Denna 4 sovrum och 4 badrum oceanfront egendom är en underbar övergång mellan förortsliv och öliv. Denna uppdaterade lägenhet har alla klockor och visselpipor medan de fortfarande är ganska bekväma. Vackra kustbilder på väggarna och fönster från golv till tak påminner dig om havsparadiet där du bor. Kakel golv används i de viktigaste områdena och i badrummen. Den levande och matsalar ger gott om utrymme att slappna av och en bar är förskjuten åt sidan. Ett underbart renoverat kök ger mer bänkskivor och extra lagring.
Varje sovrum har sitt eget renoverade badrum. Två av sovrummen, varav en är master, har havet utsikt, tillgång till balkongen och hans / hennes handfat. Sovrummet är betydligt större, har ett nöjescenter och ett vackert renoverat master badrum med en stor promenad i, kaklat dusch.

En mycket lång balkong löper hela bredden av villan där du kommer att få en obehindrad utsikt över den berömda Folly Beach Pier och Atlanten. Du kan blicka över flera Palmetto träd direkt till stranden. Titta på soluppgången över vattnet, fånga en eftermiddag bris eller håll utkik efter en fallande stjärna; det är alla din under med. Det är en kort promenad eller hiss rida nedre våningen där du helt enkelt kan gå ut på sanden på Folly eller koppla av vid poolen som ligger strax nedanför.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas är en gated havet komplex bara 15 minuter från historiska centrum Charleston och bara några steg från affärer och restauranger i Folly Beach. Wonderful short stay

This is just what we needed to enjoy time at Folly Beach and with family. Location was great, loved the beach and the balcony that extended along both front master bedrooms and the center area, the furniture was nice outside on the balcony. Kitchen was well furnished with better than average pans for cooking. I would certainly come back here again.

Wonderful visit at Folly Beach

Clean, well decorated condo right on the beach. All four bedrooms had a connecting bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the view of the water was spectacular. It was easy to get down to the beach and enjoy the sand and waves. One wish is that we could have had more fobs to access the beach. Only two fobs were given and it was a little tricky to make sure all in our group could come and go easily. Great trip!

Beautiful property!

This is the perfect place for a group of friends or a big family to stay! Easy to check in, if we needed anything, they were right there, the property was so clean upon arrival, and the views were amazing! Center St was walking distance from our room so we didn’t have to move our car after we parked it. 10/10 recommend staying here & if we come back, we will again!

Great location for a relaxing vacation

Our family stayed at this property for a week and loved it. It is a perfect location. There is direct beach access, and there are many great restaurants within walking distance. The huge balcony overlooking the beach is a wonderful place to spend time. The property was in great condition and had everything we needed for the week stay, including plenty of space for the 7 of us. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Vacay

We loved “Peaches and Cream” and hope to stay there again. There were a couple of problems with the garbage disposal and dishwasher, but the maintenance crew fixed them right away. The unit is great for families.

Christmas Mini-Vacation

The property was perfect for our Christmas mini-vacation. Good size bedrooms and it was so nice to have a bathroom with each bedroom. Everything was neat and clean and the deck provided great ocean views with ample seating. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Thanksgiving Delight

The condo unit was in excellent condition. The view was spectacular and the location was great because restaurants and shops were in walking distance. We have stayed in several condo rentals and by far, this was the best equipped kitchen we have experienced. It had an abundance of dishes, glassware and cookware!

Exceeded our expectations!

Perfect location!!

We had 2 families renting the condo for a cheerleading competition. We had the perfect amount of space for the 8 of us. The 4 bathrooms were so nice to have! Nothing better than relaxing by the ocean after a long day! Walking distance to excellent restaurants, pool was great. And the ocean was beautiful! We will definitely rent again!

We Love Folly

My daughter and my two nieces and I stayed here. Everything was perfect except there were no dish cloths or dish towels in the kitchen. We loved everything else and will absolutely be back. We've stayed in other units here and Dunes Properties is so great to work with.

A long awaited family get together.

We have a son in the military and with COVID restrictions we had not all been together for quite some time. This was long awaited getaway with our family. Unit was exactly as portrayed in pictures and in a perfect location. This was our third stay in Folly Beach, over the past 5 years, using VRBO. We’ll definitely be back!

Very disappointing maintenance service

The refrigerator quit working 2nd day of our stay and when reported, they did not attempt to repair at all but just brought us 2 bags of dry ice. We lost over $200 in food and drinks. Thankfully we were not there for an entire week

Nice stay, could have been better for the price

My family enjoyed our stay at Peaches and Cream, however, there were many "smaller" issues we had with the condo. There are not major concerns, however based on the amount we paid for the condo, I wouldn't expect these types of issues: Linens - I understand the description notes that people can bring their own bed linens, but that they are provided - however the sheets were like sleeping on sandpaper. We had to go out and buy sheet sets to put on the beds because they were not comfortable. The AC - we had to call in a request because the AC stopped working - there was one night that the temperature was 78 in the condo - and we had a 4 y/o and 8month old with us. We had to scramble for fans for the baby to keep her from overheating. Maintenance came out the next afternoon and said there was a drain clogged. Additionally the "main" master bedroom never really cooled down, that room was probably a good 6 degrees warmer than the rest of the condo. Kitchen - there were not many utensils available (i.e. there were a total of 8 forks, and for a place that sleeps up to 10 - it was a pain to deal with) Dryer - It is nice having a washer dryer in unit, however the dryer would take a good 3 hours to dry 1 set of sheets Overall cleanliness - I found the bathrooms to be dirty. The exhaust fan was covered in dust, and the shower heads had mold and mildew over them. Sliding doors - We could barely open the sliding doors - it took a lot of effort to open them, which was frustrating. It would be nice if the owners and rental company paid closer attention to these details.
