Sea La Vie är ett välutrustade lyx fritidshus beläget söder om 30A på en privat gated gata i Santa Rosa Beachs Gulf View-gemenskap. Det var bara helt renoverat och professionellt inrett i kust-chic inredning. Med ett vardagsrum, spelrum, däck och en stor bakgård, har alla utrymme att sprida sig i detta fantastiska hem.

Tillgång till South Waltons vita sandstränder ligger bara 160 meter bort. Eller koppla av vid den privata uppvärmda poolen - det utomhusunderhållande, vardagsrummet och poolområdet kommer säkert att vara en träff med alla. Njut av viken från fjärde våningen kråka boet. Gulf Place restauranger och butiker ligger en kort promenad bort.

Sea La Vie har två sviter med king size-säng och eget badrum på första och tredje våningen. Den tredje våningen mästaren öppnar på ett täckt däck och har ett skrivbord. Den tredje våningen drottning sovrummet har ett privat fristående bad. Första våningen drottning sovrum och våningssäng dela ett bad. Alla rum har platt-TV och Blu-ray-spelare. Hemmet kommer med gratis Wifi.

Den andra våningen köket har alla bekvämligheter med rostfria vitvaror och granit bänkskivor. Matbordet sitter tio och frukostbaren sitter fyra. Köket och matsalen är öppna för vardagsrummet.

Familjerummet, med en utdragbar soffa och en ny plyschmadrass, har en 60 tums plattskärms-smart TV, ljudstång och Blu-ray-spelare. Det intilliggande spelrummet har en 48 tums platt-TV, Blu-ray-spelare och enkel åtkomst till anslutning av videospel. Den andra våningen har också en halv bad och tvättstuga med en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Den privata uppvärmda poolen är utsmyckad med solstolar och andra sittplatser, stora paraplyer och ett stort uteplatsbord. Poolområdet är ett bra ställe att koppla av efter en dag på stranden eller när du grillar middag. Utemöblerna har alla uppdaterats och ersatt denna säsong. Den medföljande utomhusduschen är perfekt för sköljning efter en dag på stranden.

Beautiful home

This home is amazing. It’s spacious, the pool is such a plus when having small kids and when the water is to rough to get in. Beach is steps away and you can walk to just about any store, restaurant, etc.. We will defiantly rent this gone again.

Everything was great. The only issues we had were the hot water failing and lack of dishtowels. We could not find a dish towel to wash dishes in the kitchen and the hot water was on and off. The hosts were very good at sending someone out to look at it and it did get fixed ultimately. Loved everything else about it.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had 9 adults and a baby and it was plenty of space. The backyard is very nice with plenty of seating for a large family which is hard to find. The home was very clean and maintained well. If we had any concerns they were addressed right away. Very close to the beach access as advertised. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

What a great house!

5 adults and 2 kids here for the week in mid-June. The house is perfect for spreading out. The backyard area and pool were so nice, especially with so many double red flag days while we were there. The beach was an easy walk and not crowded. We will come here again!

Multi Family Vacation

My experience at Sea La Vie through VRBO was absolutely fantastic! The location of the rental is unbeatable, and having a private pool was a huge bonus. The outdoor shower was a convenient way to rinse off after coming back from the beach, and then being able to jump right into the pool to cool off was amazing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable during our stay. The beach access was just a short walk away, and there was plenty of public beach available for us to enjoy. I would recommend getting to the beach early to secure a good spot, as it can get busy at times. However, the home itself could do with a bit more attention to detail. The showers weren't very clean, the downstairs bathroom doesn't drain very well, and the TVs downstairs constantly cycled through and disconnected in the middle of watching TV, which was frustrating with kids. The outdoor speakers, while decorative, only produced an annoying loud buzz. The smoke alarm in the living area is sensitive to cooking in the kitchen, but it's a safety feature that we appreciated. One tip is to avoid leaving towels on the front entryway to dry, as the sprinklers come on in the morning and drench everything. The management had mentioned they don't provide beach gear, but we found about 8 beach chairs and two beach umbrellas in a closet. Additionally, although the listing didn't mention it, there were two pack n plays available in the bunk room. Still an excellent stay and we would stay again!

The location is a short walk to the beach and to Gulf Place for dining, drinking, and shopping. It is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The backyard/pool area is amazing and great for a large group to gather and enjoy the weather/pool. We had a great stay!! One thing I would mention is if you have older family members in your party, take note that the main living area (kitchen/living room) is up a flight of stairs. Also some of the bedrooms are up a couple of flights of stairs. It’s not a negative for the property-just the way the floor plan is laid out. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting 30A.

A Wonderful Early October Weekend

He was able to stay on the top floor away from the commotion and loved it! The house is laid out well with 3 bedrooms on the bottom floor, 2 up top, and living space/kitchen in the middle. The pool is excellent and the walk to the beach is a very easy few minutes (maybe 200 yards to the access walkway). Plus no crossing 30A for those with young children! The proximity to Gulf Place shopping/dining and Pecan Jacks (excellent ice cream) was great as well. Both were a short walk or drive. We hope to be back soon!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Roach bug infested! My entire trip was ruined by bugs everywhere in this home. No one even cared enough to help me at all. I was hung up on the first time I called royal destinations too. The second I was told to call back for a manager some 3 hours later. I finally talked to a manager he only said someone would come to spray outside the home which I told him that does nothing for the problem inside the home at this time while my family and I were staying there! No one ever came to even spray outside the home! Nothing was ever done to move us or call back to see if we were satisfied and the bugs had been eliminated because he knew about the roach bug problem but rented the 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom 2 million dollar mansion out knowing the bugs were there and according to the better business bureau it’s not legal to rent a space especially at this price my goodness infested with roach bugs or any bugs of any kind! It’s wrong I was deceived by royal destinations and Vrbo too who only told me I should of called while I was on my stay like my experience was not already bad enough without being hung up on or no one even lifting so much as a finger to help me! No but you sure took my nearly 3,000 dollars didn’t you! Yes you did and there is no way the cleaning crew or someone knew about this roach bug problem after cleaning this home! I am going to the better business bureau with this so it does not happen to one more person. I was completely embarrassed in front of my entire family as I had been the one who rented the home and paid for the entire trip to Santa Rosa beach fl and the home sie la vie! It could have been a lovely trip for my family and I but part of my party woke up to one roach bug crawling on him during our first night there and my parents had had enough and they left! You can replace money but not the time! People’s money no matter how big or small is very important to them! It’s important to me and my money spent should hav

Our experience was great, clean, kitchen ware was all very nice. Nicely decorated.

Very good. We did have a problem with the heated pool one day but after calling got a very quick response. It did take several hrs to reheat the pool tho’!

Loved our stay!

Such a great house in a wonderful neighborhood. Short distance to beach. Backyard was so much fun for the grandkids! The house was clean and attractive. We will be back!!
