Denna vackra, 1150 kvm, 2 sovrum 2 badrum enhet ligger på 13: e våningen. Den har enastående utsikt över den vita sandstranden och kristallklart hav. Denna enhet är fullt möblerad med allt du behöver för en härlig semester. Köket är helt fyllt med alla bekvämligheter och alla nya apparater. Den har en Keurig och en traditionell kaffebryggare. Familjerummet har en drottning bäddsoffa och stor plattskärms-kabel HD / Smart TV med DVD-spelare och urval av DVD-skivor för din underhållning. Det rymliga gästrummet har 2 queen size-sängar, HD / Kabel-TV, stor garderob, byrå och nattduksbord. Sovrummet har en mycket bekväm king size säng, kabel-TV, stor garderob, 2 nattduksbord, byrå, havsutsikt fönster och tillgång till balkong. Enheten har 2 badrum, centrala luft och värme, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, strykjärn och strykbräda. GRATIS TRÅDLÖST NÄTVERK! Regency Towers tar ut en engångsavgift på 20 USD, som måste betalas av gästerna vid incheckningen. Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful ocean view and great location! With two salt water pools with a Tiki Bar in between - we stayed on the property almost our entire week long stay! We'll be staying here again!

BEST VACATION EVER

This was the best vacation my family has ever had. The property was awesome with great location and amenities. It was clean, family friendly, easy access to beach and a terrific Tiki Hut (Bikini Bobs). We spent most of our time in the 2 large pools or at the beach while enjoying the tasty, reasonably priced food and drinks at the Tiki Hut. The condo was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with anything we needed. The owners were very easy to work and communicate with. They checked on us during our stay and promptly answered all our questions. Don't waist time searching other properties, just contact these owners. We will be back and won't stay anywhere else except with these owners!

Amazing Stay!

We rented this condo for about a week. It had everything we would need and it was very clean. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. The room also had an amazing beach view. We loved the place and are definitely coming back again.

Beachside retreat

The owner is great to work with. He has great communication. The location of the condo is off the busy area of PCB. But still close to all the things PCB has to Ofer. This is good for us. No fighting traffic. The condo is nice and has everything needed for the week long stay. The pools are amazing and literally only steps from the beach. There is a pool side bar and grill “Bikini Bobs”. They have a great assortment of food, snacks, and drinks. Once you go down to the pool/beach you can literally stay all day and just order lunch or drinks at the pool side. The prices are very reasonable. There were a few minor things that I reported to the owner upon check in and he had maintenance there the same day to make repairs. Overall a good experience. The only con is the elevator wait. There are only three elevators for the entire property. The condo is on the 13th floor so there was a wait, especially on the heavy check in/out days. It did inspire me to get my steps in by taking the stairs! We have stayed here twice and I would definitely go back.

Great place for family vacation

We’re impressed with this place to stay! Good kitchen, enough space for family of 6 people, amazing view from living room and our balcony!!! Good exit to the beach and swimming pool. There is Cafe/ bar w/ friendly prices:). We’re thinking to come back next year for two weeks!!! Thank you!

Family vacation

The condo is beautiful, has a good view of the ocean. The free beach chairs were amazing and came in handy. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work, but it was okay because we spent more time as a family. Owners were easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend staying in this unit. Had everything we needed. Thanks for allowing us to rent your unit.

Peaceful week at PCB

We have stayed at this couple’s condominiums at Regency Towers several times. The condos are always clean and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Blaine and Natalie are very responsive to any request or questions. They make it super easy to reserve. We will be back

Amazing location, view, and amenities- all for a great price!!

Our time at Regency Towers (specifically in #1315) was amazing and more than we even expected. Blaine was very responsive and professional. The condo was right on the beach, connected directly to two pools (one heated and one not) and access to a hot tub. There's an amazing, cheap little food shop in between the pools and the entire place was conveniently located to the city. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will definitely come again. Thank you Blaine for a great trip!!

Wonderful view from the condo

We have stayed here for a couple of years now. Love the condo and the amenities especially Bikni Bobs. Only thing I had a problem with was the floors could have been a lot cleaner.

Okay place to stay

The furniture was so outdated and very dirty. I kept sheets on where we sat. Items in kitchen were all put away dirty in cabinets. We used our paper plates and cup. Bed sheets did not fit mattresses. The corners popped off. One set had blood stain on the pillowcase.The worst thing was the air conditioner..rattles all night long. We never slept well. Someone messed with connection on TV...so Netflix cut out constantly. The towels and wash cloths were thread bare...holes and raveling. To be honest, they looked worse then my rags look at home that I clean with. Blaine was nice chatting with. Maybe they should visit the condo. The cleaning person did not do a good job either.

We Loved our stay in condo 1315 at Regency Towers!!! The condo was so nice and very comfortable!!❤️

We have stayed at the Regency Towers several times and we have enjoyed it everytime! We will be staying with them again and again and hopefully we will be staying in the Natalie Pitchford condo if they will have us!! Super nice condo and super sweet people! We went through Blaine Pitchford when we stayed this last time and he was as nice as he could have possible been!! Anyone wanting to vacation in Panama City Beach should definitely contact the Pitchford’s for a great stay and a great vacation!!!

Amazing Again

This was our 2nd time renting unit 1315 from Blaine and Natalie Pitchford. We loved our stay again this year. From the room to the view it is all so amazing. We enjoyed our beach chairs and having a snack at Bikini Bobs. Another great thing about Regency Towers is the gated parking. It gives you that extra security. Can't wait to come back.

Very Relaxing Stay

We had a great stay in PCB. The condo is very nice with great views of the gulf. The space is good too. Owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns. The beds are nice and comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. We look forward to coming back again.

The view was everything!

From the time we stepped through the door, we knew this is the place we have to come back to. The view was magnificent! The accommodations inside were really first class. The furniture was really comfortable. The place was very clean and neat. We WILL be back!

Regency Towers met all our expections.

We were delighted with the accomodations in the condo and the wonderful view of the beach and ocean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed for coffee lovers like us. We really loved Bikini Bob's and visited them often. We were near everything we needed and getting around was a breeze. Knowing that the property was gated and watched by a security guard made us feel safe and secure. We would highly recommend Regency Towers to friends and family and hope to vacation there again.

When we found this unit we knew instantly it was for us. We want our guests to have a comfortable stay and wonderful vacation!
