Accommodations

The condo was great but I would suggest replacing the master bed with a new mattress. The current mattress is not comfortable. I would also suggest different light bulbs above the dining area because at night you can not use the table due to it being very dark. Other than these two items, we had a great time and enjoyed staying at the condo. The beach access was amazing!

Beach Condo for Mardi Gras

We really enjoyed staying in this Condo on Pensacola Beach during Mardi Gras weekend. We did not realize that this unit doesn't have a dining room table, however every other thing was just perfect for our group of friends consisting of 3 married couples.

Clean comfortable beautiful views

Very clean and well stocked. Furnishings could be updated but still nice. No dining table which was ok for this visit but for a family week visit it would be a negative. Overall it was a great place to stay and the management company was great to work with!

Great Condo Rental

We really enjoyed staying at this condo in Pensacola Beach. The unit was very clean when we arrived and had ample supplies for our stay. (The good-sized liquid handsoaps at all of the sinks were greatly appreciated!) The amenities were very nice as well. We only wished that the unit had a dining room table for us to sit at, but the owners listing was accurate, so that was on us. The location was great and we were able to walk to many different bars and restaurants over the course of the week. The views from the balcony were also very beautiful. We would definitely consider staying again!

Great property, awesome location!

Had a wonderful stay. Property is comfortable and well appointed. The gulf view is incredible. There was, however, miscommunication about availability and the owners showed up on our first day thinking it was not rented. This made for a very awkward moment for both our family and the owners.

Beautiful Ocean Retreat

Amazing view!!! Had a great week at the Aqua Oasis. The place is beautiful, clean and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The balcony was our favorite place to take in the great views of the ocean! Would highly recommend.

Love the condo

We love the condo and the location! This is our second stay. Reported to manager about the master bedroom bed being in bad shape. Was told the mattress wasn’t old and to take toppers off next time! Unfortunately this will not resolve the issue., I did my due diligence and reported it. We will have to find another place to stay next year. We come every year for 2 weeks. Excellent location and decor!!

Beautiful Views with Great Location

Easiest check-in - check-out condos we have used. Location is in heart of Pensacola Beach with easy access to bridge back to town. Unit was very clean and kitchen supplied with start up items on arrival. Pool area is immaculate and access to beach is just a few steps away. Will definitely stay in BeachBum properties again.
