Ligger på första våningen i en liten byggnad i Florens historiska centrum, i en gågata, 200 m från Piazza del Duomo och 150 m från Piazza S. S. Annunziata. Det är mycket nära alla de mest karakteristiska monumenten i staden. Lägenheten ligger cirka 15 minuters promenad från centralstationen i Santa Maria Novella.I sovrummet kan du ha en dubbelsäng eller två enkelsängar, soffan i vardagsrummet förvandlas till en dubbelsäng. Lägenheten ligger i Florens historiska centrum och är helt renoverad och möblerad, den har två två rum plus tillbehör: 1 vardagsrum med pentry och bäddsoffa, 1 sovrum, 1 badrum med dusch och bidé, lägenhetens totala yta är 45 kvm. Everything we need to make unforgetable our stay in Florence

The apartment is way better than what I saw in the pictures, is ultra comfortable, and is ultra well located close to everything of main interest. Inside very complete with all the amenities included. Strongly recommended! :)

Everything was amazing, best place we've stayed

I can't believe we forgot to put this review in sooner, but this really was the best place we've stayed in. The location was amazing, and Stefano was so helpful, and always there if needed. He was kind and caring, even helped with getting a taxi to the airport at the end of the trip. There was one flight of stairs, which was manageable, but Stefano did come at the end of the trip to help my mom with her suitcase. So many amazing restaurants nearby, and the proximity to the duomo can't be beat! We will definitely stay here again, and I'm sharing this with everyone I know who is planning a trip to Florence. The apartment was a decent size, has everything you needed and was very clean. Perfect for a long term stay

Spacious apartment. Easily fit our family of 4 in. Location is great. 15 minutes walk to the train station. 2 minutes walk to see the gallery with David. 2 minutes walk to see the cathedral. Very clean. The host Stefano was very helpful guiding us from the train station to his apartment then gave us information about local food places and tour attractions.

A clean, spacious apartment in a very convenient location.

The apartment was situated in a convenient location to walk from the train and the major attractions without being in the heart of the congested areas. It was very clean and was easy to live in during our stay. It also had everything we needed with the exception of a washing machine (but a self-service laundromat is nearby). Stefano was also a very gracious host. He was very friendly, was happy to help us, and was responsive to questions that came up during our stay. I highly recommend his apartment and will stay there again the next time I am in Florence if his place his available.

Excellent Location, Great Stay

Five stars: Family of four stayed for a week. We loved the easy access to the old town and using the tram from the airport was very simple. Kind host, reliable WiFi, spacious for an old town apartment, comfy bed in the bedroom, quiet overnight in the bedroom (kids were in the front room but the neighborhood in general seemed quiet after dark, they slept fine). Kitchen has two burners, but we did tons of cooking... we had what we needed. We walked everywhere and loved our time in Florence. The only discrepancy is the listing accidentally said it had a washing machine (it doesn't but the laundromat was a short walk away, not a hassle at all). We would definitely stay again. Thanks Stefano & family!!

This is an excellent location just 2 blocks from the main Duomo. It is stairs only, but just one flight up. Stefano was very diligent to contact me a couple of days before to find out when I would arrive so he could meet me. Be aware that Florence street numbers are very strange. Businesses will have a small share tile with their number in black. Residence numbers are slightly larger tiles with numbers in blue. Mapping software assumes you want a business and guides to that door. In this case, the residence is about 150 meters further out from the Duomo near the end of that 2nd block. I would definitely stay here again if I go back.

Very Disappointed

My Mother is a very nice person, and I felt very sorry when we got to this place, it was very very dirty and smelled terrible, the bathroom had poo 💩 my Mother had to wash the bathroom before we can use it, I really thought wasn't fair not telling, the guy charge us 140 Euros more because we got there at 9:00 pm and he told us we had to pay some taxes, very strange because it had to be cash, Firenze is beautiful, but I don't recommend this place to anybody,

Great place in the heart of Florence

Stefano was a super host. He met us and gave us local tips and sites to see. He was helpful in pointing out the local markets and such. The location was superb as it was within walking distance of everything. Very unique layout and had just the right amenities for our stay. Highly recommended!

Belle surface et super emplacement

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Hôte très agréable, très professionnel et très réactif par rapport aux questions diverses avant ou pendant notre séjour. Points positifs: - emplacement ( en plein centre, toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied, à 2 pas de la gare et du tram pour aller à l'aéroport) - Surface très agréable: nous étions 3. La chambre est très spacieuse avec de nombreux rangements. - chambre au calme donnant sur une cours intérieure et literie confortable. Points négatifs: - il faudrait insister davantage sur le ménage dans la salle de bain, notamment la douche. - pour la personne qui dort dans le canapé-lit du salon, les nuits peuvent être bruyantes le vendredi et le samedi jusqu'à 4 heures du matin ( il y a une boite de nuit juste en face) Ensemble très positif sur notre séjours de 5 jours.

Ideal location for a Florentine stay

It is a great location to all the attractions, trains and coaches. Clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is no washing machine although on the listed items. The bedroom is quiet, but there is a nightclub opposite.

This apartment has absolutely the best location in Florenz, quietly and clean!also you have everything you need!!the owner Stefano was very kind ,he has been giving us a hotly welcome and patiently explaining all the useful information about Florenz,and we are very thankful that he let us very late to checkout because we have late train! Fantastic Location Great Property

What a great place to stay in Florence. Right behind the Duomo and close to everything. We were met at the property by Stefano who kindly waited for us because our messages to him, about a train delay, did not go through. He took the time to explain everything about the unit and give us recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Wonderful listening to the church bells every morning. Will certainly suggest this property to family and friends.

Great location, spacious, good light & clean, friendly host.

Inmejorable ubicacion, a dos minutos a pie del Duomo. Espacioso, muy limpio y bien equipado. Es mucho más bonito que en las fotos. El anfitrión fue muy amable. 100% recomendable; volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Property fabulous, very central not far from everything

The property is fabulous however, they do not mention that there is a nightclub directly opposite the apartment which is in use every night from around 10pm to 5am which means NO SLEEP at all during that time as screaming, drunk people, peeing in the street , shouting, loud and I mean Loud music, talking and just so much noise. Fighting and one man even pooped outside the main door. If you don’t sleep the apartment is ideal. We have left exhausted and so disappointed.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay in this apartment. Our flight was delayed a half hour and our host Stefano waited for us even though my messages to him did not go through. The apartment is in a lovely central part of the city and I would recommend it to anyone. Stefano was kind and helpful with all questions while also suggesting numerous places to visit and eat.

Extraordinaria

Un sitio precioso. Céntrico. tiene de todo. El aire acondicionado funciona a las mil maravillas. Stefano, un gran anfitrión y su sobrino Lorenzo otro fenómeno. De verdad que es altamente recomendable. El Duomo está al alcance de la mano.
