Impeccable living

This is not the typical beach house! The living area was spacious, the house was immaculate and the amenities were luxurious. The theatre room was a big hit with the kids and the adults liked hanging out on the deck. It was a very short walk to the beach and Pier. A perfect place for the discerning traveler.

Terrific family vacation spot

This home is everything it is cracked up to be. Great location, high end finishes, terrific location, clean and comfortable. David was a gracious host and accessible throughout our entire stay when needed. We would definitely return and highly recommend this property. We are already missing our after dinner strolls down the beach.

Fantastic Home!!

My family had a wonderful time in Hermosa Beach! The home is modern, well maintained, and clean. There was more than enough room for our family. Our 2 children slept in the 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor, my husband and I with our 6 mo slept in the master, and another guest slept in the basement/theater. Bedrooms spacious, beds comfortable, theater fantastic, rooftop amazing, views breathtaking, and all the appliances you need. The home is close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. We were very happy with our stay!!

Great Location, Awesome House

If you're looking for a great location, and a beautiful home this is the place. Close to the beach, and downtown Hermosa. Lots of bathrooms, sleeping space is best for 4-6 people. The house was very clean, and comfortable.

Luxurious property with views and steps from the beach

If you're looking for a luxury house with views, close to great restaurants, and close to the beach, you've found it. The owner maintains this house meticulously, and it's very clean, neat, and decorated with contemporary furniture and art. It's tri-level, with the master and guest beds/baths on level 2, the living/kitchen on level 3 (with ocean views), and a large roof-top deck with a fire pit and expansive views. The house has a garage with a parking spot in the garage and two spots in front of the garage. The owner has great taste: a Subzero fridge and chef's kitchen, a grand piano, a high-end home theater on the first level, flatscreens in the master and living, DirecTV throughout, and a new front-load washer/dryer for your use. Tons of windows and light, and most of the windows open so you can enjoy the ocean breezes. You're only about 2 blocks away from Pier avenue and all of the great shops and restaurants there, and if you're into beach / surfing / water activities, you're an easy 1.5 blocks away from the water. All in all a very comfortable place to enjoy Hermosa Beach that rivals the feel of a Four Seasons.

A Family Favorite

We spent our family summer vacation at this property. A short walk to the beach/strand. The house is located between the Manhattan Beach pier and Hermosa Beach pier. The house was absolutely stunning. All the comforts of home with a few extra luxuries. The rooftop was my favorite. A great place to start your morning, afternoon nap or unwind at the end of day. Unparalled views. Two children slept in the first floor bedroom. Two children slept in the bed in the lower level theater. My wife and I enjoyed the comfort of the large master bedroom/bath. David openly communicated with us before, during and after our stay to make sure we had everything we need. His restaurant and shopping recommendations were right on target. My family of 6 (kids aged 6-13) left Hermosa feeling this was our favorite trip to date. The kids were always entertained primarily with outdoor activites: surfing, swimming, volleyball, skate boarding, etc. We can't wait to return.

Summer Luxury!

Hermosa beach is a personal favorite summer time get away for me. Staying at this house has made my 2014 Summer outstanding! From the views at the roof top down the the entertainment of the theater room in the lower level of the home, this place is amazing! Very mature atmosphere with the interior design of the house. I just felt great being there. The owner of the home really went out of his way to make sure we had a very pleasant & memorable stay. I would totally recommend this place to all my friends & family. Can't wait to come back...

Once in a lifetime vacation

This home made our family feel like millionaires. The views of the waves pounding the beach and the lights at night from Catalina to Malibu were breathtaking!! The home was addressed with the finest furnishings and amenities. 1 block to the beach, shops and fine dinning. The kids wept when our stay was over. We highly recommend this home to all. I travel for a couple months each year and carefully select a family to rent my home while gone. This is my home, not a full-time rental, and it is maintained impeccably. No groups or young people.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I walked every street in Hermosa Beach looking for the perfect location to build my dream home. This property was not on the market and I got lucky the owner was open to an offer. It is in the best location, north of the pier, is a double wide lot (rare in the beach), and has towering views to the ocean, only two blocks away. The home is worth $4.5M and I am exceedingly careful about renting it out.
