Sunshine, laughter and memories!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying in this unit here at the beach club. And we’ve already booked it for next year. We love it so much. This is the time when my daughter’s all come and we celebrate their dad. The weather was wonderful. We are just a very short step to the beach every day and then late in the afternoon, we can cool off with the dip in the beautiful pool. This is our little piece of paradise, and a lot of laughter and memories!💕 can’t wait to come back next year!

Thank you so much for your repeat business! We're so glad you had another great stay and another great experience! We appreciate your feedback as well. Please know that we are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have sent someone over to the condo to take care of the A/C for you. In the Florida heat, not having the A/C work properly is no fun! We just want to make sure all our guests are thoroughly enjoying their stays. We are here for you! We're so glad that you did have a great stay overall and we look forward to seeing you again next year! Paradise Beach Homes

Another wonderful vacation in Pensacola Beach

Everything was great. 2 issues: the dryer did not latch properly and several kitchen cabinets don't stay closed. Otherwise, we love the condo.

The only complaint I would even have is that they beach club has chair and umbrella service and can start disagreements on the beach as people even they were setup first the beach service will still setup close to you.

Great location! Will stay again!

Overall, we were really impressed with this condo. We've stayed at Beach Club several times over the years and this is probably our favorite one. We only had two small complaints over the week. 1) The dryer doesn't work great. We had to run it multiple times to get a dry load. 2)This condo does not provide a beach set up (umbrella and chairs). This was a first for us and quite a surprise for the price. We ended up buying an umbrella across the street and made it work. Overall, our stay was great and we would recommend this location 100%.

Second visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great visit. Unit was repainted and linens refreshed since last visit, which was a pleasant surprise. Perfect location to be at the pool or on the beach in less than a minute and never use an elevator. Perfect for families with young kids or mobility issues. The units near us would smoke cigarettes on the patio most of the day and evening, so we didn’t get to use the patio as much as we would have liked. Would still stay again.
Svar från VrboOwner 13 juni 2024
Thank you so much for your repeat business Dawn! We're so glad you had another great stay in Beach Club #102B. It's a great unit and a guest favorite. We're so sorry to hear about the neighbors smoking keeping you off the patio. Please know that we are always available to our guests should you need anything. We would have been more than happy to have called the HOA to report that someone was smoking as I do not believe that is something that is permitted at Beach Club. We hope that will not deter you from staying with us in the future! We appreciate your business. Paradise Beach Homes
