The house was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to restaurants/stores. We loved the modern, eclectic feel and the outdoor space with pool was very tranquil. We will definitely stay here again. Donna, the owner, was very helpful and responded quickly every time I reached out.

Everything was perfect for 3 adults. Very well equipped with comfy beds and great showers. Enjoyed the pool and patio. Enough room for 4 cars in drive. Peaceful neighbors.

What an absolutely fabulous property!!! The photos are accurate on the listing, you have to see it to believe it. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful modern yet comfortable and cozy VBRO. The house is very conveniently located to some of the best restaurants in Fredericksburg. Everything was there for us and communications with the owner were fast, clear and concise. Instructions and access were a breeze. We will definitely be returning to this property for our Fredericksburg getaways. We could not have been happier with our decision to stay here!

5 star property!

The house is a work of art. From the impressive craftsmanship of the home to the spa-like aesthetic, it’s immediately evident that the owners pay great attention to detail. The neighborhood looks and feel very safe and the location is perfect. You are away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street, but still close. The host was very welcoming and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, even suggesting restaurants and shops she thought we might enjoy. And the pool! It’s the perfect size and was such a welcome respite. I can’t think of a better way to end the day. I’ve found the perfect stay and I’ll be back!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and fun!!! Our family had a great time visiting Fredricksburg for the 4th of July holiday this year. Our host Donna was very helpful and always quick to respond. The beautiful Art House was our home base and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful House!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Art House and it won’t be our last. My 4 year old granddaughter actually said to me that we need to come to this house every summer for vacation. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Trip to wine-country

The place was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and then some. It is close enough to Main Street where you can walk to it if you so desire. This beautiful home is not just another VRBO....this hidden gem is beautiful inside and out! Close to everything you want to see and do in Fredericksburg and yet felt like you were in your own oasis when you wanted to be. The owners were very accommodating to all our wishes. A little about your residence hostess: We are designers, dreamers, adventurous, athletic, TEXANS and travelers! We are always on the GO! This is our second home to design/build in Fredericksburg. Originally from west Texas, graduates of Texas Tech & UT-Austin, after a sabbatical in the eastern Caribbean on our sailboat, Sea Gypsy, we decided to settle in Fredericksburg. The traditional values intermingled with the progressive nature of the town, offered the perfect setting for our family of 4. We have traveled extensively, from youth hostiles to the 5-star parisian hotels
and feel confident that you will enjoy our home!
