VÄrt vackra Manhattan Beach hem Àr mindre Àn en minuts promenad till stranden, har otrolig havsutsikt, ett gourmetkök, privat hiss och 4 uteplatser med utsikt över havet! Du har ocksÄ tillgÄng till 2 parkeringsplatser i vÄrt garage och en utomhusplats. VÄrt hem ligger i ett familjevÀnligt omrÄde bara 1 minuts promenad till havet och en 5 minuters promenad till Downtown Manhattan Beach med fantastiska restauranger och butiker!

VÄrt strandhus har 3 sovrum, 3 fulla bad och 1 halv bad och ligger i ett vackert, gÄngbart omrÄde bara nÄgra kvarter frÄn havet. Hemmet var designat med synliga takhöjd, trÀgolv, toppapparater och en öppen layout. Det stora öppna konceptet vardagsrum, kök, matsal och TV-omrÄde har en vidstrÀckt utsikt över havet. Hela hemmet var bara renoverat med lyxiga möbler frÄn Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. Det stora vardagsrummet ger gott om utrymme att koppla av och njuta av havsutsikten. Det finns en extra bifogad bostadsyta med bekvÀm soffa (som viker ut till en queen size-sÀng) och stor platt-TV. Vi har en toppmatad gourmetkök med rostfritt stÄl och trÀskÄp, perfekt för matlagning av din favoritrÀtt. Du kan ocksÄ njuta av din frukost eller middag ute pÄ en av vÄra balkonger utrustade med loungemöbler för att njuta av en fantastisk utsikt över havet.

Vi har ocksÄ en badtunna pÄ vÄr balkong som gÀsterna Àr fria att anvÀnda.

Superb beach life

We spent a month in this great beach house. Spacious and well laid out. Looks as nice in person as it does in the photos. Quick walk to beach and town. Quiet neighborhood. The host provided all information in advance and quickly dealt with one minor issue.

Jessica is the most responsive and reliable host. She communicated with us prior to the check in and there were no surprises at all. The location of the house is incredible- just a short 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to downtown, couldn’t be happier.

Manhattan Beach Gem

We had a great three week stay at this lovely, well maintained home. It is exactly as pictured/described and is a short two block walk to the beach and 1/2 mile walk to the center of town. The house is well stocked- kitchen, laundry, recreational toys (surfboard, beach chairs and bikes)- very comfortable beds and good wifi. Jessica is a responsive host - often times replying to my questions within minutes- and was very easy to work with . We hope to be back soon for another visit.

Stunning views from top floor + great location

I had a wonderful six week stay at this property. The location is ideal - blocks from the beach. The highlight is the top floor living area w/ expansive ocean views. I spent most mornings drinking coffee while looking at the ocean and most evenings watching sunsets. Jessica is a very responsive host.

The perfect spot!

We are so happy that we chose to stay in this clean, beautiful home with amazing views of the ocean. Located in a quiet, safe area, we were able to leave the car and walk everywhere. Lovely Holiday Home in Perfect Location

My family and I had a great vacation at this lovely holiday home. It is in a perfect location and the views to the sea and the hills ,especially at sunset are glorious. We arrived to very clean and well appointed accommodation and the arrangements and instructions given for our arrival and departure were very convenient . The beds are SO comfortable and it was a struggle to make ourselves get up and enjoy the fantastic surroundings . The beach is so close and perfect for walking , jogging or cycling along. Our host was helpful and left useful suggestions of places and restaurants to visit both locally in Manhattan beach and further afield. The local town is lovely and the people so friendly . The weekly farmers market provided great supplies . Comprehensive instructions were also provided to make the most of the facilities at the property. The jacuzzi was an especially welcome treat at home the end of a day of sightseeing. We would all love to have the chance to return .

NEIGHBORHOOD

Manhattan Beach is a picturesque beach town and is known for the beautiful beach, boutiques, restaurants, bars and pier. Although you are only a 20 minute drive from LA, Manhattan Beach is known for being laid back and relaxing. Downtown Manhattan Beach is about a 5 minute walk from our house. Our favorite restaurants include The Manhattan Beach Post, Love & Salt Paradise Bowls, Manhattan Beach Creamery, Iza Kaya, and Nick's. Our home is about a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Manhattan Beach Pier and Roundhouse aquarium.

GETTING AROUND

Everything is within walking distance, but you’ll have access to two parking spots in our garage and a spot in front of the garage. There’s plenty of parking on the street as well. We also have bikes you are welcome to use.

We recommend using Uber/Lyft to get around or renting a car if you'd like to take day trips anywhere.

The home is a block from the beach, has expansive ocean views, 4 patios, a jacuzzi, outdoor lounge furniture, a private elevator, lots of private parking, washer and dryer in the home, fully stocked kitchen, top of the line furnishings and linens. You can simply bring your clothes and we will take care of everything else!
