Aloha! Wailea Ekolu 805, en 2-sovrum, 2-badrum, bottenvåningen enhet har nya vardagsrum möbler, nya fönsterbeläggningar, med en nymålad interiör.
Från och med i januari 2019 har de nya ägarna uppdaterat och gjort förbättringar av sitt Maui-hem. Från Lanai, gästerna njuta av spektakulära Maui solnedgångar, underbar blå havsutsikt, och steg över gräsmattan till en av två uppvärmda pooler på fastigheten.
Wailea Ekolu 805 har ett fullt utrustat kök med granitbänk, personlig BBQ på Lanai, höghastighets trådlöst internet och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. I varje rum finns en delad system luftkonditioneringsenhet, platt-TV och kabel med HBO och Showtime. Strandstolar, parasoller, boogiebrädor, surfbrädor och badhanddukar tillhandahålls för gästernas njutning.
Wailea Ekolu ligger inbäddat på den immaculately bevarade Wailea Blue Golf Course och tennisentusiaster kan njuta av Wailea Tennis Club ligger tvärs över gatan. En kort tio minuters promenad (eller tre minuters bilresa) tar dig till de vackra stränderna i Mokapu och Ulua, där du kan snorkla, paddla ombord och kajak. Kvalitetsrestauranger och butiker väntar dig precis nerför backen vid The Shops of Wailea.

Excellent stay!

The location of the unit within the village was very convenient - pool right next door and a short walk to coffee shops, and other conveniences. Very near the shopping mall "Shops of Wailea", and the walk along the beachwalk past the resorts. The unit was well equipped and in very good condition overall. Rentals Maui was very responsive to the two minor problems we had, sending staff out right away to deal with the problems. We would stay there again.

Perfect for our family

The property was exactly as advertised, a great 2 bedroom which was perfect for our family of 4. We loved having the pool steps away and the beach a short drive. The unit was very well furnished (including beach towels, chairs, cooler) and made for a really lovely and relaxing stay. We have already recommended it to friends and can't wait to stay again.

We love Hawaii. Maui in particular. We have stayed all over Wailea and had a great experience. Not only was the property team excellent, but they responded immediately. We will be back!

Great Condo

Condo was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and in a great location (easy walk down to the Shops at Wailea, Akamai Coffee, etc). We loved being able to see the ocean from the lanai and our 2 year old liked being so close to the pool. Only downside is that it’s on the ground floor, so depending on who’s in the unit above, it’s either relatively quiet or like living beneath a herd of elephants (we experienced both during our week).

This was our first time on the island and this unit was a great home during our stay. Convenient to beaches, shopping, the highway to the airport and other parts of the island. Unit was well equipped and allowed the group to live out of the unit vs. in restaurants for some of the meals. All in all, the stay was enjoyable.

2nd stay here

This unit checked all the boxes and was a comfortable stay…again. The proximity to the pool and furnishings are all pluses. I noticed that glassware and silverware were a bit more scarce than I remembered. We found ourselves using the dishwasher more frequently as a result. AC worked fine and we were comfortable when relaxing away from the sun and nearby beach. The unit has a big stock of chairs, beach toys, flippers, etc. that is all stored outside the 2nd bedroom. A no slip bath mat in the master bath cabinet made it easier for the kids while bathing. Internet worked great and the condo got great (Verizon) cell service. I’d be happy to rent this unit again.

Clean, very well equipped and a great location.The grounds are lovely and the pool uncrowded and well maintained.The unit could use a folder with restaurant suggestions, things to do, how to work the TV etc. We were never able to use the large TV. The hall bath sink had a leaky hot water faucet which I reported on twice with nothing being done. I finally turned it off under the sink.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends. Great stay but, need a little work in place

My husband, daughter and I, we’ve arrived at this unit and wowed with view. However, place needs a lit more work. 1st, just 1 night stand at master bedroom so, my husband has to bring little hallway table to use all 12 nights. 2nd, chipped dishes and broken wine is not really acceptable for paying guests. 3rd, white bathroom towels and beach towels should have been replaced once awhile since most of them were stained. 4th, no kitchen spices or stuck leftover coffee creamer and old left over coffee should have been thrown away prior to new guest arrival. Also, pots and pans should be replaced. 5th, dinning chairs nor all the outdoor furniture need to be replace. They don’t have any cushion at all and torn. 6th, see through window coverings does not give any privacy. Specially at night. We’ve even cover small window in master bedroom with bath towels since there were no window covering at all. Which is totally not acceptable for ground level unit. Overall, we love Wailea Ekolu property location and will stay again. If owner fix some of this issues, this unit can be a great unit to stay.

Our Maui Vacation

The condominium is spacious and provides a nice separation for my adult daughter and her friend in regard to where there bedroom and bathroom is. It offers a beautiful view of the ocean as well as the property and is very well maintained. You can walk to the Shops of Wailea easily as well as other areas. We are excited to plan our next trip!!
