Amazing place for a summer gathering.

Everything about the planning and actual stay was perfect. House had everything we needed. Great location. We had several other friends staying in the Dollar Point area and none of their rentals compared to this one.

Amazing!

I loved this rental! It was beautiful and so clean. I do wish there was a little fence around the hot tub for privacy, but other than that, no complaints! It was a beautiful home.

Family gateway

The home was very clean, beautifully decorated and kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs. We left wanting to remodel our house after enjoying a great layout and kitchen. Very close to great restaurants , and anything you may want to do. Would love to come back, quiet and great decks. We had snow the first day and warm sunny days the rest. Great vacation.

Great House close to Squaw Valley and Northstar Resorts

Positives: Roomy comfortable house close to Squaw/Pallisades and Northstar with 4 bedrooms, a well equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable great room with TV and fireplace, and a large hot tub. Negatives: all available firewood had been burned before our arrival in early February. Overall, perfect for a group of 5 friends.

Artsy gem tucked in a great Tahoe neighborhood!

Such an incredible stay for my bachelor party with 8 total guys! If you're looking for a place that's no more than 15-20 min. drive from Palisades and 5 min. drive to Tahoe City's main street, this is the spot. Check-in was a breeze, kitchen / bedrooms / bathrooms were fully stocked with anything we needed and overall the place just had a really nice elevated and artsy feel (not just another boring / drab ski town condo). Perfect for a winter retreat to Tahoe and I imagine it's gorgeous in the summer as well (though I'm not 100% sure on lake access etc.) Hot tub on the back deck was a huge bonus - though just an FYI that you are in relative close proximity to neighboring houses (hardly saw anyone the entire time fwiw). Overall, an incredible stay that I couldn't recommend enough to larger groups looking for the perfect homebase for a Lake Tahoe getaway!

5 Star property with one caveat

This is a wonderfully livable home. Our party of six spent three nights here, and were generally delighted! The only caveat is that we were told that, as short-term renters, we were not entitled to use the beach, tennis, etc. target actually confiscated out short-term rental ID! The owners need to take these percs out of the description of the property! With that said, we would stay again in a heart beat.

Worth your Dollar Point - see what I did there?

Our stay was absolutely lovely. We came inside and quiet Jazz music was playing from the TV and the house was pristinely cleaned - always a good sign! Recommend staying here for the wonderful amenities and location to Tahoe City and Kings Beach - just a short drive from Incline Village as well.
