We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation rental! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our big family. The location was great—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We did have a small glitch with our booking, but it was handled quickly and resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, a great experience and we definitely recommend others to stay here.

The brand-new kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry, perfect for both daily use and entertaining. Throughout the home, new flooring, energy-efficient windows, and modern lighting elevate the aesthetic and functionality. The bathrooms have been completely transformed with elegant tile work, premium fixtures, and spa-like finishes. The bedrooms offer spacious retreats with upgraded closets for optimal organization. With a new roof, updated HVAC system, electrical, and plumbing, this home is rental ready and great for family fun. The landscaped yard and inviting outdoor space and LARGE pool make it perfect for relaxation and gatherings.

95 Dune Lane was a phenomenal property for my family and friends beach vacation this year. We loved the outdoor areas, especially the multiple fire pits with sitting areas, and beautiful views of the ocean. The bedrooms were all stunning with great privacy for each family. Each room felt like you had your own little suite. The walking distance to Coligny was also fantastic and the property manager was extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend and hope I stay again down the road.

The only problems we had were 1) we arrived to an infestation of "lovebugs,' which were bothersome and pesky but didn't bite. They were gone in 2-3 days, but left hundreds of them dead all over the porches. 2) Then the AC went out on the second floor. The AC guys who came the next day were were friendly, but stayed for a few hours repairing that unit. I had to saty in the unit (not on the beach) while they worked, but they got it working again. 3) 2 days after that the main refrigerator went out in the kitchen. We lost a lot of food (the worst was a 245.00 wagyu ribeye that had been purchased for a birthday celebration). John, the repair guy was super attentive and informative with all 3 issues. He said we would be reimbursed for lost food, but that hasn't happened yet (and I really don't expect to see that ever happen). They brought another spare refrigerator the next day to tide us over, and because another family was scheduled to arrive the day we checked out. Again, I had to wait in the unit 2 hours (i.e. couldn't go to the beach) for the fridge repair person to come, only for him to finally arrive and within 5 min tell me the fan had gone out and that he would have to order the part. The unit was otherwise spectacular, as was our stay.

We apologize for the disruption and the food lost when the refrigerator stopped working. We had previously requested receipts for the food purchases to help process a reimbursement but had not received them. Our team has followed up regarding the food loss, and we're taking steps to help make things right. We understand that having maintenance take place during your vacation can be inconvenient. As we shared during your stay, you were welcome to enjoy your time away from the home while vendors completed their work, and we would have been happy to arrange for a member of our team to meet with the technician if you preferred. Our goal is always to make these situations as seamless as possible so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation. Thank you again for your feedback. HHI 2025

This property was so nice. Convenient to beach/island activities! Pool was a great size for a crowd. Lots of spaces for people to gather or to have some private time reading or just listening to the ocean! Kitchen was well equipped. Some suggestions: a second dishwasher would have been nice, the mattresses were too firm for our liking, and i think some beach chairs should be provided! We will definitely be staying here again as long as it still fits our needs!!
