Mimi, rymlig lägenhet med privat trädgård i hjärtat av Florens

Mimi lägenhet är en vacker lägenhet belägen på bottenvåningen i en elegant byggnad från början av 1900-talet inuti en lugn och privat gata i Florens centrum, 15 minuter från Ponte Vecchio och Duomo. Lägenheten består av ett vardagsrum med en mycket bekväm soffa och fåtöljer och ett bord med stolar, ett fullt utrustat kök med utsikt över en vacker trädgård som endast är tillgänglig för våra gäster. Det finns två stora dubbelrum ett med en dubbelsäng och ett med en fransk säng. Den senare kan eventuellt rymma en annan person i en stol-säng. Badrummet är komplett med bidé, handfat, toalett och dusch.
Lägenheten är utrustad med TV, luftkonditionering (i ett rum och i köket), gratis wi-fi, uppvärmning, tvättmaskin och diskmaskin.

Family in Florence

This was a great property for our family of four. It was close to the train, and easy walk everywhere, and close to a laundromat as we were mid trip and had A LOT of laundry to do. Overall it was excellent!

Downtown Florence, Italy

Wanted to stay in the city so I could do a deep dive into Florence. Great location to stay at that allowed us to walk to all the sights, eat meals, partake of adult beverages without having to worry about driving and parking. Once we had seen about every thing in Florence, we rented a vehicle and explored Tuscany using the private parking at the residence. Everything went according to plan. Alexandria was the perfect host.

My friend and I felt very lucky to stay in this elegant, cozy, safe, convenient, authentic, Florentine home. We enjoyed the private garden and ample space. Alessandra was extraordinarily gracious and helpful. Like Florence, the apartment is a sparkling jewel.

Roomy, quaint and charming apartment

Alessandra was very attentive, making sure to show us personally everything about the apartment, and if we had further needs or questions, was quick to respond via WhatsApp. There was a variety of condiments, so check the supply before you go shopping!

Charming, Spacious Apartment

This well-equipped, spacious apartment offers a comfortable respite from the crowds of tourists elsewhere in the city. In the Mimi apartment we enjoyed a glimpse into the authentic Florence, as the home retains the furnishings and decorations of the family that once resided there. We felt entirely at home there, and also enjoyed the amenities of the neighbourhood, especially the nearby pasticceria where we had our breakfast cappuccini and brioche each morning. Alessandra was an attentive host, offering an efficient and congenial check-in and helping us with arrangements for getting to the airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome Stay

House is beautiful on a nice neighbourhood and close to everythinng.parking was not available so has to do private parking garage for 30 Euros each night.Host was nice and very helpful.

A Home Away from Home for a month

I found Mimi Apartment to be perfect for me. It is charming, clean, and very comfortable. It is spacious and furnished with quirky antiques that make it feel like visiting your Italian grandma. Beds were very comfy and kitchen has the basics so I could cook a meal there. Thank you Alessandra for being responsive when I had questions. Loved the location/ quiet and very walkable to all the historic sites. I’ll be back!

Amazing stay

This was the perfect location for our time in Florence. It was close to the main train station for our day trips and was in a spot that wasn't busy, but extremely walkable to a lot of the places we wanted to see. The apartment itself was very cozy and had everything we needed. Alessandra was extremely helpful in everything from the check in process to great recommendations. If I get the pleasure to come back this will be where I want to stay again. Highly recommend. Thank you Alessandra!

Wonderful experience

We stayed a month and had a great time. Wonderful space and a nice quiet neighborhood but not too far from the center. Everything we needed we could find within a few blocks. The property owner was also very responsive, not that we had any issues.

Location, security and fabulous ambience

The apartment has a family tie that went back generations. It has an intimate family setting. It met all our needs and we were able to communicate any of our concerns with the owner. She immediately responded. We felt very well cared for.

A great experience overall

Alessandra was actually waiting for us on the street so that she could open the parking gate for us. She gave great advice on restaurants, shops and attractions to visit, but, furthermore, welcomes us into her childhood apartment. Spacious, well-organized, with good air conditioning in one bedroom and the kitchen. A wonderful stay at a great location. Would definitely recommend.

Home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mimi Apartment and Alessandra was an amazing host! She is incredibly responsive and gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The apartment was quiet yet walking distance to train and city center. We also loved sitting outside in the beautiful backyard garden each morning and evening. Highly recommend and if we ever go back we would definitely stay again. It was truely our home away from home during our amazing visit to Italy.

Fantastic spacious apartment

The apartment is really well placed, about 25 minutes on foot to the centre but there are buses and trams around the corner. The host is lovely! She will give you some advice on where to go and even sent on a left jumper for us. The flat is spacious and clean with much needed air con. The building is quiet and residents friendly. The small cafe/bar/shop on the road is highly recommended; have a glass of wine and something to eat whilst watching the neighbourhood. We would love to come back!

Lovely old-fashioned apartment

We spent just over a week in Alessandra’s spotless and characterful apartment. The location is convenient for the station and about a 20 minute walk from the centre. Check-in and communications in general were seamless, the apartment was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the enclosed garden complete with persimmon tree. The only improvement might be more comfortable beds (though the linen was perfect), and to have one room with twin beds instead of a double. The listing says it sleeps five when in fact as three individual adults we didn’t have sufficient space as the pull out chair/bed is only suitable for a child. Would recommend this property without hesitation.

Very happy; would like to return

We were very happy in this apartment and would like to come back. The apartment is in a great location; a quiet street only ten minutes walk from the Duomo.There is a good grocery store 2 blocks from the apartment; Thanks to the host, who provided a notebook of useful information, we found a great bakery, and a fish shop.It has a beautiful private patio/garden. Good Internet throughout the apartment.The bed was comfortable and extra linens and towels were provided. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with all cooking needs, esp. a good oven.We were there in winter, and with the tiled floors, were a bit cold: Bring an extra sweater and some slippers if you stay in December.We made several last minute changes in our plans and the host was very accommodating.

Ideally situated, quiet street

The apartment has convenient access to the Tram lines and to various bus lines and therefore gives easy access to all the tourist locations. I loved the outside terrace on the ground floor for reading and laundry drying. The kitchen is well equipped. The cul-de-sac section of via Magenta is so quiet. Alessandra was quick to respond to several questions. She also provided an excellent book of helpful hints and restaurant recommendations. I would be happy to stay there again on a visit to Firenze.

Parfait

A part les difficultés pour arriver au logement pour éviter les routes interdites de l'hypercentre, nous avons passé 5 jours magnifiques à Florence. Gare à 10 minutes à pied pour aller passer une journée à Pise. Accès au centre à pied. Pas besoin de reprendre la voiture. Parking privé payant. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le jardin car il y avait trop de moustiques. Belle résidence et bon accueil à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons.

Appartment mit Garten

Das Appartment ist wunderschön, die Lage optimal, mit Parkplatz fast vor der Haustüre. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und würde es auch jederzeit wieder mieten. Ein Tipp, wenn man in Florenz unterwegs ist, keine Wertsachen mit sich tragen. Die Gefahr, dass man bestohlen wird, ist sehr groß.
