Bra läge, ett kvarter från skidliftarna vid foten av Mt. Alyeska. En bekväm ett sovrum med tankeväckande inredning. Ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng, ett badrum, och soffan drar ut till en drottning sovvagn. Det finns en drottning airbed också. Kabel-TV och DVD på en platt-TV. Bottenvåningen av fyra enhet komplex. Inga trappor, lätt parkering precis utanför dörren. Condo är fullt utrustad med en vedeldad spis, mikrovågsugn, grytor och stekpannor, fat porslin, baka porslin. Kaffekanna, brödrost, mixer och alla redskap för en komplett kök. Nya uppdateringar görs på toaletten, ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare installerade och nya utanför däck. Barn leksaker, booster stol och pack-n-play finns på premissen. Husdjur efter tillstånd av ägaren. 150 $ per natt för två personer. 25 $ per natt per extra person. 30 $ husdjur avgift. Clean

The condo was a good size for 2 people. Everything was very comfortable especially the bed after all day of hiking and sightseeing. Location was great, too-within walking distance to breakfast and local mercantile.

Not worth the money.

Loud neighbors, poorly cleaned, dirty, no place to unpack a suitcase, uncomfortable furnishings. It's a dumpy little ski condo! Not worth the money. Beware. Other than that it was nice to be walking distance to the "Alyeska Bake Shop" for breakfast and close to some of our Girdwood friends.

Comfy Condo

My husband and I had a great stay at Girdwood despite two full days of rain. Luckily, Anchorage was a short distance that we did not have to be a victim to becoming idle. The condo had everything you would need to be comfortable. The bathroom had a double sink and lots of space. The living-room is spacious as well. We were a little concerned about being on the bottom floor but for the most part respect was shown from the above condo observing the quiet hours. I would highly recommend this condo. Scott, the owner, was helpful as well.

Most uncomfortable couch and bed ever. Owner Had us take off sheets to wash and seriously disgusting mattress underneath. The sheets were paper thin- thank goodness I had my sleeping bag with me. This place has potential with just a few fixes, but until then …won’t rebook.

Fantastic location

For an avid hiker, this location was incredible. I could easily walk to the bake shop in the morning for coffee, then onto the Alyeska resort & winner creek trail to hike. The condo was clean and easy to access. There are large windows to enjoy summer sunshine. Absolutely would stay here again.

Girdwood Condo stay

All went smoothly with rental. Information and instructions gave us all the information we needed. We needed a place to sleep though fully equipped kitchen available. It was quiet time for us with upstairs noise only a few times. Enjoyed our stay.

Alyeska Base Camp

Scott was very responsive and exceedingly helpful with the booking, the accommodations, and sharing his knowledge of the area and recommendations for suitable activities. His place felt like home. Plenty of amenities for cooking or just hunkering down on a rainy day. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bath was perfect, and the location was aces. I took day trips on my motorcycle in every direction, then retuned in the evening for a mixture of cooking in, and dining out. Everything was really great and Scott was excellent to work with. Perfect place for our fishing group

We stayed here while we fished in Whittier. It was perfectly placed and allowed us to enjoy the Alyeska location. The bathroom was very nice, the master bedroom very comfortable and once we figured out the pull out bed, it too was comfortable. The TV was a little small, but the towels very nice. Overall this was a great experience. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We look forward to returning when fishing again.

Great place just what the doctor ordered will stay again. would like to have some deck chairs and a small grill no one wants to set inside while in Alaska. the T.V. remotes were crazy however you still get 5 stars out of 5.

Weekend Getaway with Daughter

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The atmosphere was very homey and cheerful. The place was even better than the pictures online! There was a lot of kitchen utensils and very nice dishes. There were many small things that helped make us feel at home. Another bonus we enjoyed was the free bottomless coffee included at the bake shop. The price and accommodations were much better than a hotel. It was in the center of the places we wished to go including The Bake Shop (highly recommended!!) and many other wonderful places to eat. Overall this was a very memorable experience that my daughter and I will cherish forever. Our experience renting this property was very nice.
