Denna unika fastighet har ett nyligen renoverat 2br / 2bath huvudhus. Huvudhuset har lövträ i hela. De färgglada väggarna ger ett leende så fort du går in i dörren. Den uppdaterade el-, värmepumpen, köksskåpen och takfläkten gör att du känner dig bekväm varje ögonblick du är i huset. Hemmet har två rymliga sovrum (king size-säng och 2 uppsättningar våningssängar) och två badrum. Och vänta bara tills du ser utomhusbostaden! ENORMT fantastiskt däck med vardagsrumsdel och utomhusdusch och separat handfat! Gas eldstaden! Bocce domstol! Gå över gatan och nerför strandpromenaden för att träffa den vackra sandstranden. En kort promenad till alla aktiviteter och aktiviteter på Flagler Ave.

Month vacation

We absolutely loved the outdoor gazebo and large patio with the fire pit! I used the outdoor shower most days after coming home from the beach which was just across the road. Would definitely stay here again! We Love it!

Beach Living

Great location near beach and tourist businesses. Great backyard outdoor space for us and the dog. House was nice and well stocked. It was small but perfect for the two of us. Recommended.

A fantastic, unique beach house in a great location

My wife and I spent January-March, 2019 at this house, along with our small dog. Though it's a fairly small house, the space felt bigger than the online pictures implied, and the owners had done a great job making it more up-to-date and livable, including two nice bathrooms and washer/dryer utility room. We could be on the beach in less than 5 minutes walking - just across the street. And downtown/Flagler Avenue was also a short walk. The showcase of this property is the fabulous backyard - anytime we showed it to visitors they usually responded, "oh wow!" The raised, covered deck is enormous and great for relaxation or grilling out. We used the gas firepit several times, including the night of the lunar eclipse. We didn't use the bocce court, but that was also a cool thing to have. We all appreciated the fully fenced back yard so that we didn't have to take our dog out on a leash and she could have better play times. I'm a musician and brought some gear along with me, so the beach cottage was perfect for setting up and playing without bothering anyone else. We didn't use it for sleeping, but the two futons and full bath could certainly make it useful for that. Jill and Dan were always responsive to any questions and issues. We had a great winter stay in New Smyrna Beach, and having a place like this to call home was a big part of that positive experience.

GREAT HOUSE WONDERFUL BACK YARD

We spent the month April in this home and it was WONDERFUL! The location is close to stores and places to eat and most of all so close to the beach! The inside of the house is very clean and exactly as described. The back yard is the best part of the house. We spent so much time relaxing on the covered deck. When we were at the house we spent most of our time outside on the back deck under the fans! It was great to have a heated out side shower too! The owners have gone out of the way to make this house extra special and to make you feel "at home".

Perfect Beach Home!

My husband and I rented this beach home from Dec 2014-March 2015 to escape the winter in Maryland. I want to start by saying that the owners of this property are very kind and honest. They were very easily reached anytime we needed to get in touch with them and were pleasant to interact with. The beach home is exactly as described and pictured- very clean and charming! In our opinion, the best feature is the backyard, it's very relaxing offering a beautiful paver patio with gas fire pit and a nice deck. We used the gas grill often, and enjoyed having the outdoor shower to rinse off after coming back from the beach. The bonus guest cottage was nice to have when our daughter and son-in-law would come to stay the weekend. The location can not be beat! We really enjoyed the very short walk to the beach- the house is so close to the ocean that you can hear the waves from the yard! During our stay, we were able to witness a couple of rocket launchings from Cape Canaveral from the backyard! Also, we loved being able to walk to Flagler Ave for the shops, restaurants & ice cream! We would definitely return to this property and recommend this home to others who want to relax and enjoy time in New Smyrna Beach!
