Nyligen uppdaterad lägenhet med ett sovrum på andra våningen med fantastisk utsikt över havet, Prince Kuhio Park och bergen. Njut av utsikten medan du håller kontakten med världen med en 42 "HDTV och höghastighetsinternet. Du kan höra havsvågorna från ditt sovrum på natten medan du sover på en ny King-säng och kyls av den tropiska brisen.

Köket är fullt utrustat med ny spis, mikrovågsugn och kylskåp med ismaskin. Enheten är inredd i lugn blå inredning och har gott om förvaring så att du kan "flytta in" med komfort oavsett om det är en vecka eller en månad eller mer. Det finns ett tvättstuga i komplexet för din bekvämlighet.

Prince Kuhio-komplexet har vackert välskötta tropiska grunder med en lugn, inbjudande pool, lugna Koi-damm och en stor grillplats med både gas- och kolgrillar. Det angränsande parkeringsgaraget har en offentlig minigolfbana på taket.

Denna lägenhet på Kauais södra strand är mysig och charmig. Under dagen är surfing, bad och snorkling med sköldpaddor och skolor med färgglada fiskar inte mer än 100 meter från lägenheten. Vid dagens slut ��r tvärs över gatan den mest perfekta solnedgången på gräsmattan på Beach House Restaurant, ibland med bakgrund av migrerande valar.

Great view!

Loved the location and view! However, the place is very small even for two people! Very comfortable bed. Not very clean! I’m a clean freak and it was dirty! Decor very worn and too much furniture for such a small space.

First trip to Kauai

This property was in a great location. Lovely view of the ocean and the park next door. It was very well suited for two people and very well equipped with everything you would need. Short drive or walk to shops. Nearby beach was not as swimmabke as going to closest Beach park had beautiful sunsets.

Great Little Spot!!

Nice location. Super clean. Beautiful gardens on site. Full equipped kitchen. Large shower stall with great pressure and lots of hot water. Bed is nice and comfy. There are lawn chairs and an umbrella to use, also a cooler. Plenty of hangers for clothes. There is no AC but your don't need it..as the fans in the room keep it cool. I would recommend!

Perfect for a couple.

Great location for exploring the Southern portion of Kauai. This one bedroom had an efficient layout and well coordinated decor. The second floor enabled a lovely view.

Best place to stay

The place was very clean, in a good location, and they provided everything you could possibly need. Bed was huge and comfortable. Very close to Poipu beach, Shipwreck beach, Spouting Horn, mall and food trucks. Made our vacation even better!

Perfect base spot for exploring Kauai!

This little condo has surprisingly LOTS of space to unwind and feel comfortable while planning out your adventures for the day in paradise! We loved the roomy bathroom and invigorating shower, the large comfy bed, the relaxing living room AND the tiny, but thoroughly relaxing porch for two overlooking the grounds and the soothing waves crashing right across the road. Absolutely beautiful spot and a real bargain for the money!

Great spot in Paradise

This is a fabulous place to explore the South Shore. The beaches are fabulous. Lots of hiking options and close to Waimea Canyon. The condo is extremely well equipped and comfortable. We highly recommend.

Poipu getaway

Absolutely perfect location. Falling asleep to the sound ocean from the unit. Great layout. Would love to come back and bring my husband. Would seriously consider purchasing one of these units for personal use.

Honeymoon

We enjoyed having everything we needed in such a beautiful convenient place. We were told that we wouldn't have hot water for at least a few days, but that very evening it was fixed! We used the nicely stocked kitchen and grill outside.

Don’t hesitate book this property

Just across road from ocean . 5 min walk to excellent snorkeling. 15 min walk to shopping g mall with restraints . Kitchen well equipped , plus beach chairs, beach towels and noodles to use . Pool is a bonus . We will be back

I’m my father’s caregiver and desperately needed a chance to relax. 203 at Prince Kuhio resort was well-stocked for beach and relaxing at home (puzzles, games, DVDs, books, etc). The location is PERFECT! Thank you.

The best word to describe this property is "adequate". Real small with an unusual layout. Parking was a nightmare. Parking lot was terribly designed. Advertising a balcony is a bit of an exaggeration. Two foot wide, with really no room to sit out there. If I hadn't been a single traveler there would have been nowhere to keep our luggage. Nice, limited view of the ocean. Park next door was pretty. I would not stay here again.

Truly Paradise

The property was equipped with every necessity! Beach umbrella, chairs, towels and cooler. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans and cooking utensils. Very comfortable bed and sea breezes! Property was tastefully decorated and the Sunrise view was surreal! Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and convenience stores. Property Management staff was lovely and very helpful! We will certainly book again! Can't wait to return! Mahalo!
