Lovely getaway

The cottage was beautifully appointed and had everything needed for a relaxing weekend. The chairs in the front yard were perfect for sitting down for a few hours to read, in between visits to town and the surrounding area. Meeting Fergus was an added bonus!

Great location and accommodations

Great location, stocked with tea, coffee, hair dryer and some toiletries. Joe and his adorable dog Fergus were very welcoming and also gave us privacy, despite the VRBO being a guesthouse on their property. Would definitely stay here again.

A solo 3 night stay, this guest cottage was just what I needed. My favorite thing was the claw foot soaker tub. What a rare and special treat! The back yard has a patio table with umbrella- very comfortable and lovely surroundings. The bed was firm yet soft, if that’s even possible- heavenly.The cottage main living area is quite dark . Great Sonoma stay

Great location and property

we were in town for a combination work/play weekend. We enjoyed watching the Super Bowl on the large TV, communing with Fergus every day and being in a great rural-feeling setting. Our host was very responsive. We would stay there again.

Comfy guest cottage in Sonoma

This guest cottage had everything we wanted for a stay in Sonoma. The space was roomy and comfortable. There is a small kitchenette; just right for breakfast before we went out exploring each day. It was a short drive to wineries, restaurants, or the Sonoma Plaza. And, like other reviewers, we loved visits from Ferguson each day.

Perfect for us

This is a one bedroom house with large bath, bedroom, and living/dining with kitchenette. Everything worked. Very advanced large flat screen television which allowed us to watch the U S Open Tennis better than if we were there. The owner is very laissez faire which suited us fine. The house only accommodates two people.

Quiet, relaxing and great location.

Joe’s cottage was perfect for our 3 night stay in Sonoma. Very comfortable king size bed. Kitchenette is small, but all we needed for breakfast, coffeemaker, toaster and micro. Nicely decorated. I would warn anyone with mobility issues, like me needing knee surgery, this is not a walk in shower. It’s a beautiful claw foot tub with shower. Unit is nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

Lovely Property

The property is lovely, private, the space clean, the sheets soft. Bathroom is not connected to bedroom. Clawfoot tub in bath for showering. I would have liked a toaster oven or microwave to heat food. All in all I would recommend this space for short term stay.
