Grace Meadows: 3BR / 3BA, nära Westin, Beach, Golf & Tennis

Länkarna är ett lugnt gated community i Port Royal Plantation. Vår villa är ett ljust och bekvämt lägenhet med en berättelse som är på svängen av den sjunde farleden på Barony Golf Course. Vi är på baksidan av Länkar som erbjuder avskildhet och integritet.

Carolina-solrummet och sovrummet ser ut på golfbanan. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med eget badrum och garderob. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar, privat badrum och fönsterplats. Det tredje sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och ligger nära hela badrummet. Vårt kök är välutrustat och tvättstugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.

En gasgrill finns på den utomhusgolvstensuteplatsen mellan villan och det separata två bilgaraget. Uteplatsen är ett bra ställe att äta utomhus. De två bilgaragen har golfvagnen för resor till stranden, tennis eller Westin Resort. Strandstolar tillsammans med pool- och strandleksaker förvaras i garaget för din användning. Familjerummet har en katedral tak med en platt-TV, DVD-spelare, våt bar och gratis Wi-Fi. Med nyckellös ytterdörr kan du köra direkt till villan vid ankomst.

Stranden är en tre minuters resa i vår privata golfvagn. Strandparken har en lekplats och toaletter. The Links har en gemensam pool som ligger nära vår villa. Hilton Head har många trädkantade stigar för promenader eller cykling. Vår villa erbjuder alla bekvämligheter i hemmet i en underbar semesterplats.

Vi ligger nära utmärkta restauranger, bra shopping, tennis, kort promenad till Westin Resort, biografer och naturligtvis Starbucks. Dagsutflykter till Savannah och Charleston är också utmärkta resor.

The property was just what the 5 of us needed for a 4-day stay for a wedding at the Westin. Clean, good accommodations, close proximity to a nice public beach. The golf cart was such a great bonus! Margie was very helpful with instructions.

Great time in Hilton Head

The property was clean, semi-secluded, well maintained, and stocked with everything we'd want. The beach was very close and easily reachable via the golf cart and bikes. We had a blast!

Amazing place and location!

We chose this townhouse because of the location and size, and neither disappointed! Margie’s house was even cuter than the pictures. It was super clean and we had lots of room to spread out. Our sons loved the variety of sports and beach equipment in the garage and the golf cart made getting to the beach quick and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful !!!

We have been traveling to HHI for the past 26 years and this rental was the best place we have ever rented while staying on the island . It was super clean, decorated so nicely and the use of the golf cart to get back and forth to the beach was just awesome ! I am very hopeful I will be able to rent this same place each year !! We loved the peacefulness of the rental as well . ! Margie was just awesome to communicate with during the entire rental and stay process .! I am so thankful for such a great 2024 vacation week !! Thank you !!!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious! If we had any issues the property owner was accessible and responsive. The golf cart made getting to the beach extremely convenient. We highly recommend staying here and we would book again!

Very Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for the family. Close to the beach (having a golf cart was a nice add). The house was very clean and beautiful. If you are heading to HHI this is the place to stay!

Absolutely Perfect

This unit is perfect if you want privacy! Very clean as well. We had 3 adults, 2 teens, and 1 7 yo and we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and we had plenty of room to move around and cook. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. (curtain liner in queen bedroom needs replacing) The golf cart and bikes were amazing to have! We forgot our beach toys but the garage closet was well stocked and lots of beach chairs. We loved this house and would definitely stay again! :)

Wonderful stay

This was our second year staying at this condo and it did not disappoint again. This year the master bath was upgraded which was very nice. I greatly appreciate rental properties that actually put money back into the property. This was our second vacation of the summer and it made me appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen and the good condition of the appliances and cookware. I also didn’t feel like I needed to wash every dish before we used it. The rest of the condo was equally welcoming. The location is so perfect and quiet and private despite being in the middle of HHI. All around great stay and I hope to come back again.

The Perfect Vacation Rental for our Family

A spacious condo that is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation! The location is perfect: on the golf course and a short walk to the beach and a quiet pool area. The provided golf cart is a plus in getting to and from the beach. Communication of information before and during our stay was exceptional! This place is a winner in many ways!

Perfect stay

We have stayed in this complex for years. Each unit is a little different, but they are all great. The condo was spotless, the service was great, it's close to the beach and there is a golf cart to get you there. Will definitely be back next time we go to HHI.

Quiet location on golf course

We stayed for a month at this property. Had a little trouble with TV and Margie responded immediately. The golf cart was a plus, and so was the beach wagon. Also our first time at port Royal plantation. Great location! We joined Hilton head recreation center….great place to exercise.

August Stay

The property is as described. As promised, I received the necessary codes (gate, front door, and bike locks) to gain access a day or two in advance of our arrival. When leaving the 89-degree, high humidity outside and entering the home, it was very refreshing as the AC was running and ceiling fans turning. The floors, bedding, bathrooms, towels, and dishes were fresh and clean. Having access to a BBQ grill, bikes and pool was very welcomed (the golf cart was out of commission during our stay). The foil kite was a great hit. The checkout process had minimal requests and was easier than most VRBO checkout requirements. Overall the stay was very pleasant.

We enjoy the total privacy that our end location provides. Riding our golf cart to play tennis or to the beach is very cool! By being at the northern end of the island, we do not have to get caught up in the traffic. Everything we could want is very close by.
