The house was very inviting and spacious. The pictures listed described the house perfectly. The views were spectacular.Our family loved our time there. We plan on returning to Gatlinburg next year, because there is so much to do. If this place is available we will definitely rent it again.

Wonderful place in the mountains

This years family getaway was fantastic. The view was great! We could see some of the Christmas parade once we knew where to look. The property is easy to access and has an amazing view.

Incredible view!

The 3 rooms had great views and private bathrooms which was perfect for our group! The drive up to the house was an adventure in itself! We were very lucky to see a bear on our drive up to the house! Would definitely return again!

The gorgeous view sold us!

Our 4 day stay was so very nice. The house was very clean, comfortable and we loved the view! We wanted to be close the the National park and Gatlinburg and it was everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property and hopefully we can come back. Thank you to owners.

Gorgeous view in the sky

The place was gorgeous, the road and driveway leading to the place was nothing I'm used to. The views were breathtaking, the house was gorgeous and very clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is AMAZING. The house was spotless and had all the things needed to feel comfortable, safe, and at home. The views are breathtaking - loved waking up to the amazing view each morning. The drive up/down the mountain to/from the house is a little scary for those not used to that type of driving, but just take it slow and you will be fine. We have rented a ton of VRBO homes, and this is hands-down the best one we have ever used. Highly recommend.

Mountain Getaway

The windows showcase beautiful mountain views, day and night. It was a wonderful getaway, about 10 minutes from town. The home was clean, stocked with the needed essentials. I would definitely return.

Perfect stay for families!

Pictures are true to how great the house is and some things are updated since the photos! Beautiful view off front porch, that is where we spent most of our time when at the house! We had three separate families and everyone had their own space and enough room when we were all together! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Volleyball Tournament Weekend

2025 Family Spring Break

This was our second time in Gatlinburg and didn't want to stay in a hotel. We decided on this property for the views. The property is very roomy, clean, quiet and cozy. Great communication from the owners. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Our teens enjoyed the bedroom on the lower level. It has 2 queen beds, a couch, recliner, TV and private bath. All the beds are very comfortable in the house- each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Great water pressure in the showers and the views are amazing. We watched the sunrise over the mountains each morning while enjoying our coffee. Even in the evenings it was great to see the Gatlinburg city lights as well as the lights from the Anakeesta resort up the mountains. We didn't need to spend any money on mountain attractions and activities since we had great views from our house. Just note, the drive up to the house can be a bit nerve racking your first time. It is about a 2-minute drive up the mountain and the road is windy (some curves are 180 degree turns). And when driving down the mountain, it may be a bit nerve racking again on your first time. We had a 350 pickup truck and did not have any problems going up or down the mountain. We would stay here again.

Spacious and Comfortable

This was the perfect home for our adult family. The layout was great. The deck is very large and has an amazing view of the mountains. It was nice to sit on the deck in the early morning and evening when it was not too hot outside. We saw a bear in the driveway when we drove up after dinner so we really kept our eye out after that.

Spring Break 2022

This place was Awesome. It was everything that I thought it would be be. The location was great. Being able to see the town below @ night was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. My family loved everything about the home. We even had a bonus on our last day. A bear came walking down the driveway, can you say AWESOME?

what a view, and house was excellent, a great place

the home was excellent and loved the views. i would caution the driveway is quite steep and so is the road coming in. RV's, standard shift vehicles, towing a trailer might not make it. If on a motorcycle, should be very experienced. But what a place!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We love Gatlinburg and have lived here almost all our lives. We bought this house because it has a million dollar view and you cannot find property like this so close to downtown and easy to get too! Location and Views and how easy it its to get to Gatlinburg. One of the first areas in Gatlinburg and they usually have best locations. The views of the Great Smokey Mountains and the city of Gatlinburg. So close to everything but still so special with location and how it sits on a point. Not crowded with someone right next door to you. The orginal lots are so much more spacious.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The views and location are the reason we bought this home!! You cannot find property like this anymore!!! You have a trillion dollar view out of every window!! We personally manage and inspect our homes. Your great experience is inmportant to us. Again Views and location and how comfortable our home is. We take pride in our home and your experience. You can see the city of Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. We have seven chairs that recline in the living room so everyone can relax and just look at the beautiful mountains.
