Wonderful stay

Excellent ! Beautifully renovated condo with panoramic views of Fort Pond Bay . Close to Kirk Beach, Amagansett and less than 30 min to East Hampton . Property is well maintained and we enjoyed our stay . Kent was a pleasure to work with !

A slice of heaven

The sunsets that I watched every evening sitting on the deck were so beautiful. What a wonderful way to end each day there. The condo is walking distance to the train which was convenient. It’s less than 10 min. The walk into town is only 20 min along the bay with a view of the swans. Rent a bike in town to get around easily if you don’t have a car. The condo itself exceeded my expectations. The pool is great, and bring your racquet to play tennis Super easy check in & check out. Had a fabulous 8 day vacation there.

Much needed getaway

Wondeful, peaceful vacation in a perfect studio for my husband and I. We loved the sunsets, the deer that wandered between the condo and sound and the proximity to great restaurants and the lake. Would definitely book again.

My new happy place

The unit was perfect in every way. It is tastefully furnished and has all the conveniences of being home. With the exception that the sunsets and views are much better than at home! Kent was very helpful and promptly answered any questions. I would love to stay their again.

Perfect NYC Getaway

We absolutely loved staying in this little studio in Montauk. The location is a convenient distance from all and off season, a quiet slice of paradise. Kent is a wonderful host and his studio has all the comforts you need for a holiday on the water. What a gem! We cannot wait to return!

Great Off-Season Stay

Kent has a beautiful property. I recommend staying when you can enjoy nice weather so you can utilize the balcony. I thoroughly enjoyed the updated kitchen. Other things could use updating, like the mattress and bathroom. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great Time! Beautiful Sunsets

My boyfriend and I had a great stay! The property is very clean and well maintained. You cannot beat the sunsets and all of the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Kent and Jong made the process very easy and were extremely responsive. Everything is definitely as advertised. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

We fell in love with this place!

Beautiful view, beachfront living. Calm beach with pebbles, which makes the water clearer. Apartment complex is five minutes from everything in Montauk. Pool and jacuzzi if you don’t like the beach. Apartment was lovely. We made many dinners and ate watching the sunset on the terrace. Perfect little spot!

Spectacular Sunsets!

Our stay at Kent's condo was excellent! The location was great; just a short drive to everything in Montauk. We loved the bay view from the room and balcony, especially the sunsets! Well equipped kitchen and surprisingly spacious for a studio. The Murphy bed was, in fact, very comfortable! Would definitely return!

Cozy condo in peaceful area with beautiful view

This is a wonderful property that we hope to revisit. While part of a larger condominium, the area was very quiet and the small private beach was usually empty. Stunning view of night sky through the skylights. Location great, right next to the train station, and a pick up stop for the free shuttle than runs through town and to a number of great beaches. Highly recommend!
