Vårt hem ligger vid havet vid LBI och är tillräckligt stort för att två familjer ska kunna dela. Om du känner till LBI, förstår du varför havet är mer önskvärt än viken. Du behöver inte vänta tills de långa trafiklinjerna rensas, på Bay Ave., för att komma till stranden. Stranden ligger två kvarter bort. Fantasy Island, affärer, restauranger och Beach Havens största attraktioner ligger också inom gångavstånd. Du kan klara av hela veckan utan bil.

Om vädret visar sig dåligt kommer det att hjälpa kabel-TV i många av rummen och gratis trådlöst höghastighetsinternet. Det finns också en inhägnad privat trädgård, picknickbord och grill för dina utomhusmiddagsbehov.

Det här är 15: e året som vi har hyrt vårt hem. Varje år hyrdes det till sommarsäsongen och varje hyresgäst hade bara bra saker att säga om vårt hem och dess läge.

Great Location, Great Beach House, No Hassles!

Family had a great vacation stay at this beach house. House was nice and clean and we had no issues all week there. Will certainly rent there in the future!

Exactly as listed and great communication

Second time renting this place and it was even better than last time. Lots of space even for over 10 guests, both sleeping space and living space (indoor and outdoor). Nice fenced in back yard with plenty of furniture and a grill. Owners communication was phenomenal and well organized. You shouldn’t want for anything more if you rent this place.

Great location and great use of space!

Communication with the owner was easy and accommodating. Everything was clean and we'll setup when we got there, and immediately noticed that it was very well setup for sleeping a group of 11 like ourselves. Great private backyard space as well as large communal spaces for dining and living room. And the location from the in town spots as well as the beach was the perfect balance.

Great location! Lovely home

Al was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The property was clean and even nicer than the photos! The location was perfect. One block from bay Village and a very short two blocks to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again. Al’s place is unbeatable for the price. Thanks again!

Great location in Beach Haven!

We were here for a film festival and appreciated being able to have a group of us able to stay together. The location was perfect for what we were doing and great to be so close to the beach! Great, easy communication with the property owner.

Bigger than it looks! Perfect location!

This house was perfect for my large family! Every room is bigger than the pictures make them look. And you can't beat this location, I almost never used my car all week. The backyard is also the perfect place to hang out day or night. All appliances are modern and we had no problems whatsoever with anything in the house. Owners were always quick to reply and we hope to stay here again next year!

Spacious, comfortable and good location

We had a great week at this property (the weather was also perfect so that helped!). I would prefer closer to the beach but the 2 1/2 block walk was no problem. Otherwise walking distance to anything you need. Comfortable house with huge bedrooms upstairs, great private patio that fit many for dinner (and even corn hole). Owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Love this house!

We have rented this house for three years and love it and the location is awesome! Near shops and two short blocks to beach. It is a large house that fits our family of five. Great outdoor space too. Always a great experience with owners! Love coming here year after year.

Very Nice House, Close to Everything We Enjoy.

I'd really give it 4.5 stars but that was not an option. First time we rented this house. Had excellent communications with owner throughout the booking process and leading up to our rental week. Comfortable bedrooms with loads of space. Completely updated kitchen. Very nice outdoor shower. Patio has a Weber gas grill and two new picnic tables. Prior to move-in-day we were concerned about possible noise as it is 2 houses from the main street but very happy to report we found this was never an issue. We met several very nice neighbors who occupy their own homes. Less than 3 minute walk to Country Kettle Chowda, Cool Beans and Fantasy Island Amusement Park. Short 5-minute walk to beach. Beaches completely redone since our last stay in 2015. Lifeguard is between 11th and 12th street so we entered beach from 11th St. Plenty of available parking for extra cars on street and never had a hard time finding close spots. Came with 4 beach passes which was a nice bonus. Some of extra dining room chairs could be updated. No closet in downstairs bedrooms. Would definitely consider renting again.

Wonderful!

We had a great experience. The house has all the basics a family might need, and offers the absolute prime location. We parked our cars and didn't move them for a week! Highly recommend.

A great bargain!

The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Compared to prices we were seeing for other places, this was a great bargain and the owner was very easy and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend this to someone else!

Love it

What you see is what you get . Owner took great pictures to show you location . Would love to rent this place again. Been coming to Beach Haven for 8 years now and was very happy with this house . Park your car for the week and enjoy your vacation. Everything is walking distence
