Fourwinds 201 är en 2: a våningen 2 sovrum 2 badrum hörn. Enheten har nu gick under större renoveringar. Alla golv har tagits bort och nya 12 x 24 porslin trä kakel plankor har lagts i hela enheten. Dessa lägenheter kan också skryta med vackra exotiska granit counter-toppar och tillbaka stänk i kök och båda badrum. Nymålade genom-out tillsammans med monterade platt-TV i vardags och alla sovrum, nya sängkläder, offentlig stil matbord, sadelbarstolar, nya Ashley soffa och tillbehör.

Det stora sovrummet har en ny king 2-sidig Carlton Plush Memory Foam lumbaldynan madrass och 2: a sovrummet har en queen size Carlton Plush också. Dessutom sovrummen har låga profil plattform sängar och det är en helt ny Whirlpool tvättmaskin och torktumlare som installerades i november 2014. De hall britsar har ny madrass också och är gjorda för barn vilket gör enheten sova 4 vuxna och 2 barn bekvämt.

* Avbeställningsregler: Verksamhetsavgiften på $ 89 återbetalas aldrig. Avbokning, ändring av datum för vistelse eller egendom inom 30 dagar efter ankomst resulterar i förlust av depositionen. Skulle fastigheten ombokas för samma datum och priser, kommer depositionen mindre avgiften återbetalas tillbaka.

We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Towels were scarce… a few extra would have been more convenient with our group of 4 people. Floors need a good mopping too. Other than that, we had a great time and kids enjoyed the bunks.

Ladies Trip

Nice Location

It's a decent place. The best thing about this condo is the location, it is right on the beach. However, the place was not the cleanest. The master bathroom smelled like urine - it was bad enough that I had to buy sanitizing spray. The smoke alarm battery started going dead two days into our stay. The master bedroom does not cool properly. My husband was walking to the smoking section at night and the property manager shined a spotlight at him...very inconsiderate. Spend your money elsewhere.

Pleasant Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the convenient location of Fourwinds; easy to get to shopping and eating places. The condo itself was clean and up to date on appliances etc. We as a family of 4 grown people stayed in the condo comfortably. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom is all the way in the back of the condo (from the balcony) and that room stayed hot the entire time we were there. There was a nice fan provided that kept the air circulating; we just could never get it cool without freezing the others out of the condo. That is not a show stopper for us though...we will be back!!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience staying at Four Winds. The condo was clean and quiet. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were in good condition, too. I was a little worried before our stay when I read the list of things not provided, but it was actually not a big deal. There was a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and three detergent tabs for the dishwasher for our one-week stay. The location of the building was good for us, as Orange Beach seems to be a little quieter than Gulf Shores. The rental company was great to work with anytime we had questions, and we enjoyed borrowing movies from their office, which was a nice perk.

Great condo in a great location settled close to the beach.

I was very happy with the location and proximity to the beach and pier as those are our two most visited spots. The building was quite and with it being a smaller condominium construction we never waited on the elevators. When we arrived we carried everything by hand to our rooms making several trips without knowing there are carts kept in the hiding holes (would have been good to have a sign letting guests know about this) is my only complaint. The pool was clean and never over crowded with people. Overall this was an excellent place to stay and close to restaurants and grocery stores. There was plenty of parking although the sign for the condo is kind of small and we would just about miss it every time but at no fault of the condo the building next doors shrubs and sign kind of over shadow Four Winds’ sign. Great place to stay and we will definitely be retuning again.

Wonderful Location with a Beautiful View

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year in a row to choose this condo. It is in a smaller building that is very family friendly. The location of the unit puts you one story above the pool and then right onto the beach! It is a corner unit which also makes it appealing. There is a double bunkette built into the hallway which is great for children. Though we were still please with the condo this year, it was not as well kept or clean as the previous year. The unit has a hard time staying cool during the day and the two bedrooms, even with the ceiling fans running at night, are warmer than the rest of the condo. The Rental Company was a highlight in that their customer service and friendliness are top notch!

Love the convenience of a low rise

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall enjoyable experience. You won't be wowed by the decor or amenities but it is updated, comfortable and clean with seemingly all that was needed for a 4 night stay. We had 4 adults in our party and didn't feel crowded at all. Nice 2nd floor location made for a quick elevator ride or an easy 12 steps to the lower level. You can probably make arrangements to have check-in info sent via text to you instead of picking up a packet in Gulf Shores which is a little out of the way - that would have saved us some time since our packet wasn't ready (we were early); So they sent us the info about an hour before check in time via text. If you're a hot tub fan, know that the jets don't produce like a normal hot tub - not sure why - more of a hot soak tub...lol. Pool was decent and kept clean. Walk to beach was short and involved no steps - yay! Wharf restaurant across the street was good. Otherwise, you need to drive to eat/shop. Miss it already!

Great location, but......

The unit itself and the location were fabulous. The only reason this did not get 5 stars was because the cleaning was a bit sketchy. There were things left under both beds from previous guests - bobby pins, hair bands, I don't know what else, because I didn't want to find out. I would have gladly swept them up and disposed of, but there was no broom in the unit. Which I found a bit strange, because you always need to sweep up sand when you're at the beach no matter how careful you are. Therefore, I broke out my clorox wipes and did a scrub down of all the hard surfaces, because it led me to believe that everything else was not as clean as it should have been. The walls are a bit thin, we could here the group in the condo next to ours running up and down the hall early in the morning. We could hear the people above us scraping and moving chairs around at all hours of the day and night. Just a note to let you know that you may hear noise. I do agree with another guest that the ac in does not flow well to the front/master bedroom. It felt 10 degrees warmer in there than the rest of the unit. Also, the dishes, pans and such in a kitchen were lacking. There was only one spatula to flip things and it was metal, so that does not bode well for the non-stick coated pans. I don't believe there were any baking pans/sheets other than one muffin tin and a pizza pan. I made do, but no deeper dishes for cooking baked goods. I don't know if those items just happened to be missing or what, but it made cooking a little challenging. Usually, I have a better stocked kitchen when renting through VRBO. It wasn't worth calling the property manager during our stay, but should be noted for future guests.

Great condo

Very nice and clean condo. We enjoyed that it was a smaller building and not a large mega condo. The restaurant across the street called Wolf Bay was walking distance and had the most amazing food. We will definitely be coming back to the Fourwinds…
