Helt renoverat år 2018, har denna lägenhet med fyra sovrum vid havet tre bekväma sängar förutom nya plysch twin XL sängar! The condo har svepande havsutsikt från hallen och sovrummet balkong. The Charleston Oceanfront Villas ligger bara 1/2 kvarter från centrum St. restauranger och affärer. All den roliga av Folly ligger bara en kort promenad bort!

Denna enhet ligger på första våningen, så även om det finns två hissar på fastigheten, det finns också enkel och snabb åtkomst genom att ta trappan. Det finns TV i alla fyra sovrummen och heden med kabel i två rum och Roku tv i alla andra. Det fullt utrustade köket har granitdiskar och helt nya rostfria vitvaror.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas är perfekt för familjen strand veckor, flickor getaways och grupp golf utflykter. Det är ett utmärkt alternativ från semesterbostäder på Folly Beach. Beach Trip

We had an awesome time. The condo was very nice! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils and cookware. It was also centrally located to everything( we walked everywhere). The view was amazing and we loved sitting on the balcony enjoying a meal listening to the waves! We also enjoyed watching the surfers, dolphins, sand pipers, brown pelicans and wind surfers! We can not wait to return for another visit! The only critique I have is regarding the Vayk gear credit you had to place the reservation 48 hrs prior to arrival.. we were at the unit for 3 weeks and wanted to rent the bikes but the HOA did not allow bike rentals, we did not let that ruin the trip, just wish the credit was more flexible!

Comfortable and Convenient

Loved our family getaway here. Great view. Despite the fire alarm of the entire complex going off at midnight our first night there, we had a great time. Our three boys loved being able to walk right out to the beach. The adults loved all the dining options within walking distance. Everything was clean and for the most part well organized. A little disappointed to open the Sorry game box only to find the main board was missing. Fortunately, one of our adults was wise enough to bring several fun games we enjoyed in the evening. The biggest disappointment was only having one fob to get into the beach or pool area available. It was a challenge organizing trips back and forth among three families with only one fob.

Great size for large groups, awesome location

We loved the space, everyone had a comfortable bed and 3 bathrooms made getting ready very easy. Right on the beach and a short walk to center street in Folly or an Uber away from downtown Charleston. Great quality amenities too!

This property was perfect for our family of 7. Easy Beach access, very clean, and lots of walkable restaurants and shopping. Short drive to lots of Charleston attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Apartment

we really enjoyed our stay . The management company was excellent and communicated well. The apartment is newly renovated and well kept. The location is right on the beach and walkable to all restaurants on Folly.

Sand Fort

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Fort. The villa wasa very clean and well kept. The location was perfect to walk to local restaurants and shops. I give it a 5/5 but the only suggestion I have is to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. It has a dip in the middle causing both sleeper to roll to the middle.

Girls Getaway

We loved our stay at the beginning of November. The condo was comfortable and everything we needed for our girls trip. A couple things to note, the pool is closed starting in November—we didn’t realize it would actually be locked and unavailable to sit by—this wasn’t a big deal, just something to be aware of. Also, this rental is a hard key entry, which requires you to go to a rental office to pick up the keys and drop them off at the end of the stay. (Again, not a big deal, just something to note.) The view of the ocean was wonderful. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the waves. This condo is within walking distance of everything in Folly and was a perfect location. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

Great Location - Not Newly Renovated

While we enjoyed our time at Folly Beach, this property should not be listed as newly renovated as I believe this is misleading. I understand rentals get a ton of wear and tear and this one isn’t an exception. Much of the furniture was in need of a good cleaning and repair. The dishwasher door is a safety hazard for small children as is one of the balcony chairs. The property pools were extremely dirty regardless of day or time of day. It was difficult to secure a cart to load as the maintenance and cleaning crew were using many of them. We had one parked outside our door with the new linens for turnover in it for over 1 day. The cleaning company showed up before 9:30am - checkout is 10:00am. Thankfully we had just finished packing up. On to the positives- We definitely had plenty of space for our family of 8 and found the kitchen to be well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. Our bed was very comfortable, as were the sofas and chairs in the living room area. The table accommodated our family well for meals. Appliances worked well. Location is walkable to restaurants, shops , etc. We loved that there are three king sized beds and a bathroom for each (one serves as a Jack and Jill - worked for our family) and provided the privacy we desires. Check in and checkout was very easy and the office was conveniently located and staff seemed friendly.

Fun Family Vacation

Location was great. Overall cleanliness was good, but the shower liner in our bathroom was very moldy and bathroom cabinets had water damage. Walls could use some paint touch ups as well. We all had a great time and condo was very spacious for our family.

Folly beach dunes properties

Photos make living space look much larger than reality. Not enough living space for 6 people. No pillows in 2 bedrooms. No pillow cases at all. Broken fridge so ice maker kept dropping ice and leaking all over floor. Struggled to get TVs to operate Bathrooms needed work and for the expensive cost the unit really needs updating so it looks clean. Had a fun time with family and beach is beautiful but not worth the rental cost fir this particular unit
