Du är på vattnet. Gå ut genom ytterdörren och ner den privata gångvägen till Karibien. Simma och snorkla över korallrev vid vattnet som är hem för över 10 arter av färgglada tropiska fiskar. En kort väg ut är en bred sandstång 3 till 5 fot djup som är utmärkt för vadad och simning.

Smutta morgonkaffe på vår brygga vid vattnet. Njut av frukost i lusthuset eller verandan. Koppla av i hängmattorna. Grilla din kvällsmåltid på vår skuggade veranda medan du tar svalna vindar och tittar på solnedgången.

Vi erbjuder fyra kajaker som kan lanseras från vår gångväg för att utforska Rainbow Bay.

Rainbow Beach ligger en minuts promenad bort. Grunt och lugnt är det en underbar strand för barn och vuxna och erbjuder bra snorkling längs bryggan. Koppla av under tiki-hytter med picknickbord och bänkar (säsongsöppen). Vi erbjuder nudelflakter, badhanddukar och solstolar. Det är en tio minuters promenad från Dolphin House till den atlantiska sidan av ön där du hittar fler stränder att utforska.

Dolphin House erbjuder avskildhet och bekvämt boende året runt och ute. Vår enorma veranda har bekväma sittplatser, bord för matsal som sitter på fyra eller sex, två liggande solstolar, solstolar och en propangrill.

Två av våra tre sovrum har havsutsikt och badrum. Dessa sovrum ligger i motsatta ändar av hemmet med kök och vardagsrum / matplats i mellan. Denna planlösning ger avskildhet och avstånd. Det tredje sovrummet med badkar från den centrala korridoren har utsikt över trädgårdens framsida och sida. Öppna dörrarna och fönstren och njut av naturliga vindar från Karibien och Atlanten. Takfläktar och stående fläktar i alla rum bidrar till ytterligare luftflöde.

Strax utanför våra verandadörrar kan du njuta av nudelflott, bada, snorkla, kajakpaddla, hängmatta och slappa av utan att behöva komma in i en bil. Rainbow Beach ligger bara en minuts promenad bort.

Men naturligtvis erbjuder Eleuthera så mycket mer. Se till att utforska öde stränder, lokala butiker och restauranger. Möt vänliga människor med välkomnande leenden. Besök Eleuthera och Dolphin House. Du kommer att vilja återvända.

The house very clean. The host is fabulous with great communication. The kitchen and house was the best stocked property we have ever rented. There are grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and souvenir shops close by.

Dolphin house was an amazing stay with beautiful views of rainbow bay right in the backyard. As others have stated, it felt more like a home than a vacation rental. The kitchen had all cookware needed for making breakfasts and dinners, as well as containers for our lunches when we were away exploring the island. The house was perfect for having a relaxing day in the back yard enjoying Rainbow Bay and the water.

Great place to stay. The view simply can’t be described how amazing it is from the back veranda! Everything you need is in the house. The beds are a little stiff but other than that 5 stars all the way.

Dolphin House is a beautiful escape. You wake up to the sound of the ocean right outside the windows. The pictures you see are spot on. It’s THAT beautiful. There are all kinds of ocean adventure equipment (kayaks, floats, snorkel gear…). The house has everything you could possibly need (beach bags, coffee pots, water bottles, spare sunglasses - you name it!). The caretakers (the Stubbs family) are absolutely wonderful! They not only care for the home, but do a weekly delicious BBQ dinner and their son runs a car rental service (and absolutely saved us when we had an issue with the one we rented- next time we will rent from Kean!) They are there for anything you may need. Kendra is also very responsive if you have a question about anything- she gets back to you almost immediately. Highly recommended!

Paradise Found!

Beautiful home in an excellent location- a true vacation of a lifetime! Owners provided many resources and info on the island and were very responsive. Just returned from our third visit and looking forward to many more!

Excellent location!

Our family enjoyed this island home and all its beauty for the second year in a row!! House is well stocked, the location is perfect, and you can’t beat the white sandy bottom with crystal clear water to go out and swim and/or kayak!! We hope to be back!

Dolphin House was a fabulous place to stay.

Staying at Dolphin House made our Everything relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was very organized, and there was plenty of room for everyone. It's a beautiful place to see stunning sunsets and swim all day long. Booking Dolphin House was easy, great communication and Brenda, the housekeeper was very helpful.

Like a previous review states: this house is much more beautiful than the pictures show! The interior is simple but very well appointed, the outdoor spaces are amazing! Check out the toy room for anything you may need for the beach. Top snorkel spots for us were: rainbow cay (covered with beautiful purple sea fans n deep crevases to explore), oleander gardens, twin coves (North Bay) and current cut. Message Tom at Island

Dolphin House - Amazing!!!

It was a great stay and enjoyed time with our friends! The views were stunning, and communication was great throughout! It was like the Caribbean Sea was our own swimming pool. The house was easy to get to and it was a lovely quiet area. We wanted to go to the beach and it was two houses down. There were grocery stores close by and we had everything we needed! Definitely plan to come again!

Dolphin house at Rainbow bay

This was our fifth trip to Eleuthera and Dolphin house has one of the best locations on the island. It is walking distance to Rainbow Bay beach. The house was comfortable and clean. The AC works very well. It comes with 4 kayaks, a lot of snorkeling equipment and other beach toys. We would love to stay here again when we come back in the future.

What a beautiful property. The home was impeccably clean! The view was to die for! We had everything we needed! Rainbow Bay Beach is steps away. You can snorkel right off the back steps. Loved this place!

Great for family

Two teens, middles aged and 75 yo. Snorkeling right off the deck as well as Rainbow Bay was some of the best we had in the island. Brenda was so kind and welcoming. Only down side was no soap/shampoo. Great location!

We're sorry there wasn't enough soap! We provide some "starter" soap at the house, and soap is widely available for purchase on the island. We do not provide shampoo, as people have personal preferences for this and guests typically bring their own (that being said, there are often some bottles to be found under the sinks). Shampoo is also available for purchase on the island, but we recommend bringing such items as prices can be higher and selection limited. Dolphin House is a private home, not a hotel, and island amenities can differ from what you'd expect at a resort.

This could not have been a better stay. The Dolphin House will be our “go-to” getaway for future vacations where we want to simply unplug and relax. The amount of love and care that the owners have put into the home and preparing it for guests is evident, and particularly enjoyed reading a picture book of improvements made since the owners bought the house in 2005, and notes from the owners posted throughout the house to explain how things work. The view from the veranda and the relaxation of the gazebo and hammocks are magical. A perfect getaway for a busy couple just seeking to unwind, and the caretakers’ family were available nearby and were perfect for local knowledge, a rental car, and some great meals. We’re booking our next “escape week” at Dolphin House now, before the crowds discover it! :)

Perfect location

The house was just perfect for our family. The owners thought of every little detail and are very responsive and kind. The location is great for a family vacation. I particularly enjoyed the proximity of the rocky Atlantic coast, which is only a short walk away from the house. We were also happy to use the recommended car rental, Jeep was very useful to explore the island's hidden secrets. Try Front Porch restaurant in Hatchet Bay or Brenda & Billy Stubbs BBQ in James Cistern.

Fantastic Home dated furnishings but what a view. Vrey peaceful. No nightlife but this is a vacation to relax. Internet goes off allot but all the pluses out way any minus. There is a resident close by that is available for any issues. We had none.

Perfect location

Love the location, swim access, and views of this property!! The communication was excellent and we will most definitely be back! Just a heads up it is a bit dated, but it’s comfortable and provided all the necessities we needed for the week. We brought dried goods and cooler bag with frozen food to supply majority of our food. Stores and restaurants are pricey, but we still enjoyed some local restaurants too!

Heaven

This was our first time on the Island and it was amazing. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need ,it was if you were in your home. The care tacker was always available and very responsive we were their for eight days and had our second thoughts about going back home. This is truly paradise we highly recommend this property.

Dolphin house

the House is on the water. gorgeous views from Vernanda and gazebo. House very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware / dinnerware. Kayaks and snorkle gear available. If water calm can launch Kayaks right from property. We loved the hammocks, had cocktails and coffee on veranda and gazebo. Beautiful sunsets .We ate our meals outside on Vernada. So peaceful.

Most Beautiful On The Island

This was our second stay at Dolphin House. We don't usually go to the same place twice but this is a special space. The house is clean, smells good, plenty of room, comfy beds, lots of hot water and well stocked kitchen. Kendra is a lovely and helpful host and the local family that maintain the house are sweet people. The show stopper is that incredible view off the back veranda. We've been all over the island and nothing beats that amazing turqoise water right out the back door. The snorkeling is great too right off the yard. We saw stingrays, grouper, lots of fish and even a turtle. Its absolute paradise.

Stay at Dolphin House

There was my daughter, great granddaughter and myself that stayed at the house. Everything was emasculate and the house was lovely. There was plenty of room in the house and it was loaded with amenities. The porch was fabulous and had more than enough room for everyone. The gazebo was awesome. There was not one thing bad about the house, and if we ever go again we want the Dolphin House. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house with us. Donna, Karen and Abby.

Perfect

The property and location is perfect. Brenda the caretaker stopped in briefly just to check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. She does a bbq Friday and Saturday’s which is a must to stop in. The food is fantastic. The host responds immediately with any questions. The property is beautiful. Our 17 year old son spent most of the time fishing and snorkeling right in front of the house. Caught bone fish and barracuda. Seen rays and sea turtles. We will definitely book again.

We discovered Eleuthera in 2002 when we were visiting a relative who had an island home. We loved the island, the friendly people, the beautiful deserted beaches, the warm Caribbean Sea and the dramatic Atlantic Ocean just a few minutes across the island. It was a quiet place close to nature without the distractions of crowded tourist attractions. We bought our beautiful home on the Caribbean Sea in 2005 and set to work immediately to make it more beautiful. We spend several months there each year in different seasons expanding the gardens and making improvements to the house. We enjoy and take pride in making our home a comfortable and welcoming place to share with our many rental guests.

Our daughter Kendra manages the booking process for Dolphin House.
