Trots sitt namn är Hammock Cottage beläget på en strandpromenadstig med en expansiv veranda med en lockande ... HAMMOCK, den perfekta platsen att börja din semester! Undangömt bara några gator från shopping och restauranger på Rosemary Beach, St. Augustine Green och 2 pooler, är Hammock Cottage älskad för sitt centrala läge och charmiga karaktär.

Detta 4 sovrum, 3. 5 badstrand hem är vackert inredda med modern strand design, och erbjuder en fantastisk utrymme för utrymme för små och stora grupper. Stugan rymmer upp till 10 gäster bekvämt. Tre av de fyra sovrummen ligger på första våningen. Två gästsviter delar ett Jack and Jill-bad med vita klinkergolv och bänkskivor i marmor, en svit med en kung och den andra med en drottningssäng. Fortsätter du ner på korridoren hittar du ett barns våningssängrum, komplett med 2 uppsättningar inbyggda tvillingvåningssängar och ett privat, delat badrum.

Huvudet på övervåningen till andra våningen, ligger master svit på toppen av trapphuset, med en king size-säng, privat badrum och privat balkong med utsikt över strandpromenadsträckan. Ditt parti kommer säkert att njuta av den öppna planlösningen i köket, vardagsrummet och matsalen, perfekt för underhållande. Detta utrymme är ljust och ljust, prydet med abstrakt konst och unika ljusarmaturer. Det höga, vita taket och de stora fönstren översvämmar rummet med ljus för en inbjudande atmosfär. Köket är fullt utrustat med rostfritt stjäla apparater och en anpassad backsplash. Beautiful and comfortable home

We were very happy with this house. It was very comfortable and there was pleanty of room for a family of 6 with 4 adult children. Management was very responsive to questions. Having stayed many times in Rosemary and the surrounding areas, we would definitely stay at this house again. Our only complaint was the wifi was unreliable so we had to use our hot spots often. Other than that, everthing was great!

The rooms are quite specious, including the bunk room, which is somewhat atypical for these homes. The service from 30A Luxury Vacation is simply outstanding. This is our second vacation booked through them and I wouldn't book again elsewhere.

Very Comfortable Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation at Hammock Cottage was wonderful. There was plenty of space for everyone. I was not sure at first how I felt about the kitchen and master being on the 2nd floor but we ended up loving it. It is a great layout for either 2-3 families or kids downstairs. As other reviews said there are roaches. I think this cannot be helped due to the trees. It rained most of our time there so we were happy to have lots of space and a very large balcony because we were indoors most of the time.

Great House but

The house was very spacious and in a good spot! Even management was quick to answer calls when we encountered any issues. However, the doors did not securely lock. The doors would lock but you could push them open. Only the main door securely locked. This was concerning for a group of girls staying alone. The other downside was finding parking for additional vehicles since only one could park on-site and you can’t park in the surrounding streets. Overall, a good place to stay but I would not stay again until the doors security lock.

The property is very nice but could use a few crucial updates or home supplies. The King bed on the first floor made sleeping almost impossible due a huge sag in the middle of the mattress. The dishwasher in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Finally, the house could use a vacuum cleaner and extra blankets for the bedrooms. Other than these shortcomings, we would recommend the home. Memorial Day Vaca

We had a nice trip. The house is in a great location. The weather was perfect. It’s nice to have a Publix a mile away. We’ve stayed in Rosemary several times. We like having the main living area upstairs. My husband was impressed with how well the grill worked. The washer and dryer are large sized which was great for washing beach towels everyday. I didn’t give 5 stars for the cleanliness is because our 8 month old feet were black from moving around the wood floor in his walker. There were no baths mats so we used towels. We were shorted towels for one room so I contacted the rental agency. I rec’d a text they had delivered but never got them. When I asked about it, I was told they’d check into it but never heard anything. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and was suitable for the meals we cooked. The television was nice but the volume on the remote didn’t work very well. Overall it is a nice home and we’d stay there again.
