The location is great and near shopping, entertainment and restaurants within minutes, either way on Scenic 98 or the Emerald Coast Highway/US 98. Harmony Beach Vacations is fantastic and the hospitality is top notch! We will always stay here!

Enjoyed the view and beach

Perfect for a small family and super convenient to the beach

Property is a little older but it’s very clean and super convenient to the beach. Daily chair and umbrella service at the private beach was really nice. The only con I would list is this unit is right by the street so you can hear a lot of street noise which can be remedied by ear plugs.

The king sheets in this unit were worn out! It also needed air fresheners. The couch needed cleaning. The back door code did not work. I did not contact property manager.

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was in a great location, but we noticed it is a very old rental property. We arrived on a Friday night and were to stay through the following Friday, but cut our trip short due to a bug infestation issue. When I brought up the issue after the second night they were quick to respond to my texts and come the next morning to spray, but not sure where or how good they sprayed after I told them where these very large bugs were coming from and where we found them. We left after 4th day. I was told palmetto’s are a big issue which I understand but we also saw cockroaches which they seemed to not think that that’s what I saw. They were very large black bugs and the others brown. The kitchen ceiling needs to be fixed and updated. I didn’t feel like it was deep cleaned before we arrived and definitely need to call pest control and fix bug issue’s. They were mostly coming from underneath the oven. The furniture in living room area could be deep cleaned or reupholstered it was very old and dirty. I was very pleased overall with Destin and our location but I will not be ever staying at this property. Customer Service was outstanding though and very very friendly and accommodating on what I needed and wanted. I appreciated that.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to the property 4 times over 10 years. We feel like the property has gone down hill over those years. The view and access to the ocean still wonderful with this property. One thing I did not care for was the laundry is now on an app and not quarter's. The app did not work on 3 of our phones. I was not able to to laundry. The unit itself 123, had cockroach the size of Texas which was very nasty. The toilet leaks and sounds like a train every time you flush it.When we arrived, the AC was not working but the property management team did have someone out quickly to fix it. Which it was fixed thankfully.10 years ago when we stayed in 123 there was a spot within the gate for the unit which was not the same this time and we didn't appreciate that too much. Although the gate kept getting stuck for everyone else.The coffee maker is a single cup not a pot if you are planning ahead for that as well. Overall we want to keep coming back here but hope some work can be done to the place so it does not crumble, it's such a great location and concept with the units.

Perfect location close to everything. Ground level so there weren't any stairs to worry about. We could walk right out the door to the ocean.

Lovely

Location and unit was superb! Our other reservation in a different location was cancelled last minute, so we were scrambling and this was a very pleasant surprise! Located on gulf side with a VERY short walk to the beach and the views were spectacular. The unit was exactly as described and the beach staff were so nice. We will definitely be returning to this location. Couldn't have asked for a better 35th wedding anniversary!!!
