Huvudstenshuset (L'Agave) och gÀststugan (Petite Agave) Àr en blandning av modern och charmig gammal elegans med otrolig utsikt över flera vikar - Great Cruz, Chocolate Hole, Hart, Klein & Rendezvous. PÄ en klar dag kan du enkelt se St. Croix.

NÀr du anlÀnder kommer du att passera genom vÄr automatiska grind ner en avskild uppfart omgiven av grönskande tropiska vÀxter. En stenbrygga och smidesjÀrn ingÄng vÀlkomnar dig till en stor sten och tegel gÄrd som förbinder huvudbyggnaden och stugan. PÄ gÄrden hittar du en gasgrill och sittplatser för Alfresco-matsal. Den huvudsakliga tvÄ vÄningar hemmet innehÄller ett mahogny kök, 3 sovrum och 3 badrum. Stugan ger ytterligare ett komplett kök, sovrum, badrum, utomhusdusch och rum för att sprida ut för en större familj eller en grupp.
Fastigheten har 5 olika matsalar, var och en med sin unika karaktÀr - 3 utomhus och 2 inomhus. Alla rum Àr luftkonditionerade. Det finns flÀktar i hela fastigheten (inom och utanför) för att hÄlla vindarna flyter hela tiden. Fastigheten Àr utrustad med WiFi och har Àven ett back-up WiFi-system.
Loungen i solen eller i skuggan pÄ en av de mÄnga chaises och sittplatser finns i hela övre och nedre fastigheten. Pittoreska stentrappor leder frÄn gÄrden ner till pooldÀcket, vilket gör att gÀsterna kan komma Ät poolen utan att störa nÄgon i nÄgot hus. Splash i den underbara poolen frÄn dÀck och njut av den fantastiska utsikten!
Din villa ligger en kort Äktur till strÀnder, shopping och restauranger i Cruz Bay. Strandhanddukar, solstolar och kylare finns för din anvÀndning och njutning.
VÄr "On Island" -familj kommer att trÀffa dig vid fÀrjan och ta dig till villan. De kan hjÀlpa till med uthyrning av jeep (om vÄr finns inte tillgÀnglig), kajak och paddlebrÀda, restaurangreservationer och mycket mer!

Fantastic

Loved this place for our trip to St John. Excellent property with more than enough space for our family of 4. Def liked having on-site washer and dryer. Was a great starting point for all of our St John adventures. Would book again.

Great home away from home in paradise

Beautiful views, great little pool, good central location not too far from north shore beaches and Cruz Bay. Good AC in bedrooms and cottage. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous views from this well kept, clean home. Great communication and easy check in. Already looking forward to our next trip to St. John.

Comfortable, amazing view and great management

We loved our stay. From the first step on the island being greeted by Craig to the last day and the ease of checking out. All the beds were comfortable. The AC in the bedrooms was great and the view was unbelievable. It was convienent to town and had great amenities. When we come back we will definitely stay at this property again!

Villa L'Agave was awesome!

The owners and property managers were great to work with and very patient with us. We had a lot going on for this vacation and they were very helpful every step of the way. Very responsive to any inquiry. The villa is beautiful and was certainly a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Amazing escape!

The house while a bit of a drive off the beach was amazing! Incredibly well maintained and clean. It had an utterly stunning view and accommodated 8 people with ease. The pool was perfect for relaxing in and everything on the island was well within reach.

We loved this house! Everything was very clean. The pool was so nice after a day at the beach and the view from the pool was amazing. There’s a pomegranate tree in the yard and if you’re brave enough to scale down the hill and pick one they are delicious!

Beautiful property with everything you need

L'Agave gave our group a great week with wonderful memories. The view is second to none, it was great to relax by the pool after coming home from the beach, and the well stocked kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We ate out most nights but grilled in one night and had a great time. The owner was very responsive to questions.

Wedding Stay

This home was perfect for our wedding. The property manager met us at the ferry and checked us in. The house was in great condition and the infinity pool was amazing. The casita on the side was perfect for us as a wedding couple while the rest of the family stayed in the main house. I definitely recommend this VRBO!

Beautiful

The home was exactly as expected. Clean, well stocked with amazing views. There were 5 of us and it was so comfortable with plenty of room. The pool, patio and upper porch were all great places to hang out. Location was good to get into town and to the incredible beaches. Would highly recommend this property. I will stay here again if I come back to St. John.

First time to St John’s

Had a lovely trip over Thanksgiving. Being older & less adventurous, I was very glad my brother was along to help us navigate the island & drive. We ate dinner out every night - each meal was awesome including Thanksgiving - traditional meal at Restaurant 1864!! House worked out well for us. Host were attentive especially when AC didn’t work in one bedroom.

Spectacular house and amazing view!

As we walked into the house, we were greeted with a warm breeze from all of the open windows and doors. The interior is beautifully decorated and the exterior seating is very inviting and comfortable. Walking outside you are breathless with the amazing view! The infinity pool is refreshing and relaxing. Luciah was just lovely and accommodated us with all of our requests. It was truly a beautiful oasis for our family to vacation. Beautiful stay at L'Agave!

We had a wonderful time at this property with 3 generations of family getting together to explore St. John after a very stressful few years due to the pandemic! The infinity pool, kitchen, and outdoor living spaces are fabulous! Having coolers, beach chairs, towels, and noodles to take to the beach was VERY convenient and much appreciated! We loved watching the sunsets and sunrises from the balcony. Chocolate Hole is a great central location on St. John, and this house was perfectly located. The driveway can be a bit challenging but to us that was part of the fun! We would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to St. John! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Privacy, comfort and beautiful views

We stayed in the main house because there were just three of us. We had everything we could possibly need. It felt like home as soon as we arrived and there were so many comfortable seating options for both sun and shade. The pool was just icing on the cake. They also provided beach chairs, coolers and towels for the beach. It's close to both markets, but far enough away from town to have peace and quiet. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Sometimes you want to escape the confines of where you're staying, in this case we couldn't wait to get back to Villa L'Agave every day and often spent a good chunk of the day on the spacious and comfortable deck. The birds and iguanas and rainbows and passing boats and stars - no shortage of beauty here.

Great Stay on St John!

Overall great family vacation at L’Agave. Our three teens joined my wife and I and it was perfect size and layout to accommodate us. The kids had the 2 bedrooms downstairs to do their thing and we stayed in the bedroom upstairs. There are 3 nice full bathrooms so nobody had to wait to use them. The living area and kitchen was sufficient to make meals and visit together. We loved the beautiful grounds and especially the back upper/lower patios, pool and views! The drive to Cruz Bay was short and easy. The only minor issues we had were we couldn’t get the tv to work after trying everything (my reach out to property manager went unanswered), which really didn’t bother us since you don’t really need tv on the island. The upstairs bedroom a/c unit is a little noisy. And it was a little tough to turn the jeep around in the driveway to get out (you do not want to try and back out into the road!). Again, all minor issues. Overall we had a great stay and love St John!

Rats in the Kitchen

We had issues with large rats in the kitchen. They came in the house at night and ran along the edge of wall. I called/texted the on island property manager to make him aware of the problem. He put a electronic rat trap in the house and added bait to a rat trap outside of the house. The following day he said two rats were caught. He also addressed an issue we had with a scorpion in the house by having the house sprayed for insects. However we had cockroaches in the house, one was even found in the dishwasher. We resorted to eating out instead of using the kitchen. I sent a detailed email to the owners along with some pictures showing where I believed the rats were entering from. I never received a response from them.

Everything we hoped foe and more!

We loved this comfortable home for 6 with amazing views. Each couple had their own private area with outdoor seating and there were many outdoor eating spaces . This home had everything we needed and the hosts were most accommodating. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Paradise!!

This villa is shear perfection. Max and Stephanie are very responsive. The property managers on island (Jay and Luciah) are super helpful and responsive. We had zero issues with the property. The views are breathtaking. The outside is beautifully landscaped like a magic garden. The pictures alone do not do this place justice! It's truly paradise.
