1. PLATS! Vårt hem är på 100 kvarteret bara några hus tillbaka från sanden. Du kan höra vågorna medan du njuter av vitt vatten utsikt över bränningen och piren.

2. Nybyggt från grunden i augusti 2014! Njut av alla moderna lyx som vårt hem har att erbjuda. Bilder är värda mer än ord ...

3. Bekväm parkering. Vi erbjuder ett slutet garage och en bilport (tandem parkering). Detta gör lastning / lossning mycket enkel.

4. Fullt utrustat kök. Varje gourmetkock kommer att hitta nödvändiga ingredienser för att förbereda sina måltider. Njut av gratis kaffe på oss också.

5. Taket övre däck. Njut av minnesvärda solnedgångar på vår privata takterrass. Smutta på ditt favoritvin bredvid utomhuspisen medan du njuter av dina vänner och familj. Vår utomhusbbq är en 6-brännare med kylskåp och handfat för gourmetkocken.

6. Utomhusdusch. Njut av vår varma utomhusdusch bekvämt placerad för att hålla din vistelse fri från sand.

7. Gratis Wi-Fi som hjälper dig att hålla kontakten, ladda upp bilder och surfa på internet.

8. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Packa lätt och dra nytta av vår tvättmaskin och torktumlare i hemmaplan som innehåller tvättmedel och mjukgörare - gratis att använda.

9. Njut av våra LED-TV-apparater med stor skärm i hela hemmet, som inkluderar kabel-TV.

Great place, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, but still far enough from all the noise on the boardwalk. Nice layout for family of 5 with some friends. Rooftop is very cool. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property just steps to the sand!

We had the best family vacation at this home! The property was exactly as advertised-clean and literally just steps to the sand. The owner is extremely responsive-we had an issue with the fireplace on the rooftop and Anthony had a repair guy out within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Amazing! We loved having so many restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, shopping etc within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend-you will not be disappointed!

A perfect place for our annual Thanksgiving Gathering! Ample space for dinner. Place was super clean and tastefully decorated. Location was great with a short walk to the beach. Simple check in and out. Winding down at the end of the day was pure joy!

Everything about this stay was perfect! The owner was very responsive and timely with any questions and arrival information. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. It is only a few steps from the beach and is located close to everything! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Home in a Prime Location

We loved our stay at this lovely upstairs unit. The bedrooms were lovely. We didn’t need ac as there was a nice cross breeze. Parking was great. Really loved the location. It is very close to all the restaurants and shops. Loved the outdoor bbq area. Thank you for hosting us.

Beach getaway

We booked this place not knowing the area at all and this place is within walking distance to EVERYTHING! We had a question about getting into the garage and the owner was able to immediately get back with me. The amenities were phenomenal. We will be back here again soon!

This Beach House is the complete package! Perfect location, gorgeous decor, great convenience, fully stocked kitchen,... This place is everything and more. It exceeded our expectations, and I'm so glad we were able to stay here for the weekend!

Great Newport Beach vacation rental.

Super nice hosts. Very responsive. Well appointed house. That was in good shape. Steps from the beach. Great balcony to sit outside. This is a second floor apartment. There is parking. A great Newport beach rental at a good value.

Nice location

24th street is the perfect location. Take note that the listing says the whole house. But two days before my stay I got the check-in paperwork and it said it was the upstairs house. I have a child with crutches so that was a pain. Also the outside lights did not work and the handyman could not figure out why. The stairs with no light at night are so dangerous. There are no blankets only the comforters and we purchased more pillows. The couch is small. There is not enough seating for more than 4 people. The kitchen needs a good clean out with an update of basic kitchen stuff. Also the next door neighbor has a dog that barks like a maniac every morning at 6am. She lives there full time.

Really Nice Stay Near The Ocean In Newport Beach

Anthony's place in Newport Beach was wonderful with easy access to a beautiful beach and the warmest water I've ever experienced in the Pacific. The upstairs unit was exactly as the pictures suggest, with more than enough room for my party of 3. The place was clean, well stocked and equipped, with wonderful touches like the upstairs roof deck, beach chairs and towels, and three Smart TVs. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

We are a family of 4 with 2 small boys. They LOVE the beach, sun, sand, swimming, surfing, fishing, feeding the seagulls ...I could go on and on! Needless to say, being able to stay so close to the white waters is a dream come true and we want to share this great vacation spot with other beach-lovers visiting the beautiful Newport Beach area.
