"Flamingo Sunset" är en underbar 4 sovrum / 3 badrum villa ligger på första våningen i Charleston Oceanfront Villas. Denna nyligen refinished lägenhet är den perfekta platsen för en avkopplande strandresa. De snygga strandfärgerna kompletterar inredningen och möblerna så att du kan lugna dig. Denna lägenhet är det perfekta ackompanjemanget till en av våra främsta strandhem, "The Pink Flamingo", längre ner på östra änden av ön! Fastigheten använder sig av kakelgolv och perfekt nautiska accenter för rena linjer och rätt atmosfär. Köket, matsalen och vardagsrummet delar alla havsutsikt från golv till takfönster. En skjutdörr ger tillgång till din fullt möblerade, privata balkong. I vardagsrummet finns gott om sittplatser och en stor platt-TV. I matsalen finns sex med extra sittplatser för tre i baren. Rostfria apparater och marmorplattor gör det perfekta stället att laga mat för din familj eller vänner. Den första av de fyra sovrummen har två enkelsängar och delar ett badrum med en av drottning rummen. Badrummet har dubbla handfat med marmor bänkskivor. Det tredje sovrummet ger en annan plysch queen size-säng med bifogat badrum. Sovrummet vetter mot havet med tillgång till havet på balkongen. Badrummet har ett badkar, dubbla handfat och en glasplattform i dusch. Varje rum är inrett i nautiska färger och inredning. Denna speciella villa står inför en mer westerly position som ger en ostraffad utsikt över den västra delen av Folly Beach rakt samt inlopp som bildar ön. Det ligger också strax bakom en av de två strandpoolerna. Dessutom finns platsen mycket skydd mot den intensiva sommarsolen samt de lätta vindar som kan komma från nord / nordost. Charleston Oceanfront Villas är ett gated havskomplex bara 15 minuter från det historiska Charleston centrum och bara några steg från affärer och restauranger i Folly Beach. Dessa lyxiga villor har 2 pooler vid havet, 2 hissar, privat parkering och fantastisk utsikt. De två poolerna på villorna är öppna säsongsvis varje år från 1 april till 31 oktober!

Family Beach Vacay

6 adults and 1 baby enjoyed the 4 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. Location of the building was perfect; not too close to public access nor crowded, but right on the beach. Our unit, 124 is at the end of the building and closest to both the beach access gate and the pool access gate. Would definitely come back to the same unit!

Beachfront magic

We had a wonderful time! The 4th of July fireworks were right in front of the condo, and access to the amenities was great. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Stay, Great Location

This property is nice, roomy, and clean. We had 6 adults and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. Beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you could need. We will book this place again!

The view is beautiful, the property was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, beds are comfortable, it was quiet and peaceful, the pools were nice and clean. Its just an all around great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Girls Weekend

Was my first stay in Folly Beach. Highly recommend for a girls weekend. Walking distant to all restaurants, bars and grocery store. Perfect condo for enjoying your girlfriends for a much needed vacay!! Will definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful Christmas at the beach

Me and my girls, son-in-laws and grandchildren had an amazing Christmas. The condo was beautiful and so well stocked. It had enough seating and the beach was beautiful. We are already planning our next trip.

Folly Beach Weekend

This property was great to stay at for a quick weekend getaway at the beach. The location was easy to find and perfectly situated, right on the beach, and in walking distance to the downtown area. The unit was stocked with everything we needed for comfort and cooking. It was clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend Folly Beach!

Beautiful property, well maintained and fully stocked!

A very nice property that is well maintained as stated above and well stocked in the kitchen area. Overall it is cozy and comfortable, nicely furnished and presents very well and is generally clean but a bit dusty in some areas, as happens at the end of the season where deep cleaning is lacking between rentals. Very lovely and plan to return!

Great location and space

We had a great stay in the condo. We loved the beach access and the proximity to all of the restaurants and shops that Folly Beach has to offer. We spent a few days in Charleston, too. The kitchen is well-equipped (although a little small). The only complaint of the stay was that the beds weren't super comfortable. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again.

It was a great trip in a great condo.

We had a great birthday weekend celebrating 25 and 94 with three generations. Great views with this 4/3 end unit, amenities, elevators which were key for some, stairs right outside the front door. Shopping carts for moving stuff in and out was terrific. Great rooftop bar/restaurant w live music right across the street. One of our key fobs wasn’t working and they delivered a replacement within 30 minutes. Great communication. We hope to stay here again.

Anniversary Trip

Family celebration of parents’ 60th Anniversary. Condo is right on the beach, with balcony all along the ocean view. Short walk to the public pier. Very convenient parking beneath the building, and easy to get to the 1st floor apartment using the stairs. A bit of a wait for the elevator when multiple people are checking in or out, but the shopping carts make transferring the luggage and groceries easy!

Absolutely perfect.

This was the best condo we have rented in Charleston Oceanfront Villas. The location on the first floor right at the top of the stairway was so convenient. The condo was huge and incredibly clean and well kept. We will request this unit from now on.

Christmas Vacation

We spent Christmas in Charleston with my son and his family and we had an excellent time. All eight of us stayed at the condo and this was one of our favorite vacation spots. Condo well stocked, clean, and well maintained. Elevator went out but was soon repaired. Only draw back was that it was too cold to walk on the beach.

We would do it again.

We loved being on the first floor so we could walk down the step and the condo was located close to the pool and beach access. The condo did need some attention but overall it was a great stay for the family. Too many gadgets in the kitchen............

4 Bedroom Condo

The 4 bedroom condo we stayed in for Labor Day was very clean and well supplied. We were given an incorrect password to enter on the first day but management quickly supplied the correct one. We did not receive enough car passes and fobs to enter the parking lot for 3 famly vehicles. These were provided in a 12 hour period but we were concerned about having our extra vehicle booted. After these problems were addressed we had a wonderful time at the beach and visiting our family.

Perfect location

We loved the location of the condo being at the end of the unit on the first floor (which is one flight up from the parking area). We parked right by the stairs and walked one flight up every day. We grabbed our beach things, ran down one flight of stairs and the condo pool and beach entrance are both right there. The main street of Folly is also within walking distance. We loved it. The kitchen was well-stocked with tons of everything you need for cooking and eating. There were some spices, olive oil, coffee filters, sugar, etc that was left by previous renters. To our surprise there was a Keurig next to the coffee maker. The bathrooms had at least 1 (if not 2) rolls of TP. There were tiny bars of soap as well as hand soap at each sink. There was one small roll of paper towels along with liquid dish soap, dishwasher soap, and a scrub/sponge. The towels and linens are nice. I would have liked more kitchen cloths (large and small). I would recommend bringing paper towels, beach towels, and laundry detergent (there was enough for one load). We had some issues with the cleaning company upon our arrival (dirty dishes) but the office rectified the matter to our satisfaction. The office staff was very kind, professional, and very easy to work with. The beach view and balcony were wonderful. We would rent here again.
