"ART HOUSE" är en dröm om designers och underhållare för den exklusiva resenären som söker en upplevelse! Konstgjort, designad och byggd av ägaren, Cavan McMahon, med kärlek, omsorg och uppmärksamhet på detaljer.

Den privata inhägnad L-formade sammansättningen består av ett öppet koncept huvudområde, ett "garageport" rum som öppnar upp till ett expansivt däck med parasoller, den perfekta poolen, ett utomhuskök, plysch trädgårdar och bara en kort promenad till Main Gata, men du kommer förmodligen inte att lämna!

Öppet koncept huvudområde med ett fullt lager gourmetkök med Viking Appliances, en expansiv ö, gaseldande spis och separat medierum.

Master Suite har en handgjord King Metal-säng med bambusark & designerlinne, ett badkar med badkar, River-rock-dusch, 2 handgjorda betongplogdiskar och en separat fåfänga, spa-produkter.

De två extra rummen har båda handgjorda king size-sängar med bambuslakan och designerlinne, handgjorda betongplogdiskar / tvättfängar i varje rum för enkel "redo" i en grupp!

Delat bad har Walk-in River-rock dusch, spa-produkter.

Beautiful House!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Art House and it won’t be our last. My 4 year old granddaughter actually said to me that we need to come to this house every summer for vacation. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and fun!!! Our family had a great time visiting Fredricksburg for the 4th of July holiday this year. Our host Donna was very helpful and always quick to respond. The beautiful Art House was our home base and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Trip to wine-country

The place was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and then some. It is close enough to Main Street where you can walk to it if you so desire. It is equipped and decorated in a way that makes you feel at home while you’re away. Everyone enjoyed their stay and is already talking about doing it again.

Originally from west Texas, graduates of Texas Tech & UT-Austin, after a sabbatical in the eastern Caribbean on our sailboat, Sea Gypsy, we decided to settle in Fredericksburg. The traditional values intermingled with the progressive nature of the town, offered the perfect setting for our family of 4. We have traveled extensively, from youth hostiles to the 5-star parisian hotels…and feel confident that you will enjoy our home!
