Väl beläget, mysigt, lugnt 2-bädd + loft, 1 1/2 bad Golf / Ski Condo. Tahoe Donner.

Även om du inte skulle veta det, är vår lägenhet "granne" till Trout Creek Rec Ctr (med sin året runt pool (s), badtunnor, ångbad, bastu, träna / vikter rum, etc), den enda lokal bekvämlighet / deli / kaffe butik i Tahoe Donner, och Lodge restaurang / pub / Golf Klubbhus / Pro shop. Det är en perfekt plats om några gäster vill ge sig ut med bil, men andra vill hänga "hem." Condo ligger långt tillbaka från vägen så är trevlig och lugn, och har utsikt över den 18: e hålet genom filtrering, höga tallar.

Mysig 2-säng, 1 1/2 bad "end" lägenhet med parkering. Det är mer som ett radhus med bara en angränsande vägg. Drottning säng i båda sovrummen. Litet sovloft ovanför kök / matsal lämplig för äldre barn och bara vuxna vuxna. 2 däck med en trädfiltrerad vy av 18: e grön. Varm gas spis. Baseboard värmare i varje rum. Takbjälkar: välvda övervåningen. Lugnt läge på baksidan av komplexet. Kabel-TV, DVD / video, och WiFi. Köket har allt vi tror att du behöver. Tvättrum i komplex.

Många tillgängliga datum, eventuellt med kort varsel. Vi kan också vara intresserade av ett semesterhus byta någonstans!

Tahoe Donner är en underbar berg gemenskap i North Lake Tahoe Truckee region i Sierras, och erbjuder ett fantastiskt utbud av fritidsanläggningar - några för medlemmar och gäster (du!) endast. Med ditt "gästkort" ($ 12 pp per dag, eller $ 8 pp om fysiskt med en medlem) får du tillgång till privata HOA-bekvämligheter. Barn under 7 - utan kostnad. Ta en titt eftersom det finns "allt" säsongs tillgängliga: privat strand på Donner Lake, längdåkning och utförsåkning, pooler, badtunnor, bastu, ångbastu, massage, kurser, ping pong, tennis, ridning, berg och väg cykling, golf, naturvandringar, fantastiska vandringsleder ... och listan kan göras lång! För oss är det som en 5-stjärnigt resort.

10 minuters bilresa från vackra och intressanta downtown gamla Truckee. Gott om affärer och restauranger att granska. Lake Tahoe Shores på Tahoe City är en vacker 15 mil enhet ner Hwy 89 (som paralleller Truckee River.) Mycket lätt tillgång till Hwy 80. En halvtimme eller mindre till Reno, NV.

20 minuter eller så kör till skidåkning på Squaw, Alpine, Northstar och Sugar Bowl, sluttning och Royal Gorge XC.

Great stay! Clean and close to everything

This ski/snow condo was perfect for my family! It was very clean (so appreciate that), warm during the chilly week and close to everything we needed - short drives to Tahoe Donner ski resort, Safeway and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the fire place was amazing during the chilly nights. Thank you!

Great spot for our family ski trip

Everything was as described and the place was clean. It is a bit dated in decor and such but everything you need is there. We loved how close it is to Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski as it was the perfect location for our kids (8) and (11) to ski. Wendy was a great communicator and we would definitely come back.

Peaceful Location

The location was perfect! It was close to town, with easy access to shopping, food and highway ... but didnt feel like it was in town. The condo was very clean and the beds were both very comfortable. There is a small convince store ( Z Market) basically in the same parking lot. This was super convenient for coffee and sandwiches and small items. One of the main reasons we booked this condo specifically was for the amenities of Tahoe Donner. We did have some last minute issues with some of those amenities having restricted access. We stayed during 4th of July week, so I believe they were because of holiday. However, the owners communicated those changes to us as soon as they were notified. All said... we definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Cozy Condo

Love this place. Super cozy and easy to get to. Upon arrival, check in was easy, the owners left clear instructions. They were extremely responsive to my emails and recommended some lovely places for our family to dine at. This place has everything we needed for a quick trip up to the snow.

Lovely cabin

This cabin was super cute. The place is just as described, the kitchen had a great supply of utensils and condiments. My daughters loved the loft, they went up to hang out and read. We went there during winter, and the electric blankets were super useful. The location was amazing, easy to get in an out. Wendy provided guidance on the process. I would definitely recommend.

Compact but comfortable condo

The 2br condo was quite comfortable for my daughter & me. Detailed instructions were helpful. Slight glitch with stuff left out of order by cleaning crew but we got that resolved. Owner was extremely responsive.

Relaxing View

Owner was responsive and nice. Condo was quiet and had all the necessities. Bedrooms were tiny but beds were comfy. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cold days.

Wonderful time

Loved it! Super convenient, easy drive up the hill from Truckee and right next to ZMarketplace, yet quiet and surrounded by trees. Clean, super comfy couches and beds. Tons of windows and great lighting. 11yr old son loved ‘hiding out’ in the loft. Contacted owner during our stay and got a quick and friendly response. Hoping to stay there again!

Great location

Everything was comfortable and in working order in the Condo. The decor is dated and the parking lot and grounds are not cared for. The condo location to amenities and a nice walking trail was wonderful.

Wendy was a great host! We had a wonderful stay. Wendy communicated everything we needed to know and was super helpful when I had questions. Perfect Tahoe Donner stay

My two daughters aged 13 and 11 and I stayed in Wendy’s condo for some spring skiing and it was fantastic. The condo is really cute and cosy and well equipped with everything you need. We spent one evening in playing games in the loft (lots of games are in the chest in the living room), built a snowman, and skied at Sugarbowl every day. More than enough space for the three of us. Wendy is a great host and answered questions quickly. We’d come back next year again!

My family rented this condo for 2 weeks and enjoyed their stay. Smooth check in process and great communication with owner. Looks identical to pictures and convenient walk to little market, golf course, rec center and The Lodge restaurant.

Fantastic hosts, good location

Wendy and Mike were excellent hosts and we enjoyed be close to ski resorts, town, and a local marketplace. They were responsive to our questions and then after we checked out, one of our children left their stuffy there accidentally. Wendy took the time to reach out to us about it and mailed it to us right after the snow storm stopped. She was thoughtful to ask what the stuffy's name is and sent us a note and photos of the snowstorm the stuffy just witnessed. Such a thoughtful gesture! Thanks Wendy & Mike!

Amazing stay!

It was a perfect place to stay for my family of four with two elementary aged kids. The condo was very clean and warm and communication with the condo owner was wonderful! It is close to Tahoe Donner ski area and also having the small market just a short walk away was a fun adventure for my kids. We stayed here in the winter but I'd definitely look into staying here in the summer as well.

Christmas in Truckee

Visiting our son and his wife in Truckee for Christmas. The condo was just right for our needs. Loved the views. Good layout for my husband and me and our other adult son. Host could not have been more helpful and accommodating! Had a great stay😊

Great cozy cabin

We had a nice 3 night stay. The condo is conveniently located within Tahoe Donner. Ski slopes are just down the road. The Z Market next door has really good food and the rec center is great. The cabin itself is not fancy, but its clean and has a very tahoe cabin feel to it. It's a great place for the price. The owner, Wendy, is quite lovely. Very communicative and kind. I'd stay here again with a family of 4, but it is probably too small for any larger groups (in my opinion).

Wendy är värd

We are a family of four who have been going to Tahoe every winter to ski. Now that we have a place of our own we have fallen in love with the Tahoe area in the spring/summer/fall as well. It truly is a beautiful, magical place any time of the year.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We met one another at Squaw Valley one morning before setting off to the ski slopes at Squaw Valley (now Palisades Tahoe.) A year later, my husband proposed on the spot where we met! All four of us now have many lovely memories of this whole region - skiing, sledding, snowman building, boating, hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, river rafting, sitting on the deck reading a book, playing board games, and the list goes on and on.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We stayed at a friend's house in Tahoe Donner and funnily enough, had never been to TD before. We were so impressed with the Tahoe Donner amenities and its wide-open spaces. After looking at many different houses and condos, we stumbled across, in our view, this perfectly located condo and snapped it up. The location just cannot be beat for the conveniences, and we have lovely tree views out the back and it's quiet. When looking out the living room large window, it's like tree-camping, but without the tents and all that hassle! In the winter, we have easy access to the main road, Northwoods, which is probably the first one the city snowplows. It's fun to see the chipmunks, rabbits and birds play around right outside our windows as well as hear the sound of a golf ball being hit in the distance during summer.
