Bo på Kendall på Faith Hill under din vistelse i Music City och se var stjärnorna kom igång. Det är ett fantastiskt läge i Nashville, nära till allt. Nashville har hip och trendiga platser att höra livemusik och festivaler överallt för att hålla dig underhållen. Ät middag på några av de bästa nya restaurangerna i Amerika som har börjat här.

Perfekt för en ungkarlhelg eller känsla som en lokal under din resa till Nashville, hemmet har gott om plats för stora grupper och grannskapet är en mycket säker och vacker del av staden. Det finns ett stort täckt däck och uteplats med bord och sittplatser på baksidan av huset för att sitta ute och njuta av den trädbevuxna känslan och hjortar betar ofta i trädgården på kvällarna.

Omgivningen är Hillwood, som ligger nära hip Sylvan Park och eleganta Belle Meade-kvarter på västra sidan av centrum. Det är en bekväm 10 minuters bilresa till centrum, det är lätt att hoppa på mellanstatliga 40 eller 440. Percy Warner har vandringsleder, golf och hästar. Och du hittar bondens marknader på lördag runt omkring.

Promenader och kollektivtrafik:
McCabe park greenways och offentliga golfbanor ligger mindre än en mil bort, som du går till. Du kan också gå till ett mål och flera butiker och restauranger inom 1 mil. Det finns ett busshållplats 2 kvarter från hemmet som tar dig till centrum och flygplatsen. Lyft och Uber finns också som biluthyrning, billigare än hyttar, cirka $ 12 till centrum.

Great stay

This house is really cute and as pictured. My only complaint is the old musty smell that it has. I suggest wall plug ins air fresheners. Outside of that everything was great! Beds were comfortable, the decor is cute, and the location is great!

As expected

We needed an affordable house for 11 people while celebrating my son’s 21st birthday. The house was adequately clean, bedding arrangements were as advertised and the location was good for heading downtown.

Family wedding weekend

We enjoyed this house with great and vibrant decor. We enjoyed our evening on the covered porch. Plenty of space for the 8 of us and easy access to downtown and wedding venue. Definite place to stay again.

I stayed here with a group of people during a trip to Nashville. We were very pleased that the kitchen was so well-stocked with many essential items. The house also had plenty of linens and towels.

Had a good time!

Stayed for a Spiderz Softball Tournament. The only gripe I had was I was told the "5th bedroom" was the den but its really just a bed downstairs in the common area so one person in my party didnt have any privacy, however, we made it work and had a great time! I would recommend because eveything else was fine!

Excellent host; Super cute Nashville home

The host went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The backyard is beautiful and the deck is a nice bonus. The decor was fabulous for my family's first trip to Nashville. The living room had enough seating for the whole family. The location was great, away from the noise of downtown but still just a short drive to everything.

Smaller place but definatly enough room for 10

The home is on the smaller size but the living room is big and the sleeping arrangement is more then enough for 10 people. We had a wonderful stay with alot of late nights and laughter. The drive into Nashville is easy and only 6 miles away. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. We had a great time.

Great House and Neighborhood

My family's stay was wonderful. House was clean, stocked with appliances and there was plenty of spread out space. We were there during an extremely hot weather week and a/c was on a timer that did not match weather. That would be the only issue we had. Neighbors were friendly. we would stay again.

Good location, underwhelming stay

The location of this home was excellent, with easy access to downtown and a safe, pleasant neighborhood. It made getting around simple and stress-free. The value was adequate for the price, but we expected a bit more based on the photos and other reviews. While the stay was generally comfortable, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some basic amenities were missing, such as hand soap, and we ran out of toilet paper. The fridge water filter needed replacing, and there wasn’t a dish sponge or garbage bins in the bathrooms. Someone in our party cut their foot on a shard of glass in the carpet that was left by an earlier party. The downstairs shower was tight and was not temperature regulated. The location and value are definite highlights, but some minor improvements would go a long way in enhancing the experience.

The house was big enough to accommodate all of us and was very close to downtown. The deck was awesome to hang out on throughout the weekend and the neighborhood was nice and felt safe. The two complaints we had was that it didn’t appear to have been cleaned well and there is a musty smell in the house. All of us felt congested during our stay. A dehumidifier on each level of the house would be helpful.
