painting would do the trick, as some parts are looking a bit tired. The villa was clean so no issues there, would have been nice to have more of a welcome package with mini washing up liquid and things like that, as other villas do provide more things to get you started. Also so baking trays for the oven would be handy :D Loved our stay and would stay here again! I'd highly recommend this villa! The owners also answers any questions and very helpful! Thank you!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We bought this property because we wanted to enjoy the wonderful weather and be close to the huge number of attractions that only the Orlando area can deliver. Yet we also wanted to be able to relax away from the hustle and bustle that such a vibrant environment can bring.

Sunset Lakes provided exactly what we wanted, it's a quiet well protected gated community with a large percentage of permanent residents.

Furthermore this property, backing on to the conservation land, is particularly quiet.
