Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful property! It had everything we could have asked for... plenty of room for the whole family, steps from an uncrowded beach, and the most incredible views from the covered deck. We will definitely book this property again!

Short walk to beach

We had a wonderful time. We could see the ocean from the house which made the entire visit like a cruise. The walk to the beach was so quick and the outside shower was so convenient. Really liked texting Frances for any information we needed. Great trip.

Great house with great views and less than a 2 minute walk to the beach.

My small family thoroughly enjoyed our beach trip. The house had everything we needed. In fact our kids forgot their beach chairs but the hosts had extras in the guest room closet. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The owner was super helpful. We plan to return next year.

Great place

Great property with very easy access to the beach. I rated 4 out of 5 on cleanliness only because one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned. The owner was very helpful and kind, answering all questions we had and assured us that she would speak to the cleaning company about it. We had a great time and I would definitely rent this house again.

It was a very nice place, good view of the beach , kitchen had everything in it we needed. it was a perfect place for the motorcycle rally and putting our bikes up out of the way. the only problem we had was I wish the Galveston hotel tax was included in my initial quote not asked for later after booking and we had to put sheets on our beds, but I would stay there again if in the area

Perfect Family Beach House! Just steps away from the ocean & great views!

We found the prefect place for our family’s spring break trip! The home was nicely decorated and had all the cookware we needed to make dinner. We were steps from the beach and enjoyed morning and afternoons on the deck. The kitchen table was the perfect spot for game nights and my girls loved the bunk room. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this spot on Bermuda Beach. Quiet, yet just a few miles from all the tourist attractions. Trust me, you will love it there! The owner was great to work with too!

Like a model home!!

This house was perfect! This was our first time renting a beach house and we were spectacle but it was a great experience. The location was great, the owners were great. We had the whole family and friends down and we had a blast. The deck was cool and we had our coffee there every morning. I highly recommend this house. We will definitely be back!

Old friends making beach memories

Had a great time this weekend with longtime friends (over 54 years) making memories at the beach. The house provided everything we needed.- a short walk to the water and great view! Had a couple of problems- the Texas weather decided to bring back another round of winter ! This house however provided a cozy place to enjoy inside. Second problem was us “old” folks had trouble with the “smart” lock😳 but the owners prepared for every problem and had a key on site that REALLY did help us! We loved this property! Would highly recommend property and owners.

Our favorite beach house!

This is the third year we've stayed at this beautiful beach house, and the third year for a 5-star rating! I'm convinced there is not a better place to stay in Galveston. This house is absolutely perfect for families. We had two families of four, with children ages 6 and under. It is a super-quick walk to the beach, which makes it easy to go back and forth as needed. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. We made good use of the washer and dryer and really appreciate the abundance of beach towels. The kids love the bunk beds, and everyone loves the front porch. It is so lovely to sit in the deck chairs, listening to the ocean. The kitchen, dining room and living room are perfect hang-out areas. We found some puzzles and games in the closets, which helped when it rained. Frances is very responsive and kept us updated when there was a power outage in the area. We already can't wait to come back next year!

Girlfriend weekend

We had a wonderful 3 night stay! This was our second year in a row to book this perfect beach house. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We plan to make this an annual girlfriend getaway!

We love Galveston so much we purchased this property to enjoy it with our children and grandchildren. We decorated this house to appeal to those who want a place to relax and make memories with family and friends.

The views are amazing! Sit on the deck and be lulled into a peaceful place by the sounds of the ocean. Located three miles west of the seawall. Close enough to the seawall and yet far enough away to avoid the crowds.
